I understand we are in a Covid environment and that workers are hard to find. So Ill cut this store a break and give it two stars instead of one. We were met at the door by a woman who demanded, before we could step inside, to know if we had an appointment. We didnt. So, she said there is no one available to help you but you can look around. We looked around. Didnt really see anything interesting and since we couldnt ask any questions, we left.

I very much enjoyed working with Shannon! She was at all times very professional, pleasant, and helpful. She has extensive knowledge of the product lines sold at Ferguson and was very mindful of my wants and needs when working with me to choose the best products for my space. She communicated with the different companies we ordered from to ensure the items were delivered in a timely fashion. I highly recommend working with Shannon and using Ferguson for your bath and kitchen needs!! Two thumbs up! :)

My wife and I had a fantastic in store experience with the sales rep - Heather Watson. She was relaxed but very professional in her presentations, the show room was great. We would highly recommend Heather to anyone.

We have tried for weeks to get an appointment with an in store consultant- we know they are busy- we get that- we asked their front desk receptionist if we could get a business card of a consultant - we have a list of items from their floor that we would like pricing on- front desk said yes-so we sent a detailed list of bathroom items- well we are now waiting weeks to get even an initial response- SERVICE IS POOR

Loved what Ferguson had to offer! The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable on all of the products in the store! When you make an appointment ask for Shannon!!

Nice showroom. Nice staff.That said, I was a homeowner purchasing bath fixtures for a mid-grade bathroom remodel. While staff was nice, I left feeling like a small fish in a big pond. I felt like perhaps if I were a contractor that spends with them all the time I would have received better service. Just a feeling.Post sale communication could have and should have been better. I had two items that were not in stock and needed to be ordered. A kohler bath set was due in 7-10 days. Forty-two days later still not here due to an ordering error on their part. I had to cancel it and managed to get it locally the next day for a few bucks less.Every time I reached out to my associate to a parts ETA, schedule delivery, and during the ordering process, I was never able to get her on the phone on the first try. All but one try, not on the first day. Email was the same. Some werent returned at all and all but one took more than a day. Same for a manager I had to leave a VM for. Two days later and still no call back. Im pretty easy going but this is unacceptable to me.My plumber tells me that he orders from them all the time at the Glen Burnie location and has no problems. Its not a showroom, just basically a parts counter. This is partially why I think if I were a contractor I would have received better after sale service.Final word - Nice showroom. Nice staff - when you can get them. Prices are average or slightly better than for the retail customer. Dont expect to speak to someone quickly or even just promptly if you need something.

We worked with Shannon at Fergusons Annapolis, MD showroom to pick out fixtures for two bathrooms. We werent able to find what we wanted at other stores and we found the process a little overwhelming. When we met Shannon, she helped us pull everything together effortlessly. She listened to what we wanted and made the process easy and enjoyable. She went above and beyond, especially in our quest for grab bars that looked like towel bars. She had grab bars in mind, but they didnt have them in the showroom. She asked the distributor to send pics of the bars that he installed in his own bathroom so we could see what they looked like in an actual bathroom. They were the perfect solution! We love all of the fixtures we purchased from Shannon and we would love to work with her for any future projects. She provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the entire process!

Great experience, we were in and out of the showroom quickly and efficiently. Shannon really knows her stuff; she did a great job of helping us zero in on what we really needed and then got us through the purchasing cycle in no time at all. My only regret is not having gone to Ferguson when we first thought of doing a kitchen upgrade.

Shannon was terrific to work with. She took time to walk through a number of options to help design the perfect bathroom and keep our project on budget. It is so important to have a showroom and a real person to help visualize everything, not to mention the ability of the Ferguson team to plan logistics so that materials are delivered when the contractor needs them so that there is no delay.

We worked with Shannon Pasch at the Ferguson Annapolis Gallery and had a great experience. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and very responsive to our emails and phone calls. We ran into a small issue with the tub we ordered which Shannon promptly corrected. We look forward to working with her in the future for our other bathroom and kitchen renovations.

Shannon P. and her manager Jim took great care of me during my significant back to the studs bathroom remodeling project. When a costly unnecessary item was ordered by mistake, Shannon and Jim took care of it and gave me credit for the item once returned in original packaging, even though more than six months had gone by since the part was delivered. Note, this item was ordered partially due to unclear specifications from Kohler, but nonetheless, Shannon and Jim went above and beyond the call to make sure I was happy! I heartily recommend the Annapolis Ferguson store for both their outstanding products, and great customer service! John Y.

Recently worked with Shannon Pasch to replace my washer & dryer and laundry sink. Very happy with Shannon’s help and with the products. The showroom is very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the length of time it took to get the washer & dryer. Otherwise would recommend using them!

Shannon was wonderful to work with and made the process so much easier. We will definitely use Ferguson again!

Very happy with my experience with Shannon and Fergusons

This has been a very unpleasant experience with the company, I had kitchen equipment that was under warranty and I have gone over 3 weeks without the use of a microwave. And I have children in my home. The representative I spoke with was very ignorant, no empathy and offered no support. I feel cheated by this experience and lack of service. Their service provider has been underwhelming and I doubt they know what they are doing. I definitely do not recommend this company

Yes, a fantastic store for those looking at remodeling projects. They have everything you need and more... helpful staff that can walk you through from start to finish.

Shannon at Ferguson was awesome. Very helpful on our purchase of linen cabinet and vanity. Offered tons of suggestions and worked with us on special order. Had an issue (damaged cabinet - NOT Fergusons issue) & Shannon was all over the problem. She worked with the manufacturer and the replacement product was replaced quickly.

Shannon was amazing. Had a quick turn job and she was knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend!

I came to Ferguson with a problem with an existing sink. After having no luck with the Manufacturer, I explained my problem to Shannon in the showroom. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me identify and secure the part I needed. Shannon was very pleasant to work with and really went the extra mile to help and solve the problem.

I have been a custom home builder for 23 years and finally found a sales rep, Shannon Pasch, who is not only interested in a sale, but also has the experience to really understand issues that will impact both the home owner and the builder, which is a rare trait. She is outstanding.

I needed to find a grab bar that would look nice with the existing fixtures in my bathroom. Shannon was most helpful and very patient until we found exactly the right item.

Good place for lights or lighting

We liked the choices and the assistance that Ms. Shannon Pasch provided to us in selecting fixtures for our master bath remodeling project, and provided them to our contractor. However, the contractor chose another source. Now that we have a much better idea how this whole process works, we would stay with Ms. Pasch and have our contractor remain with Ferguson and Ms. Pasch if we could do it over...or if we move on to another project. She was very cordial and helpful, and we liked working with her. Ms. Paschs professional demeanor and diverse knowledge of the bath products will surely continue to serve her well.

Please avoid this store if you are a person of color. The MANY sales people will not speak, look your way or even attempt to help you out throughout the entire store. Super rude. Disrespectful. Ferguson is a super racist establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Jenn assisted us and was very knowledge the products. Along with the price sheet, she gave us pictures of each item.

I agree with other People of color who visited this store. I was in the store for 45 minutes. Nobody even asked me if I needed help. This is rude and discriminatory. I will be taking my remodeling business elsewhere.
