Kyle was extremely helpful and while I wasn’t at the location he was at, he’s very dedicated to helping me understand how to get a new phone and helped me when I got into the store as well. Answered every question was very thoughtful! Thank you Kyle!

Jordan helped me get the new iPhone 13 pro max, a new phone case and a nice screen protector and did an amazing job. He made it really simple and go with ease. Highly recommend going there and working with Jordan, he was really professional and knew what he was talking about.

Not only did they explain everything they also took phones and cases out to the case where my husband was waiting with our dog. I never felt pressured. I had a terrible day and everything was going wrong and then it happened... I dropped my phone and shattered it and Im too cheap to pay for insurance. I got into this store 20 minutes before it closed and my rep was fantastic. He didnt turn me away (like the store I had just been to who said they didnt have time to take care of me before close). He stayed until after his shift was over to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank the stars for people like that!!!

My first time getting a contract phone plan, and Marcella made the experience stress free and easy. We got five phones, which she helped switch and pair for us. Marcela was such a welcoming, caring and experienced customer service representative. She made me feel so welcome. She is also bilingual and even though I speak English my first language is Spanish so I was at ease knowing that if I had any trouble with words she understood me.
