Super Nice and very helpful. Id broke the phone I had and was running from store to store trying to chase down a moto G7 when I lucked out and called this store. Even tho they didnt have what I was after the ladies let me exhaust all my dumb questions and hooked me up with a better phone. So in the end I left with an LG Stylo 5 and a new favorite store. Its rare that you find people willing to go that extra mile but they did and I appreciate it

Customer service is superb.

The service was absolutely horrendous I came in there with my service dog and the lady kicked us out this is rudely as she possibly could and when I explained to her that he was a service animal she was still being extremely rude so I had to put my dog in the truck and go in there and handle business because I make sure they waited on me anyway she broke the law among other things just absolutely despicable behavior I actually plan on suing my rights for validated
