I bet they have great customer service but everyone who works at this store is annoying. I could walk by three times in thirty minutes and someone will be asking me questions every single time. Who is your phone provider? Have you tried our service? Would you like to upgrade your phone? Can I holler at you for a minute? No, no, no, no!! If I wanted to switch to Verizon or get a free phone I know where to find you. No need to waste my time and your time. I wont be paying for your overpriced service or overpriced cases. Im perfectly happy with my prepaid plan (that uses Verizon towers) for $38 a month. And I already have an iPhone 6+. Thank you very much.
