Considering covid my 6 year old and i were in and out quickly considering we got a full eye exam and glasses. My daughter had a stuffed animal and Dr Tran even examined the stuffed animals eyes to humor her, Desiree helped us with frames afterward and was very helpful as well..Thanks!

I dont know how this place has got such bad reviews, I called and spoke with Desiree and she was incredibly helpful and nice over the phone.

..I got my prescription glasses and everything went great so I took my wife to get hers and everything went south. The attendant said we had to pay a copay for her vision exam of an extra $15. thankfully I had checked our insurance benefits before going there. So I confronted her asking, when did that start., and she in a very rude manner said today. either she was trying to make a quick buck,or did not know what she was doing, either way we were very disappointed with the service.I dont recommend i you go there for your glasses but if you do, before you go, make sure you check your benefits, so they do not overcharge you.. we walked out..

I took my elderly neighbor to get glasses on Monday 6/8/2020 she picked some out we paid we were told they would be ready by Friday 6/19 it’s stated on the paper she gave us. Friday 6/19/2020 rolls around I call at 9:03am spoke to a lady and asked if they were ready she said “Yes, come on in we close at 7pm” I’m like ok we’re on our way. We show up we were helped by this short / chubby rude lady who claims she never spoke to anyone basically calling me a liar I gave her the number and I told I spoke to someone for about 15sec. she proceeded to reply with “ yeah that’s the number but I didn’t talk to anyone” GREAT customer service at its finest I would say...I wouldn’t have such a problem if she wasn’t so rude.. I call back Saturday 6/20/2020 again I get told that they will be ready till “Friday 6/26/2020” I get put on hold 2x and then she proceeds to tell me they will be ready by Monday 6/22/2020 this time around I speak to some lady named Annette. If I don’t get them by Monday we’re asking for a full refund.

So I went in to get my prescription lenses done only. I have my own Ray-Ban frames which I was using for atleast 3 years without any problem. Since I step in to this Walmart vision center, my nightmare began, so called professionals was there ruin the dimension of my glasses. My nose was hurting back of my ears were feeling pressure. Went to get my dimensions fix few times but every time I go in they say that same thing it’s perfect, well it’s not! I told them I used this frame for over years not once they hurt my nose! Anyway long story short. they are the worst place to go! If you have expensive frames Do Not Go there! They will ruin it . At the end I had to go for real professional which was Kaiser I should’ve gone there first place they fix my frame in one visit. Since then no pain thank you Kaiser!

The worst place for lenses as soon they got the money they become helpless les than one star don’t go over there

Every employee is more interested in the phone calls than if youre standing there waiting for someone to even acknowledge you.Definitely not a good place to even ask for help even with one of them just walking doing nothing .

I have been calling for over an hour to check to see if my daughters glasses have come in and no one is bothering to answer the phones
