We had purchased windows and patio door from Window World back in 2014. The patio door got cracked for some unknown reasons so we called the company. They sent people to replace the entire left side of the patio door. Then we also purchased another 2 windows from them this year. It took a while but i can understand because of the pandemic. The customer service and quality remain as good as i can ask for. I am very happy about the comapny.

I have contacted Anthony G. of Window World in Orange County regarding unacceptable conditions of the Custom Exterior Wraps around my new windows several times (8/31/2020, 9/14/2020 and 3/18/2021). He came out on August 25, 2020 to take another order of new windows and taken photos of the Custom Exterior Wraps to send to his General Manager. Never heard from Window World about the wraps. I texted Anthony again on 3/18/2021 and his response Good morning Ms MarshallAs soon as you sent me the pictures I sent them to my General Manager. I also called her and put it in the notes of your second project. I was told they would be replaced at your second install. I am going to speak with my Managers to see what happened. Still no response.

Door installed did not have the action ordered. We physically showed the sales guy which way we wanted the door to open. That was the end of that. The follow up measurement person made no mention of the action side. When installers showed up they assured me the door action was what I ordered. Upon installation, the door action was opposite of what we wanted. We immediately called Window World and was told we were informed by all parties we had interface with, we signed the contact with some cryptic acronym noting action of door. Exactly the opposite happened, just like he action of our door. No word was spoken regarding the action of the door after we showed the sales guy what we wanted. When discussing with Window World their comment was, well it is a center opening door, so no bid deal. It is a bid deal, it is not what we ordered. For a door we didnt order and now dont want we were given a, your stuck with it and we will give you a $200 discount. This was not a satisfying experience or outcome. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

We used this Window World for an installation of 2 patio doors and 2 side light doors. When the papers were signed in January they told us it would be 3 months until installation. After repeated calls and emails they finally started the installation process around mid September. Not only did they install the incorrect doors, they didnt even finish the work. This is not what was agreed to in the original contract. This whole process has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend Window World.

Yeah Brian Rayburn came out gave dome great information. Really appreciate the honesty which is hard to come bye. Couldnt help with what I needed but gave me advice on how to go about fixing my window issues.

Installation service was great, but cannot seem to receive a response for promised referral fee. Left 6 messages so far over 2 months, and no response! Very poor customer service over such a small issue.

LOVE this company!!! A+ rating--sales rep was great; installers even better. I will definitely use them to finish my home in the future. And for these other reviewers that arent even Window World customers, spend your time doing something useful!Linda M

Very unprofessional. I purchased 12 windows from Window World and they gauranteed warranty on their windows & screen latches. I have left 3 messages requesting their response for latches that broke & needs replacements. No one has called me back. This is unsatisfactory & substandard customer service.

When you need Window World to come out and fix patio door handles that keep falling off or screens that don’t stay on the patio doors or any repair under the “guarantee for the life of the window”, FORGET IT!!They say someone was using the Window World name and they do not know anything about our situation. We got the windows 10 years ago with this company!A few years down the road when you need work or repair done- your Window World guarantee will be worth NOTHING!!!
