Tried to rip me off

I work there!

Emergency move due to land lord needing to sell and death of Father-in-law. Reserved online, email confirmation said the 5x10 reservation would be offered for 7 days. Went to Vault 15 mins later and they said they didnt have one. Asked if they would give 2, 5x5 at same price for 2 months since it was their websites error, they said no. Didnt even offer a 10x10 for 2 months if paid up front just to honor the email. Thanks for nothing.

Great place very straightforward clean and the office lady is amazing.

They have turned away a disabled veterans with hearing loss because of a strong accent they have. The Veteran couldnt understand them due to the thick accent so the woman and the man instead of trying to work with the Veteran talked over him and turned him away. Sad that they can turn people away let alone a Disabled Veteran who served this country just because they were frustrated not being able to pronounce words so he could understand.Not at all what is expected in this country we should all work together.

I helped a friend of mine move into VAULT Storage in Anaheim, CA.On Brookhurst STHe had a lot of boxes, furniture, tools and garage items.Lupe one of the managers there suggested a 10 X 30 unit everythingfit perfectly.Lupe was courteous and professional.The best things about Vault Storage was no stairs or elevatorsall ground level very clean and secure.I would recommend that facility to anyone. Thanks.

Friendly staff, Jose was very friendly and did all he could to get near a unit in my time of need. Facility is kept very clean, I honestly didnt even see a piece if loose trash anywhere. It shows the staff take great pride in their curb appeal. Visit this place if you have any storing needs this place is fairly priced and well attended, cant go wrong with that.

This place needs a higher score overall and I dont think the negative reviews are correct. I have had nothing but positive experiences here so far in my 1st month of renting.I just copied this from my Yelp review:I dont know why I ever rented from Public Storage or Extra Space Storage before. To be honest, Stor-It Vault Self Storage was not my first choice, but now its my favorite choice. I needed to move out of my Public Storage location due to a relocation. I had to find a storage place closer to where I lived and also wanted to find a safe storage place that had a discounted move in special. This place met all the criteria that I needed.I found this and more with Stor-It Vault Self Storage. Lupe was extremely helpful to me on the phone by answering all of my questions and concerns. She even stayed a few minutes after the office closed to wait for me to show me a unit. I also found out that they let you use their own moving truck for up to 7 days from the date you move in, free of charge up to 40 miles! You just have to pay for the gas used. Cant beat that deal! Well, life got busy and I couldnt use the moving truck for my first 7 days of renting. I called about 2 weeks into my rental term and Lupe once again impressed me by making an exception. Honestly, shes got some great customer service skills and comes across as genuinely caring and helpful. Im so glad I found this place out of necessity.

Bad experience no social skills the manager and a guy name jose, besides all that its really expensive not recommended i dont know why they have good reviews maybe they are offering discounts if you give a good reviews ........... This business represents the worst experience I have ever had, not just in the storage facility business but ever in all of my customer service interactions. This is my first ever Google review but I provide it in hopes of protecting future potential customers from being burned by their incompetence. I have also logged a complaint with the BBB (ID 12407720). My father passed away and they have kept me from getting access to his unit for 64 days, failing to give me the proper forms to legally gain access to his property and then charging me extra rent and late fees for their delays. Please go ANYWHERE ELSE with your business but here! I would recommend Public Storage. My father also had units there and upon notifying them of his death I was able to access his units within a week because their employees knew exactly what forms and documentation were necessary and communicated in a timely manner with me.

Theres no dumpster so when we go through out storage we have to leave and drive around to look for one to throw away our trash... Otherwise its pretty good

It comes with a lot of different sizes of storage units. The price is a little expensive, but the temperature within the storage unit always remain cooler than the external temperature. They recently changed new management so there are some changes: the old customers no longer are able to use their moving truck. It only applies to new customers within the first 3 weeks of rental.

They raise the rent very often. And they recently doubled my rent!! Who does that? Poor customer service and they are greedy. I will leaving this facility. Do yourself a favor and dont store your stuff here.

Not recommended if you dont want to have bad experience there dont even bother, the people working in there they have no social skills they dont no how to treat people from the lady encharge of the place to the other guys working there specially the lacy guy always in the little car he doesnt even want to get down to pick up a piece of trash, if you want to save your self a trouble stay away from this place ..... I have been a renter at Vault Storage for over 5 years and have experience with both the inside storage and the RV Storage. I just recently received notice of nonpayment with a late fee and a Prelimintary Lien Sale. I didnt even know they hadnt received my payment. You would think I would get notice of non payment before they slapped another $20 fee on there. Also, only 1/2 of the outside area lighting works. We have complained in writing about the lighting at the end where our RV is stored and as of yet (which is over a year later) they lighting has not been fixed. They also provide you a motion sensor that is placed inside the rig for additional security. We have forgot to remove it when we took the RV for the weekend and nobody has ever called the notification to me. The only reason I keep my RV there is because I can see my rig from my back yard.

If it were closer to a freeway is give it a 5th star

When you need a place to store your tools for a while or something extra that you have, this is the right place, they serve you very well and are very friendly.

It is spacious, clean and the spaces are large.

It is regular and expensive $ 242.00 per month and I pay $ 252 per month the problem is that there are times that I need to enter before 7am and it cant and sometimes leave a little more than 7pm and you cant
