Really bad experience no good service sorry but I have many years buy all my lacquers and come here for match color and I have to way 2 weeks of good
Five stars for sure. My total experience with this particular store was awesome due to the outstanding service that Jason Campbell, assist. mgr, provided me. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and professional. Ive never had such great service at the paint counter, considering my past experiences are Homedepot, which at best, is always a hit or miss. Jason took the time to explain the various options and actual printed out a data sheet and provided a sample. Having worked in a customer focused industry, its apparent that Sherman W values great service and hires premium reps to ensure customers are valued. So important in this competitive environment. Jason is the model for what great service looks like. Sherman W needs to recognize his potential for advancement. Well done!

The worst customer service...I had stopped by yesterday to Order a pre- cat stain...to be picked up today... a lady called me this morning telling me the stain was ready ., i drove from Murrieta to pick it up and Omar from store tells me that nothing was made...So i need to make another trip tomorrow. Because the lady didnt have the decency to call me to inform me that it wasnt made...
