Helpful most the time but it seems all there answers to an issue is buy a new phone.

I went in there to have my Metro PCS line transferred back over to Verizon because that is what I’ve always used and the young lady that helped us not only ported my number back over but she also hooked up my husband to have his phone line on too. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about her job.

Verizon staff insulted my phone and was condescending towards me when I didnt want to upgrade to a new phone. Service around my house blows anyways, wish you would put in more cell towers.

I waited an hour in the store before either of the two people working even acknowledged me. Apparently they were too busy ordering pizza with another customer. (Totally professional, guys.) Another hour after that, they finally started to help me. By help I mean they told me they didnt have what I wanted.

Went in because my iPhone was having issues. During my time there they were fairly helpful about the SIM card issue but informed me that I was on an older plan and if I upgraded to a newer plan it would save me $27 a month overall. Turns out that was a complete lie and my next bill was $120 more due to plan change fees and my monthly bill was projected at nearly $70 more a month. Guess it was my own fault for not asking to see anyof the details in writing. I heard cheaper per month and said “Sure! Do it!”.

Nobody loves going to a cell phone store, but at least these guys are quick and helpful.

Staff is friendly but the internet is so slow or down every time we visit so the service ends up being incredibly slow. They are also a 3rd party vendor so they charge extra fees.

Just call in today (January 5 2020) and ask about the Verizon hub. That lady didnt want to help at all. I been with Verizon for a very long time. Im very very disappointed!! A manager need to talk to her about her job!!!!

Do not go here for ANY service unless you want a hassle with bait and switch tactics. Already a long time Verizon customer just needing to upgrade two iPhones. Sales rep tells my wife that since we are buying two phones that it is buy one get one half off PLUS that he can include an IPad for $11.99. She says that sounds to good to be true. Sales rep says nope promotional deal, no strings attached ( that should have been the sign something was wrong). Wife confirms verbally multiple times that the total price for the IPad is only $11.99 and that we dont have to add a line....naturally she says sounds good to me, make it happen. Fast forward 4-days later.... she receives notification that the iPad is actually $370 and that the $11.99 was sales tax (although it doesnt compute correctly). She also finds out that she was charged full price for both phones! A trip back to get the BOHO in writing to ensure we receive the credit for the iPhone on our account and another trip to return the bogus offer iPad plus paying a $35.00 restocking fee.... well lets just say my wife learned a very valuable lesson. Hope you dont make the same mistake by going here, they are CROOKS!

My husband went into the store to get help with an extra phone line that we no longer needed and there was absolutely no customer service provided.The young man was indifferent, useless, rude, and a worthless employee. If this is how verizon is running their stores now and everything is to be computer automated then they should just close the store for good.

He was very help full and got us one phone that will work at our home 😃 I was starting to think it’s just bad service but he fixed us up with new phones that actually work.
