The service was great and the workers were helpful in helping get mine and my brothers phones switched over. It really did save the worry of if or not our phones would act up after switching over. The one helping out with the transfer even found the app I needed to unlock my phone for transfer to Cricket
DO NOT BUY OR FINANCE THEIR PHONES!!2 months ago I switched over from Verizon for a cheaper bill. The service is great but the 4 phones I financed through cricket have started failing. Dropped device services like Bluetooth, volume, and mobile service made the phones unusable. I asked them what I could do to get newer phone since they told me at the time that my Samsungs were the newest ones and they said there was nothing that could be done. Now Im stuck paying 1600 on 4 phones that dont work. The bill is cheaper and the service is ok but a word of advice if anyone gos to cricket bring your own device because they will not help you when there products they sale you fail.
They were very polite and helped us a lot. We got a great deal for 2 phones and helped us choose our cases for are phones. I recommend them
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the phones they have for sale. They were not pushy about trying to get me to buy an expensive phone, they actually pointed me toward the free phones first. They have very good prices if you switch your phone number from another company. When my phone is able to be unlocked in a couple of months, I will definitely be going there to transfer my service to them.
Customer service is always great. They know what they are doing and help the customer try to figure out how to navigate their phones. Keep up the excellent work!
This store experience was amazing. Luiz was great and the store manager too. MEG WAS AMAZING!!! Cant say it enough. Spectacular customer service. Very friendly. She helped me out 3 separate days with some issues and didnt let up when it got difficult all while making me feel welcomed and happy. Wonderful. I was unhappy with my previous carrier. The second we walked in we were greeted even though both employees were helping other customers. It means alot to me to be acknowledged when I enter a business. Tracy R was the rep who helped me transition from my former carrier to cricket. She was honest about devices I would not have enjoyed based on what I told her I was looking for. I ended up with an iPhone and left with a great feeling about my purchase. I really commend the staff at this store. I definitely will be back for accessories and i definitely reccomend this store to anyone who is looking for a new service provider or phones in general. The honesty and friendliness in this store truly amazes me! Thank you for a great experience!

As soon as I walked in the door I received poor customer service. An employee who I believe might have been the manager was very rude and unwilling to help us I dont recommend anyone go to that store.
Meg schuman is amazing. She helps us every time we come in and she never fails to help us get exactly what we want. She always recommends the best products to us. We will always come to her when we need something.

Added a Hotspot to my account last night and was informed I needed to pay the $5.70 by Sunday night. I went ahead and went in this evening (1-17) to pay and those dingleberries charged me an extra $4 because I didnt pay online with a credit card.???? WhatsUpp with that? Customer service has been the only real downfall since bailing on Boost.Imagine if you will a world where making an effort to honor your debt in person is met with a double secret probation service charge without a valid and acceptable reason. 100% Pure Laziness and self serving.Phartknocking Phleabags!!

The Spanish or Mexican lady at the western brunch is awful, came here and stood up for over 40 minutes and she having fun with another costumer who speak Spanish. Sad but Im going to leave cricket simply because of this. Didnt get to solve the issue I went for
Ive been with cricket for a little over a year and a half and stay because of the signal strength/cell reception. Ive got signal when others dont. The downside is that Im unable to upgrade to a new phone because the price of any phone is the same for me as it is for a customer walking in and signing up for a new line of service. Its actually cheaper to switch providers in order to get a new phone, and honestly the only reason I havent done it is because Cricket has the best cell reception of any Ive looked at, with the exception of Straight Talk. There should be incentives/discounts/rewards, (something along this line) on not just phone pricing, but add ons to service plans for your customers that have stayed when others havent.
Son didnt pay his bill for 2 mos($60 mo). He wanted to ditch which I disagreed so off we go. Short go he got a new phone,case new # and insurance for $138....so upgrade for $18 basically.
This company sells your phone information, although they deny it. Dont get service with this company. I had my own private number, and since I got service with cricket, all kinds of unsolicited numbers keep calling. Non stop.
I had a problem with my phone, it wasnt allowing me in and had a ton of error messages in code. I called and Meg had me come up to the store and she fixed it in the blink of an eye. This company is super great with their customers but the staff at the store on Western is most welcoming. Meg and the coworker that was there today was very friendly. I will be sending anyone that needs a new phone or service to the Cricket on Western! Thank you again Meg! You rock!

Not recommend.Firstly, the price plans are not competitive and actually cost a great deal more then the same service offered by big wireless companies.Secondly, the coverage area is not impressive. Other options have far better coverage.Lastly, the customer service is pathetic. Absolutely zero information or details are explained without specifically asking a question.I highly recommend having many questions ready to ask, as it will save you a tramentrem amount of headache later.The sales rep certainly does not know anything helpful and the number one responds is to call 611 and ask customer service via corporate. Ridiculous.

We were going to switch to cricket cell phone service, but after sitting in their store for hours on end as the manager let a new person flounder while trying to sign us up for their service. My husband took me home after 3 hours of waiting, he turned around and went back up to the store and sat another 3 hours. He was then sent home and told they would have another employee to fix everything the next day.. Well we just couldnt go back. We both decided that this was a clear indication of what kind of service we could expect from them. So buyer beware!

I just went in to pay a bill. The service was fine, but it was about a 20 minute wait before I was helped. I guess one of their computers was down, in addition to one of the employees being out of the store at the time.
