Easy to find but be prepared to wait more than 6 hours. My Agent didn’t tell me about appointment for this Home Depot load and I got there in the morning to find out that my appointment was at 4pm and They finished load me at 3:47 am next day. No answer from JBX Agency about pay me detention. I will never go back to this place again.

Easy to find, they won’t let otr drivers in until 7am.

Absolute worst. 2:00pm load appointment. Arrive at 11:30am. In dock 12:30pm. Begin loading at 6:30pm. Finish loading at 11:00pm. Their answer to everything was…We’re still picking the load. If appointment is 2:00pm, the load should be picked by 2:00pm. Will not come here again

They are great at wasting your time and this applies to all departments / sectors. The corporate group is very much flaw. I wonder how some people got appointed into their positions.

Avoid this location at all cost. They are completely clueless how to run a business. Showed up at 1 PM on 4-2-2021. I was at this location 5 1/2 hours four Watt was supposed to be a drop and hook. The level of gross negligence by management at this location is Amazing. I would encourage anyone to take any other load them this load thank you for reading my post

This place is just like the bad reviews say they load when they want! There’s no point in appointment times when you get there and told oh just come back tomorrow Am your load might be ready then sorry!

Great new facility, 8am Delivery Appt, not busy at all for how large the place is. Unload was fairly quick. Efficient in and out process, couldn’t ask for anymore out of a Warehouse! Only if they were all like this. ** TTI 203 Orange Way is straight ahead through the set of lanes don’t take a right into TTI testing facility like me, luckily a TTI day cab came to move a trailer so I could turn around haha**

Quick survey of repeat drivers. 4 to 5 hours to load by appointment. You decide whether you want to come here.

They don’t deserve even one star. Only for pick and drop don’t come here to pickup or delivery they waste your whole day. I am here from last 6 hours and still on dock I don’t know what they are doing inside just a wastage of time.

I checked in at 12:09 pm and didn’t leave until 9:08pm! This place is the worst ever...after my first two hours of waiting at the dock I was told two more hours 2.5 hours after that I was again told two more hours! Their absolutely clueless if it this place can be avoided do so!!

4:30 Hrs for pickup was on appointment time not recommended

.. 5 plus hours to load. Review are real. Bring food.this peoples dont give a fu about driver. 🗣and my load was ready 👏

I wont be coming back here any more. I live 2 hours from this place and I couldnt make it home to my kids today because it took them almost 7 hours to load me.

Very fast compqny quick load

Quick in and out.

Alot of back and forth. Requires alot of patience. Alot of choices are to be made on the fly. Which in turn can get you in trouble. Not on overall bad place to work for if you cay away from the the rotating in and out ney sayers

Takes too long to check in and out. Waited 37 minutes to check in. Then had to drop n hook and wait again to checkout and get paperwork.

Appt time at 2pm. Got in door quickly then watched them run out my 14hr clock loading ALL the next days trailers. At midnight they state Im loaded and to leave their property immediately. Spent 2 hours with NO sleep finding a place to park while on PC. Shame on this company for creating a dangerous situation.

Very nice people. Quick unload. In and out in hour. They put me straight on a door. Easy delivery!! 👍

I you have delivery or pickup 6hours too 10 hours it’s taking

I had good experience with fast unloading even did not had appointment numbers still they give me dock 48 dont know why they have low score

Extremely slow getting loaded. Arrived at 1215 for a drop n hook. Wasnt ready and was told dock time was 1500, its now 2141, still not done yet.

Check in with guard and proceed to shipping to check in. Fast check in and out! Fast loading! There are vending machine and bathroom.

One of the absolute worst places to be live loaded at. Loading trailers for the next day before trucks waiting for live loads.

2 hours loading time, 1 hour to get paperwork, lady at shipping office in afternoon shift is very slow 👎🏼
