OMG!!! Where do I begin. This place is the best. Everything is well stocked. I found things I needed and didnt need. When you can get A-1 sauce for a dollar, you know youre doing good. Cant get enough of this place.

Great selection. Lots of school supplies and Halloween decor right now. Longish lines but another register was opened as the store got busier.

My cashier was very polite. The store was clean as well. Very impressed by the fall decorations

This Place is not bad they try to keep the store organized and tidy but has alot of room for improvement. Can at times not be stocked so its a hit and miss sometimes

Very crowded but efficient employees had 4 checkout lanes open. Even without lots of customers, the store feels crowded because of extremely narrow aisles. But, they carry a lot of stuff you didnt know you needed.

Great for picking up school supplies, cards, snacks, and things in between!

The Edgewater Dollar Tree is not nicer at all. Its dirty, junky, and smaller. Ive been there several times. The Annapolis store is much better and the quality is better than Edgewater.

ALL of these good reviews ??? Like this place isnt dirty asf! They need to reorganize and clean the floors or get new floors. Annapolis deserves a cleaner store than this. The edgewater dollar tree is nicer smh. This store needs a deep cleaning and with covid+flu out there.LIKE oh hell! no wish the store felt cleaner, I refuse to go to this location bc of lack of cleaning.

This location is normally well stocked. Never had any problems with staff. Todays cashier was very friendly. She greeted me before and after the sales. I was impressed.

This place was scary. There were plenty of people not wearing masks and no one enforcing it during a pandemic. Try to avoid at all costs.

I have never had a problem at any Dollar Tree besides this one. We went to get balloons for a friends birthday and while we were picking them out, we got reprimanded for helping ourselves to the balloons. There are no signs indicating to ask for assistance, the staff was so rude about the whole situation. If we are not supposed to grab balloons then there should be a sign. Got yelled at twice which is ridiculous, the staff had such poor attitudes and were very impolite. An attitude check is definitely in order.

Area mgr isnt a human at all. Id shopped here for years. Will never go back to this location again. Treated with neither courtesy or concern-- no customer service now. He didnt care whether the floor cleaner Id purchased had a leak and emptied all over the floor of my vehicle. Very righteous telling me people are being fired for customer exchanges!

The remodeling and change everything.. have a nice selection and pretty easy to find what I need. But the customer service still not satisfied, all the register close and one or two open anD very slow

You can find a lot of goodies here! This is my favorite Dollar tree in the area. The only downside is that it can be crazy busy and you will wait in long lines forever. You also have to deal with a super crowded store.

My husband and I went in 10-15 mins before closing. Only needed 1 or 2 things. At 750 someone comes on the overhead speaker (I’m sure it was the manager) and says something along the line of “the store is closing in 10 mins our registers shut down at 8. We can not help you after that.” You mean to tell me that if there’s a long line at 759 everyone is screwed? As a store manager myself that isn’t professional. If that’s the case the store needs to close sooner.

This dollar tree is super big and has SOOOO MUCH you need here. Especially for fun DIY projects, come here first!!

This has got to be the worst thing ever in customer service history! As I purchased my items and waited for the process of my debit card, the cashier started scratching her butt. I felt this was totally unprofessional. As she took her hand out of her pants she had poop on fingers...NASTY! I felt disgusted and she had the nerve to ask if I wanted the receipt. Are you freaking kidding me??? I was so pissed that I didnt pay attention to her name but I will be calling the corporate office on Monday!

While entering the store was warned I had about 10 mins to shop.(which is fine I only needed 2 things) Well I got my 2 things and was standing in line. As I was being rung up and waiting for my credit card to process, the cashier grabbed the mans stuff behind me. He said to her Hey thats my stuff..She came back with a snappy response and then yelled down an isle for people to get out the store. This man was upset and he had a right. The manager came over and asked if there was a problem. The man stated his side and the girl her side. Her response was I have a life and things to do. The manager told the young lady that the customer was right and the cashier got upset with the situation. I feel the manager did what she could. But I gave the store 3 stars because it lacks customer service.and For all you children in customer service I say this: WELL child if it wasnt for customers you wouldnt have a job so suck it up buttercup.

This has to be the slowest Dollar Tree in the world you go in for one item and your in the store for 20 minutes trying to pay. Ive left several times because the lines are just too longgggggggg.

I get stuff at the dollar store routinely but sometimes I have to walk out of there because there not enough registers open. They have several but they only keep one or two open most of the time. I am upset that they stopped carrying the razors personna razors from the American safety razor company. That company doesnt test on animals.

I witnessed a cashier become very rude with a customer, among other issues.

The lines are long. I dont understand why they cant keep cashiers to keep the line down.
