I broke my glasses and needed a new pair. I am 74 years old and SS is my only income. I asked for economical glasses. Wow, did they fix me up. Great staff. Polite. Knew their job. In the end they found a discount from AAA better than their in-house discount. They went that extra mile for me. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

Jennifer was great! She was able to pin point the issue I had with glasses I got from Costco. She was nice and answered all my questions.

From the moment I got to the front door I could tell this place was going to treat me right. They have a courteous security guard who greets you and opens the door for you. Once you enter youre greeted by friendly masked faces and asked how they can be of service to you. I came in to purchase a new pair of glasses and had the pleasure of being helped by both Jaime and Erika. Jaime knows his frames and took his time to understand the type of glasses I was looking for. Without missing a beat he took me over to the Oakley section and found the perfect pair of glasses to compliment my face shape. Choosing lenses for my new frames was a breeze while working with Jaime. He worked with my budget while also making sure I was getting the best possible lenses I could afford. During my fitting Erika overheard my current glasses were fitting a little loose and she offered to correct that right away. Within a few minutes I had my glasses hugging my face the way they did when I first got them. Needless to say both Jaime and Erika went above and beyond my expectations today. I would definitely recommend whoever is reading this to come on down to this exact lenscrafters and ask for either of these two grade A employees.

Our daughter is a very extremely shy girl, and we were a bit worry if she was not going to cooperate with the exam. ANNIE went above and beyond with her customer service. After losing my glasses the night before I came in as soon as they opened. I explained to them that I had limited amount of time before going into work. Annie was so quick with doing my eye exam and she helped me find the perfect glasses! Incredibly fast and effective service.I was able to get my glasses in a faster timeframe than expected (give or take 5 days), and MUCH faster than any glasses Ive gotten from Costco (3 weeks at the earliest).Also incredibly helpful staff, thanks especially to Eliseo and Jennifer for both making my glasses, and answering the multitude of questions I had, seeing as it was my first time at a LensCrafters.

I came in to see about ray ban stories, Stephanie helped me pick out a new pair. I have an old pair of bose frames. She helped with the color frames and I purchased them with insurance. This place is amazing! People are amazing especially Jennifer who’s very accommodating, patient (even with our 2 loud kids all over the place) and professional at the same time. She made sure our frames fit well and took her time to get all the important details about them.All of them are very helpful! The place is clean, no need to worry about getting the virus because hand sanitizers are everywhere and they follow social distancing. Eye check up wise, it’s very thorough. The doctor helped us really understand our eyes in the best way she can. It’s fast but crystal clear. Plus we’d be able to get the eyeglasses really quick! We will be back here for sure.

The staff at LensCrafters was very helpful. They were patient with us as we came to the store about 40 minutes before they closed. I was there with my 2 daughters. They were helpful in accessing our insurance information (I had outdated info with me). Erika was patient with all of our questions as we were fitted for frames and glasses. The measuring device to fit your lenses feels so much more accurate than the marker on the lens way of doing things.

Great experience. Felt safe trying on frames because they sanitize each one. The young lady that helped me was named Anusha, and she was great, personable and very knowledgeable. The doctor was thorough, definitely took more time doing the eye exam than at Costco. Frames and lenses with the promos were less than I expected. With insurance, less than what I paid for at Costco. So excellent all around!

Best employees, kind caring staff, top of the line equipment, my prescription has been going down for 4 consecutive years which makes LensCrafters prescription very accurate. Erika, Shannon and Rudy are the best employees they have, everyone is amazing. I had written reviews in other places but now that I was told specifically about this one, I’m taking a picture of my contact lenses and they have the most stylish eye wear designer, if that is your thing, to affordable eye wear, they will work with your eye insurance carrier, verify eligibility, copay, they help you all along the way. Many eye diseases go undiagnosed but here they have the technology and specialists that work with advanced machines to knowledgeable eye care experts. They absolutely amazing! I returned my glasses because the lenses are with a picture perfect round scratch inside. And I was accused of scratching them.Fortunately I bought the lense warranty for replacement. Was told it will be done in 15 days. However the glasses were done in 3 days. I asked for my old lenses but they refused to give them back to. Actually wondering if my lenses were fixed or replaced?
