I will give it 4 stars, only because sometimes I think they should carry a few more items. The store is clean, the staff is helpful. It is a corporate thing so keep your expectations on the low and things will work out. I can not lie I have got some very good deals there. You do have to pay attention.

Great store fully staffed, stocked and friendly workers, very knowledgeable but Trying to get something delivered and setup can be a bit pricey we were looking to get a built in microwave delivered which was $250 plus 40.00 transportation fee plus 80.00 for labor and Delivery 60.00 Almost 400.00 for a microwave that was 250.00 that 2 microwaves You cant purchase the item then have them come to install it. It has to come through the online Store. That was disappointing.

We have been attempting to return a fridge that we rightfully should be able to return after adhering to the 48 return policy. Well it’s been 2 months and i’ve heard ever excuse they could think of to not come and pick this fridge up i have made physical appearances, called and emailed requesting them to please take the fridge back yet their appliance sections believe they can’t do anything without a manager present which is IMPOSSIBLE to have one working when I need them most. Worst service i have ever had to deal with. Workers are nice though. Take back your damn fridge.

Refused to cut wood, the machine works - they’re lazy. They take HOURS to fill small orders. I don’t always leave reviews, but when I do it’s because they’re not good at what they’re being paid to do. It’s sad they’re the only show in town, they sure act like it. Not just a one time issue, this review is the culmination of years of them being putrid at this Annapolis location. You’ve been warned.

Customer service was great. They even helped me to my car with heavy paint quiet no questions asked. Definitely a good store.

Staff was great in fixing a online order that was having issues. Manager made up for the issue and helped with my new order to get everything I needed.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a washing machine online as we had ours break, was enticed to get the Home Depot card to save $50, and afterwards got a confirmation. This washer had to be a certain width as I live in a condo so I had to order the smaller size by 2 inches. I found out after the washer was dropped by my mail box that because it was 2 inches narrower it was not considered a major appliance, thus they would not install or remove the old one. I live on the third floor of a condo alone, with no way to do any of this by myself. After being on hold and disconnected on twice I finally got to a customer relations “manager”an hour later who proceeded to defend their stance and over talk me anytime I tried to speak. They would not be helping me no matter what and I should have read the fine print. The washer was $489 and I had to spend an additional $450 to have a company move and install the new one and remove the old one. Oh and if I wanted to return it I just had to pay the shipping of $100 and change and then go buy a new one. Lowe’s for life baby.

Terrible experience here. Ticketed by a police officer while loading my car for no reason. Management explained that the police “do that sometimes” and then hung up. Lost my business as a Pro customer. Update: I went back to ask management if I was allowed to load my car where I was ticketed and 4 separate employees have told me yes it is legal to load your car in that spot. Home Depot Management please comment on the disconnect between the information your employees provide and where the police will ticket you at your stores.

My gas lawn mower broke down on me after 10 years of service... i typically Shop at Lowes, but since The home depot was close to my work i Figured ill pick up a Electric battery powered mower on my way home, i took the time to create a account and bought one online, i got a call and they cannot find the one that was in stock... to make a long story short i ended up canceling my order, im just very disappointed i thought id give home depot a try since its close to my job.... anyway customer service on the phone was nice.

This place is the worst. Every time I go in there I get so frustrated by the staff and inventory system. I tried store pick up, and 2 item orders take a day to fulfill. Avoid this place, and go to another store or order the item from an online seller. Management is a wreck running a store like this.

Love home Depot and they have awesome prices on some things. They just need more cashiers: available instead of self check out. I saw several Senior Citizens struggling to check their selfs out. Just 😥.

This H.D. has a v good customer service person whos helped me on several visits. Shes very attentive to ones needs and courteous. I got her permission to take her pic!l Also H.D.finally got an upgraded computer system! Yay! They can now check other stores for merchandise, receipts, etc.

Their curbside pick up service is horrible You wait for longer than it takes to just go in the store and get it yourself. If you cant do the service well, then dont have it. It also takes forever to find things if you go in on your own. The store is not really laid out with any kind of logic. I thought maybe it was me who had the problem until I tried their curbside. Now I think it may be them. They do have great prices though.

Run of the muck home depot. The usual selection, but when I came here to pick up a refrigerator they took forever to send someone to help me. Im sure its usually fine but until I have a better experience 3 star is my opinion.

One will find almost everything, however, good luck if you need help.

A March order for a Hotel renovation has been delayed and delayed by the Home Depot store in Annapolis. Third party shipping contract is pathetic. Home Depot has zero control over your order. They can not provide a delivery date and thus are not a professional service. Great for the home owner but no contractor can use their service.

They paying for reviews. This is the worst stock d HDP u have ever seen. Employees act lost. Dirty, disorganized. Shameful.

We got there a bit before closing so we couldnt get everything we wanted. Ended up doing a pickup order online when we got home. That worked pretty well.

The workers I have dealt with screwed up my order. I wanted to send to my home but somehow then send half to the store for pick up... Why do I pay $90 for delivery and half goes to store. So I canceled my order. I try to call the pro desk to fix it and cant get a hold of anyone.... they dont answer the phones. The place is going down hill. Try the other North Home Depot, they will fix it.

Ive been to this Home Depot many times to acquire plants and get equipment for the lawn. I was very happy with the junipers and flowers we bought from there as well as the hay. Its great to have a cordless DeWalt battery operated weed wacker.

Waited 45 minutes trying to place an order for flooring no help available for that departmentThat day as the assistant had to leave no o e else trained to assist. Got manager to take the order eventually. Measurements took place the next day and a day later received a call from assistant manager asking what had been ordered as there was no paperwork.I gave details again and have not yet received call back with total cost and timeframe for installation. Called waited on line 15 minutesNo answer.

They have all self check out resisters. Not one checkout lane with a cashier! Meanwhile 4 employees stand at the checkouts and point you to the self checker that is open. This is the most stupid thing I have ever seen.

Worst experience ever!! If I could give less than one star I would. Made our order and paid extra for express delivery. Was told at pro desk we would be getting a call with a delivery date. Did not get a call for several days so I called the store and was transferred and promptly hung up on. So I tried calling again and the second time the person I spoke to has no clue as to what Im talking about so he put me on the phone with a young lady who is giving me the run around and stated she would transfer me to the person I need to talk to. I wait and no answer. I called again and I get hung up on. Unbelievable! Horrible customer service especially after I paid for my order and extra for express delivery.

Went to rent a chipper they said it was there I drive along way to rent it. I filled out the paperwork and paid but no one can find the machine. So waste my time and still haven’t received my refund. I guess this is expected from big box store.

Tonight, a young cashier at the service counter rung me up. I had to ask for a bag. She opened the bag and simply stood there. I asked, Do I have to bag my item, surprisingly enough she replied Yes. I placed the item in the bag. Poor customer service. I complained to an older customer service worker who apologized to me and confronted the younger worker, who lied and then claimed to have bagged my item...Millennials for you.

This is a pretty nice home depot. Ive never noticed any cleanliness problems and the staff is always friendly. Sometimes they arent the most responsive, but once you find help, its usually good.

This is the workers home Depot in Annapolis. Less frills, same stuff. Generally less crowded. But fellas, its 2020. Please update your POS system to do contactless payment. Theres no excuse to still require a card or signature in this day and age.

I really appreciate the South Annapolis store. Even with increased pressure and demand from Covid-19, my orders have been ready within minutes of placing them.The larger store across town still hasnt updated an order from a week ago.S. Annapolis all the way...thanks!

Standard Home Depot. A little smaller than others. As usual you can never find someone to help you and the associates seem to have little knowledge outside their home department.

Everything I was looking for was in stock. Had to ask for the location of a couple of items and each team member that I asked knew right where to send me. Will shop here again!

Clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately got a faulty blade, but luckily no one was hurt. They went above and beyond to fix the issue, though.

Although I needed to wait some time to check the prices on a couple of windows, the lady from that department was diligent and kind searching and scanning the prices...good service!

Be aware of buying appliances online, I purchased a washer and dryer and had it delivered in 10 days, the day it was delivered, I was informed that It would take an additional 48 hrs for a plumber subcontractor to contact me to install it and take away the old one... this was not disclosed online and no one from the staff and management were able to help me expedite the process, I took a day off work to wait for the delivery and now I’ll have to take additional time off to wait for the installation to be done days later, after I have already paid them for it. Unacceptable!

This is a review on a poor experience at one location and positive at another; Called the other home depot on Defense, after being on hold and bounced around for 15 min finally someone at lumber department told me he cant cut the board up into 15x15 sections due to policy. The policy is no precision cuts, no rip cuts, and pay extra for 3+ cuts. I didnt need precision, i just needed to fit the pieces in my car and have them small enough to work with on my table saw. The gentleman also told me to just look online to see if the product is at the store like he couldnt be bothered to help me with what i was looking for. Also, how many times is the online information wrong? Handful of times Ive seen 3/8 ply not on the website but I arrive at the store and its there. Never went to the store, was kinda done with the guy.Called THIS home depot at Forrest plaza; was on hold for only a few min, Cory at the lumber department said they do have 3/8 plywood, and he could help me out. Very professional guy, got my wood cut how i needed it, probably my most positive experience at homedepot in awhile. Going to the one on Forrest plaza moving forward. Give that man Cory a raise. great customer service that I honestly thought was lacking at HD, before this stint.

Horrible store! Especially their Pro Desk. I placed an order in March, it was delivered incomplete in April. I contacted and spoke with the Pro Desk multiple times in April, May, and June. I still have not gotten a refund for the missing items. Any time I call I get transferred to the Service desk where no one answers or the phone just hangs up. Avoid this location at all costs!

Out of the thing I needed.

Normal operation at Home Dept; go for a four dollar part, find out they no longer carry it but for $20 I could buy a complete new mechanism that was made poorly in China. Consider them the Kmart of hardware. Good thing the president and CEO makes $1.3 million a year running these scams on the American people. Couldnt even get the 23 year old expert to put down her phone long enough to provide assistance. Apathetic at best they earn an F.

This is the worst hardware store in MD in Annapolis.... poor customer service and no one to help you in one department. Tried to order blinds: woman on orders disgustingly hate customers, does not take her work and orders seriously, very hateful like I came to her own house and bother her! Great place with all kinds of fun stuff. I love home depot. Its a little overwhelming trying to find exactly what you need if you cant find a helper if you need something small like a screw for an old knob or dont know what you need but I enjoy the search if I have time.
