My entire experience with Metropolitan High Performance Windows was great. Paul came out to do the estimate and wore a mask and was respectful of COVID protocol. He was knowledgeable and I felt offered me an honest opinion about my project. After getting several bids from other window companies I felt like this company was offering the best quality, price and service option. Perry, the project manager and his guys were awesome. They worked efficiently and carefully. They wore masks the entire time. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my windows. I definitely recommend this company!

I bought a brand window no longer carried as manufacture moved to Canada. Worst the installing company is no longer in business, but i gave a shot and asked via chat Metro HP if they had any info. THEY DID! They respond right away in Chat and really super helpful! I would imagine their service is top notch!

I called them and they right away scheduled me for measurements and estimate cost . I will. Highly recommend them for windows and new door installation.. they are Professional and their products are of high quality than that ready made Glass windows You’ll find in Home Depot .give them a try and I am sure you’ll be happy you did call.

I shopped around for a sliding glass door for my balcony and replace my windows.. I was looking for a Family owned company, with experience product knowledge, honesty and reasonable pricing. Metropolitan is all that!! Hence, why i went w them compared to the other companies. I wanted Anlin windows and they were the only ones that had them. Anlin Windows are Highly rated and are picky on who installs them. Metropolitan in one of those companies who carries the product. Paul and Kathy from Metropolitan are quick in responding to my requests and their installers, Perry and Frank, were on time, wore masks, and did a great job installing my sliding glass door and windows!!I would recommend them to everybody!

METROPOLITAN HIGH PERFORMANCE WINDOWS gave us the best service we have ever received. We needed a window replaced in our second story and Paul, the owner, came out and did amazing work. He climbed out on the roof to examine the window, get the manufacturers name, brought up a huge ladder and took pictures from the inside and gave them to us. Then he highly recommended we contact the company who made the window, show them the pictures, and he believed they would replace it free of charge.We contacted the company and they did make arrangements to replace it free of charge just as Paul had advised.Prior to Pauls visit, we had 2 other vendors visit, and they each wanted over $3000 to replace it. Paul charged us zero and his honesty and integrity were his gift to us. I will always recommend him to anyone and when we need assistance he will be the only company we will call. They did a great job! I got 5 quotes and Metropolitan was easily the best company I dealt with. The process was simple and the quote was reasonable. Paul stayed in constant contact throughout the process and even followed up after. Installation went smoothly and was completed on time. Installers were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. My windows look amazing and I noticed a difference in temperature inside my home right away.

Very impressed, Metropolitan Windows came in with the lowest quote but carry a high end window brand so I’ll admit, was a little concerned. I’ve had too many bad contractor experiences in the past. I’ve only had a few contractors that exceeded my expectations and Metropolitan is now one of them. Wow they did a great job and my windows really do look great. I didn’t think they would look this much better than my old ones but they do. The owner Paul quoted them and was explaining how well they would block the sound (I live next to the highway) and look. I was septal but now that they’re in and I’ve had time to spend in my room/office, he was right. Want to also mention I was shocked and worried when only one guy showed up for installing my windows. As it turns out the installer he sent out was exceptionally good. He was very meticulous with every detail, did a great job cleaning up and even cleaned the windows inside and out after he was done. This guy was impressive to say the least. I really do like this place and will use them in the future. I highly recommend. Really good Company, great service too. I called MHPW trying to get my eldery moms windows fixed that were 20 years old and would not close all of the way. Cathi Johnson was amazing! She was very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. She texted me or called me to keep me updated on trying to find the parts needed. Perry was such a gentleman with my mom. He came out and cleaned/repaired not only the damaged window but also her bathroom window. He also showed me how to clean the tracks and what to use to keep them sliding easy for her. The repair was all handled under the warranty and didnt cost a dime. This is a top notch company!!! 5 stars in my book!!!
