Purchased 2/18/21. $999.00 ... Simmons BRS 900 EX Firm (4 months old) Now Im sleeping in a hole.You will not believe what you have to do to get Mr Mattress to make it right. Will purchase a new mattress myself..... Not with these people.

Went to look at a mattress set with a friend.

Look out, yall! Overpriced to begin with, then theres no return on the mattresses. You better like it in the 10 minutes you lay on it, otherwise they will screw you. I tried to buy local and support local businesses, and I got screwed. Buy it on Amazon, save yourself some money and trouble

I was with someone else that purchased a $2000 mattress. Within 31 days it was sagging. It has to be sagging 1-1/2 inches before they will do anything and the store will not help. 31 days is all a $2000. mattress stays comfortable? You have to download a form and take off the mattress and boxsprings to take 6 different pics. A elderly person can not do that. If the store sends out someone you will be charged $100 or more. The store is no help after they get your money!! What a disgrace..only 31 days

The mattress i have has a warrenty.. it was replaced 1 time for free. the second time they want to charge me.. The product does not last BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM>

I like that Mr. Mattress is family owned. Kevin was great! Really took his time explaining the different mattresses and was very patient with me as I waffled between which one I wanted to invest in.

We had a wonderful experience. I hate that I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped us, but he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We would 100% use them again.

I would not ever recommend this place in easley or anderson sc they are crooks my husband and i bought a mattress from them and the mattress we actually got is not the mattress they delivered to us i told them about it and they refused to replace and they wouldnt allow me to speak to the owners and the guy that runs the anderson store is the owners middle man i spoke with him and he cursed me out and then also repeatedly called my phone and cursed me.please everyone stay away from these crooks please Run !!!!!! I would not ever inthis life time recommend this place.

I bought a box springs in sept 2016 and a mattress in June 2017. It is time for me to move and when I called and asked them if they would help me tie the mattress on the top of my car; they answer was no. So now I will have to buy a new mattress - from some other place. If I could give less than one star, I would.
