SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I had to write this to prevent any others from falling victim to this fraud. I scheduled a double facial for my mother and myself a few days ago. After we checked in, the lady (owner I think) took us to our rooms. Then assuming there were two masseuse, I went on to tell her I was doing this more for my mother and asked her I hope her facial had started too. Not long after she started, I noticed, shell leave me in the room for 10 minutes with nothing going on and come back after another 10 minutes. she did this 3 times, so I woke up and asked her when she got in again, are you the only one here, she lied and said no, then I pressed on and she said yes. I confronted her, you cannot be charging me for 2 90 mins facials and doing both by yourself. I asked her why she not find help or schedule our visits, one after the other. she then started to apologize. I got up dressed and told my mom deiced to stop the session as my mother said she had also been waiting in her room for the last 10 mins with nothing happening. This dishonesty at its worse. I paid for half the visit and for one person and we both left. And to show she was not as remorseful as he claimed, she wanted to charge me the full amount. I think she was just sorry she was caught. I hope
