The staff is very helpful. I felt comfort the minute I stepped through the door. It was nice and clean too!!

I came in today with my mom so we could upgrade our phones. They were able to talk us into getting the iPhone 12. I wanted an iPhone with three cameras and that was not in stock and I’d have to wait for in to be delivered. so I decided not wait until they got the 12 pro. While my moms new phone was being activated I was talked into prepaying for the iPhone 12 pro from Alex due to new camera upgrades. Nathan was the one helping us during our visit and made the upgrade process super easy! If it wasn’t for Nathan I wouldn’t go back to the store due to previous bad experiences with former employees! Thanks for all your help Nathan and Alex!
Great service even though it took a while.
The young men who helped me were both very nice. However the first rule of good public relations are you help 1 customer beginning to end instead of running from customer to customer and customers in the store come before phone calls, especially when the staff are initiating the calls.The worst part is the DM, Summer was in the store texting on her phone and speaking to staff on the phone. She needed to be doing that while staff was helping customers. I was there over 2 hours to get my old phone transferred to my new phone. The DM needs to step up or be retrained. Very unprofessional.
Customers do not matter here. If I could take back my initial move to AT&T and this particular store, I would in a heartbeat. Water under the bridge. Shopper-buyer beware. Can I do zero stars? No use focusing on my review now. Ive moved on.

Added a line today. Service was great Arnes and Alex were super friendly and helpful. It was an easy prosses with their help and they were more then willing to answer any and all question we had for them. They saved us $30 a month by looking at our plan and seeing what we could do to save more money.
Only 1 employee in store, Nathan did his best, but it took 3 hours to get a new phone. Nathan was very pleasant to work with, but the new system crashed two times

Been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. They have had a “On Break Be Back Soon” sign in the window each time. The second time, I decided to wait. I waited 30 minutes before a lady came back. When I tried to go in, it was still locked. The lady came back to the window only to replace the “Break” sign, with a “Closed” sign. Looking right at me, I said that I had been waiting for them to get back. With no acknowledgement or explanation she walked back in the store. Signs say they’re open until 7:00pm on Saturdays, not 12:20pm. This is very frustrating.
Was wanting to switch to at&t, but the store was locked and closed. Its 5:30pm. The door says they close at 8 and google says they close at 7. Absolute bs.
Store is horrible. I’ve come here three days in a row and it’s been closed even though the posted hours says open. Currently at the store and it’s 5:05 PM and it’s closed even though sign says 7 PM.
Let me just say that the young man at the AT&T store. Was absolutely incredible, he had several customers with no manager on site. He delt with each of us accordingly. While calling the National management and even the customer assistance line. Let me say Nathan was also answering the phones too an taking care of the air conditioning electrician. I have not had such outstanding service in many years. I want to Thank you for hiring this young man. Thank Him from us the Rosenbalms. I will be sending many more customers your way. If I had to pick stars 5 stars is not enough for Nathan. He is a 10 star rating.

I stopped in to get a new SIM card. A five minute job. This took over an hour to get done. While I was there one of you associates ordered lunch through Grubhub. The other customer that was there said he had been there for over 2 hours. It seemed like the associate that was there didnt want to be there. Bad attitude and work ethic. Bad customer service.

Had a very poor experience at this store with a young blonde gal, I believe Shelby was her name. I typically deal with Adam or Angel when I come to this store, and they treat me very well, however my most recent visit made me contemplate coming back all together. Shelby made me feel stupid because I was old, and didn’t know what I was doing, instead of helping me understand my issues. I’ve never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner by someone in the customer service industry. Would not recommend this store if you are working with her.
Great place for a “in-you-and-your-family’s-best-interest” visit.Every member seems to bring their own certain strength to the table. Shelby in particular has a DEFINITE future in sales if she is to pursue that route further.

I went to Ankeny AT&T Store and was waited on by a young man named Justin. He was very efficient and intelligent. He answered any and all questions I had regarding my new Iphone. I have been gone for a very long time and dont know mu h about these high tech phones. Let me tell you, Justin does! I recommend this young man to help you with your phones and your service. I recommend this store. There is also another nice young man that is the manager and his name is Angel. Thanks guys.
The young blonde woman working there should be fired. She doesnt keep the store opened during hours, is rude, unhelpful and is hurting the business. Ill drive to Des Moines to not deal with her.

Store manager wasn’t the best informed. Then the biggie. AT&T doesn’t do the load test on iPhone batteries any longer, so your faces with heading to Jordan creek and dealing with that load of freaks, or buy a new phone and keeping your day moving.Don’t know what ever happened to taking care of long term customers? Sure hope that changes, I’d hate to have to switch services.

I’m currently with a different phone carrier and have heard good things about AT&T so I decided to stop into the store to look at there deals. There was a younger blonde female that was working when I came in. While in the store the female associate appeared to be on her phone FaceTiming someone. When I asked for her help she seemed like she was more interested with the phone call more than me. She was very rude and condescending about it which made me feel hesitant about switching to AT&T. I own my own business and I would never ever allow this type of behavior to represent my company.

This store is amazing and all the staff as well. I am about to pay off for my phones and move to another carrier. I have 6 phones and 2 iPads with them and have taken advantage of their specials along with unlimited data. My Galaxy9+ that I bought new in May suddenly stopped swiping. While I tried to contact 611 customer service I was hung up on twice and told I would get a refurbished phone. Then the 3rd agent decided to lie to me and sent me a piece of old junk that also will not readily accept my touch. I called in and got a honest agent who said he could put in another request for another used phone. It has been noted that I was told its not economically viable to provide me with a new phone. AT&T IT IS NOT ECONOMICALLY VIABLE TO BE CONNED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. WE PAY ALMOST $500 A MONTH IN PHONE BILLS AND NEVER OWED A DIME. WE ALSO BUY CASES AND SCREEN PROTECTION FROM YOU. WE HAVE SO MUCH AND YOU ARE LIARS AND CON ARTIST. I am so disappointed.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited patiently for an hour and the guys decided to help another person before me so I walked out. Would not reccomend this store at all.
The manager there, Edwardo was so rude when we needed help transferring my number. He actually argued with another manager over the phone about store policy in front of me. It was already an emotional situation but for him to be so unhelpful, its unacceptable. Then when he finally did his job after the other manager showed documentation of the policy, he did it wrong and caused more of a problem by transfer the wrong number. What a nightmare, I highly recommend visiting a corporate store instead of this retailer to avoid such rediculous attitudes and lack of professionalism.

Mario and Eduardo solved a porting issue from Verizon in a matter of minutes. I had over 5 hours of call time with Verizon, Asurion and AT&T before the problem was resolved quickly in the store.
