Cadyn helped me set up my prepaid account after my sister recommended T-Mobile. Phenomenal customer service, and you can see a smile in his eyes (due to the masks). Since Stephanie moved stores we were hesitant to come to this location but he really changed our perception. If you are thinking of coming to this location ask for Cadyn.

Recently we needed help to go from LG-90 to LG Velvet. Matthew helped us a lot and answered all our concerns. When the phone rang, Taylor jumped in and we continued to receive the best customer service. The branch Manager, Chad or Chuck, if we remember correctly, also has also been kind to and patient with us. No wonder all in my Family, in Amarillo and Austin, just love T-Mobile!

I only came in to get a sim card and the store manager Chuck was assisting me, but was going to another associate, Cadyn who was ACTUALLY helping me, while he also helped other customers because it was a little busy when i arrived. I could clearly see on the tablet he was using that he has no idea what he was doing with my simple request. He wasn’t really social or customer friendly, when he finished what he was doing he was using my safari app to go to google and pull up this page and attempted to give a 5 star review on my behalf. I understand trying to increase store reviews, but that is a ridiculous way of attempting g to do so and especially done by the Store Manager. Thank you Cadyn for doing all the hard work helping with my SIM card transfer!

This T-Mobile location is mostly like any other, with one exception. They have Cadyn. I personally hate shopping for and dealing with phone products but this guy made it straight up fun! I love Cadyn more than my entire family combined and would highly recommend this location due primarily to his presence.

They had great customer service and each employee seemed to know what they were talking about thoroughly enough to explain it to me. I needed help with my sprint phone. I went to the T-Mobile store. The sales guy tried to reset the phone. The manager came over and tried to make a joke about how the customers aren’t very smart that come into the store. Ummm not funny. Then told me I “needed to take the phone over there” and pointed out the front of the door. I don’t know where Over there is. Can you try helping customers that come for help from the so-called customer service experts? Ever since sprint was bought by T-Mobile nothing has been even good about my experience.
