We just finished bathroom remodels with Annapolis Kitchen and Bath. Duane and Morgan came to our home for an initial visit and quickly created a plan that worked beautifully for our home. The work is detailed and impeccable.Best of all, Duane created a spreadsheet that outlined the work schedule. We knew what work would be done in our home each day. We never had any questions about changing schedule or budget- it was all perfectly spelled out at the start of the project with no issues at all! The communication was amazing throughout the project.The crew was fantastic and treated our home and family with respect. They cleaned up daily and made it easy and stress-free to have work done.We are thrilled with our beautiful new spaces and will definitely reach out to Annapolis Kitchen and Bath for any future projects in our home.

Erica at Annapolis Kitchen and Bath worked on the re-design of our original 1964 upstairs hall bathroom. She was on point with everything I desired design wise and during the initial presentation even had many pieces I had previously looked at and loved for our master bath (but did not fit with that design). The pieces I did not care for, she was quick to offer replacements for in designs that were not only beautiful but gently pushed me out of my comfort zone and into a place that yielded a stunning design.Due to Covid, there were a few issues with supply and due to how well she got my style and wishes for the overall design and style of the bathroom, she was able to find replacements and offer them and I could easily accept the replacement keeping our bathroom remodel on time.I would recommend Erica and Annapolis Kitchen and Bath without hesitation.

All three are conscientious professionals who know their craft and go above and beyond each and everyday of your project to make sure you understand and get what youve dreamed of for your house. Robert spent months with me in visioning and creating the ultimate design. Duane ensured that I knew exactly what the costs and time frames would be and Louis flawlessly executed on everything envisioned. I cant say enough about working with Annapolis Kitchen and Bath. As the owner, Duane handpicked the best team for my project and was continuously involved to ensure that any surprises (which are expected in a project of this size) be minimized and efficiently handled. Annapolis Kitchen and Bath did a great job with our master bathroom. Robert, the designer, worked with us to lay out the project and accompanied us at local stores to pick out tile, countertop and fixtures. Lewis, the lead carpenter, was courteous, clean and best of all, an amazing craftsman. Duane oversaw the whole project, making sure things kept on schedule and the project was a success. The whole crew was clean, respectful and very professional.

WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM and, as far as home renovation projects go (and we have done a few), it was straightforward and smooth in both the run up and the execution. First, as to the design, Robert was wonderful. His ideas were inventive and interesting but he was not so tied to anything that he couldn’t discuss it and be flexible. He has a nice sense for materials and finishes and the end product really reflects it! He also met with us a couple of times to give us that extra push and assistance in making selections, one of the hardest parts of this process for us. He also talked us down from the ledge at least once, though we likely should have extended that conversation even more. Lesson learned. Duane and his guys were great too. Duane mapped out a schedule for the work and, though we didn’t monitor it day by day, I can say that they hit the target for each day and each week pretty closely and the project was done exactly when he said it would be. I’ve actually never had that happen before in a project. Louis and Mike were wonderful, as were the other contractors and service people that we met. They were very respectful of our home, doing their best to keep it as clean outside of the actual workspace as they could. Even better, they were genuinely nice guys to have around and the “creep out factor” of having strangers in our home passed immediately. They work hard and do a wonderful job, as did the other craft persons we didn’t meet, but are appreciating their handywork and attention to detail. It was fun to watch it come together but the finished product is even better; it’s just beautiful! It’s made being confined to our home far less painful than it might otherwise have been! We will enjoy it for years to come and, when the time comes to sell our home, know that it will contribute to the bottom-line value of the property. We hadn’t thought seriously about renovating the kitchen, but working with them was so painless that it’s a real possibility now. I really can’t say enough good things about them, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I cant recommend Annapolis Kitchen and Bath highly enough! For anyone who is postponing their remodeling plans because they are afraid of it being too disruptive: Duane at AKB is your solution. He expertly schedules the project to minimize the impact of the necessary electrical and plumbing transitions. There was no time when I was left without a working bathroom or my refrigerator and stove, so the painful disruption I feared never occurred. AKBs craftsmanship is first-rate and they pay close attention to detail. Whenever unexpected changes arose, AKB always had an acceptable solution with no nickel and diming. Even after the punch list was complete and the final payment made, AKB was there whenever I popped up with a question. Many thanks to the whole AKB team!

Eleven years ago (2008) I contracted with Duane Dywer to do a complete renovation of my kitchen. At the time, he was associated with a different company before opening his own business (Annapolis Kitchen and Bath). He did an amazing job and I have loved it for many years. However, a few days ago I noticed a problem with the caulking between a cabinet and the wall over my sink. It appeared that the cabinets were in danger of coming loose from the wall. I contacted Duane and he immediately came to my home to check it out. Within days, his crew arrived at my home, diagnosed the problem, removed the cabinets, corrected the problem, and rehung 3 cabinets and recaulked the backsplash.Not only is it amazing to be able to contact someone who did work in your house 11 years ago, but to have them come immediately, fix the problem, and then tell you that there will be NO CHARGE.If you have a need for ANY kitchen or bathroom remodeling, please contact Annapolis Kitchen and Bath.
