This is an easy and convenient site for U-Box drop off and pickup. The door is not that easy to find... Its the metal door facing east up the pedestrian ramp, not the glass doors. I love the U-Box process. I loaded at a facility in Manhattan then had them trailerize my box so I could take it to my house. Staff was very helpful.

Wish I could give zero stars....my Ubox has been delivered but nobody knows where it is ... It was delivered almost a full week ago which was a week after it was supposed to get here. They wont even answer the phone to tell me where it is

I had the best experience moving cause of Monique when I moved from Eastern Washington to here and just want to say thank you for that. It was a stressfultime with covid, selling myhouse and moving and Monique eased it, and made is at smooth as possible, why a positive view I have of Uhaul cause of her!

Had a great experience today when I rented a van from Home Depot for 75 minutes so I could take two sheets of plywood home for under $21.! The guy who helped me at the rental counter was great and it went smoothly!

Its a u box only facility. . they seem to have it staffed by compatent management as well . quick and smooth have been my experience when dealing with this site

Great to do business with this particular location. Friendly employees (specifically Madison who was kind and helpful), swift work, good communication, etc. Would recommend this facility.
