The shop is clean and well organized. There are a lot of cosmetic and beauty products. The staff is helpful.

Soon as I try to buy online, they updated their price up as their store. I hope you could just tell me that is a wrong price that I don’t have to waste time to visit the store. Final sale and awful service, was there couple of days ago and the lady was just rushing me because they had something going on in the back so she just told me TRY THIS HERE ILL TAKE IN THE FRONT she walked to the front and I walked around to look more and she comes behind me rushing me!She rings me up and tells me it is FINAL SALE as she is STAMPING the receipt like how are you going to tell me AFTER! Beware order from Amazon return if you dont like wish I had done that!

Customer service is sub-par. I think small stores like these should focus on building a good relationship with the clientele. Products are amazing but I don’t always feel welcomed by the owner. Can just order products from online instead.

The shop was clean and there was a nice selection at reasonable prices. The salesperson Karis was great, she was attentive without being pushy, and she made a great suggestion when I asked her about a lip tint. Ill definitely go back!

My go-to for affordable make up. Everything I’ve tried works well with my sensitive combination skin type. The products last long, too, a little bit goes a long way even if you use them every day. These are my favorite products. One downside is that the shades only range from ivory to medium-light (you have to be pretty pale to shop here). Associates are always friendly and helpful and there are usually good deals/sales.

Be aware to buy all the high line of luxury products cause they are all expired. I just found out today my recent purchases were expired last month 😰. And all the skincare and makeup which I bought earlier this year were expired also 😰.

This place is amazing. They have SO much to chose from, from skin care to cosmetics. It’s very clean great prices and they have skin care tailored for men. The people here are so sweet and helpful and best of all educated. I am so happy I found this place.

The reps should probably have a little more better service. Rather than being concerned about their faces they should probably ask their clients if theres anything they could assist with. I had to keep asking for prices because they werent placed in the correct bins. And there werent good descriptions given by the reps when I asked them about products. But the store itself is great to have. Their products are reliable and good for your skin.

Love going here. Great products, great sales, and the employees always explain the different products. I especially love the sunscreen, lipstains, and CC cream. The rewards program is great too.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well organized store. They had a face mask on sale buy 5 get 5 free or 10 masks for just $10. Cant beat that.

Im so happy to finally have The Face Shop in Annandale, VA! So far I am using the Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam. This cleanser is great for removing make up and cleansing your face without drying out your skin. You will only need about a pea size amount for your face so this product will last you a while. (My skin type is usually dry and easily irritated by products with too much perfume. I have not experienced any drying or allergic reactions.)

People who are not born Korean and huge fans of Kdrama will understand better.When you view their serials they show that the customer service is very polite and customer oriented.unfortunately that is so not true at this place.They have it in very good location and pricing of the products is also on expensive side.But the place is not welcoming to all its customers.They judge and depending on the product they choose to buy their customer service is oriented.On top of it if we ask for price they try to move to another customer.

When people say I cant speak Korean it doesnt mean I cant understand Korean. Their products are not bad, but their staffs are super RUDE. If you want to learn some bad Korean words, this is the best place. The staff will speak those words loudly behind you. I complained to their manager, but she didnt believe me (plus, no apologies). My Korean speaking is limited, but my listening is good. I know what the staff said behind me.American skin care products are too strong for me, I used to be happy for having the face shop in this area. From now on, I would NOT refer this store to my friends. If I want to buy Korean products, I will go to Amore or the face shop in New York.

What bad service towards me today. One of the employees were really unfriendly towards me. And that was the same person from last time I went there. And I was a customer when store opened. And Im not coming back since the lady had said to me not to come back. Such bad service.

Update:You are right, every story has 2 sides. So start to listen to the customer instead of your sales. It seems people not satisfied of your service. And actually, from your response, I kind of know why your salesperson is giving everyone attitude.————————I would like to give 0 star if google allows me to. Horrible service. I requested an eyeliner pencil, but I found out the young lady give me the eye liner ink which totally fine, people make mistake sometimes. I called them back immediately. 3 days later I went back to switch the item but the older lady tried to BLAME ME because 1st - I didn’t check the product when I was purchasing, 2nd - I was the one who request eyeliner ink?!! Seriously?? Then she said there are $6 difference, she asked me if I want to buying anything or deposit to their store as store credit. I walked around the store try to find anything but nothing I like, and I am going back to New York, there is no chance to come back, so I said I want my money back. She said New York is not far from here, Just come back! Seriously???? 4 hours driving is not far for her??? I told her I would like to get the money back, but she wouldn’t let me, and started a fight. Then she called the owner ask what to do, but the thing is I can speak Korean, I heard she told her manager that I am a sakaji customer!! When she doing the process to refund my money, she asked me to sign on the receipt but she drop the pen in front of me hardly, and at the end she even didn’t give me the item that I purchased. I asked her to give me the item she didn’t admit that and said she already gave to me. Then she found the item and pass it to me without an apology. Actually she didn’t apologize at all from the beginning!Really! Everyone! Stay away from this store! At least stay away from this lady, the one with short curly brown hair!!!Terrible experience!

I love Korean skincare products and have been on a dedicated Asian skincare routine for years. However, given that these products are a rarity in the States, shops like The Faceshop are a godsend. Sometimes, you cant always trust what you buy on Amazon for Asian skincare products so coming here gives me a piece of mind knowing that theyre authentic Faceshop products.The storefront isnt too big, but its very organized and bright. There are signs on both walls that tell you what products are below, whether its skincare, body care, women or men. The saleswoman was very polite and recommended several different products once I told her I had dry/oily combo skin. From sheet masks, cleansing foams, toners, cleansing oils, body creams, and even makeup like mascara and nail polish, The Faceshop has it all!I picked up some much-needed sheet masks ($2-3 each) in green tea, mung bean, and olive. The store was doing a promotion on cleansing foams (buy one, get one free) so I picked one lemon and one acerola. At the salesladys recommendation, I also picked up a hydrating seaweed sleeping pack. She threw in samples of a green tea toner and lotion kit and a whitening essence at the end of my purchase. My total for 4 sheet masks, two cleansing foams, one sleeping pack, and two samples came out to be a little over $30. What a deal!Ive already started to use the acerola cleansing foam and its wonderful. I cant wait to try the sheet masks. Ive been using My Beauty Diary sheet masks and theyre good, but I am eager to try these. The Faceshop products are high-quality, natural and reliable. They are more known for their skincare products than makeup products, but I wouldnt hesitate to try the makeup.When I purchased my items, I also signed up for their rewards card. They also send out emails when they do promotions, which I think is fairly often. I cant wait to check out the other Asian beauty stores in Annandale (theres a Tony Moly next to Breeze Bakery!), and I know this wont be my last visit to The Faceshop.
