Been shopping here every Saturday for 3 years. It has always been a pleasurable experience until today. Everyone has always been extremely courteous and helpful. I went to place my weekly cold cuts order, and the individual behind the counter did not even make an attempt to wear a mask. When I brought this to his attention his extremely sarcastic respond was do I know you? My response a former loyal customer that will shop else where going forward

This one is in a great shopping center and near a larger shopping complex. Great quantity and decent variety in the store. A place for a clean and pleasant family shopping.

This has been our go to grocery for a little over a year. We live closer to another Giant, but found this one was more convenient and easier to navigate, the quality seemed a bit better. At our recent visit we found some neglect in the quality of the stock as well as the health protocol. The creamer product I normally buy there was expired by 11 days, and there was mold on some of the tomatoes. I saw another tomato that had some rot.

I shop @ Giant almost 5 times a week. What I saw and noticed In Giant 2323 Forest Dr, Annapolis 21401 is extraordinarily gorgeous. Not only the staffs are professionals, nice and jovial, they tell you once you finish shopping this wish a genuine smile: HAVE A Nice evening. I wish I were rich and could tip them all. Guys you are exceptionally talented and excellent. Kisssssssssss. I will come back to shop anytime I visit again. Loooooooooooove

Prices are ridiculous, items offered through coupons on website are not in the store. For example, Bic Soleil razors, no womens razors of any brand in the store. 3 packs of Kleenex tissues, no Kleenex brand on shelves. Frozen food section is barren other than ice cream. Bacon $8 lb. The Biden plan is not working!

We’re loyal customers and typically enjoy shopping here. However, some extra love needs to be given to your online P/u service. A phone call when arrived? That wouldn’t be so bad, if your phone intro wasn’t forever long. Put a shortcut on the sign...make an app notification option...put an employee outside...anything would help. Calling the operator...not so much.

We bought kobe style beef burgers here and they started smelling bad once they started cooking. It became very evident the meat was rancid based on the smell and look of it... It is pretty disgusting. However, the store itself is great and the employees are wonderful. That is why Im still giving 4 stars because this is my first bad experience there in over a decade.

My favorite Giant location has added an employee to make my experience even more better. I’m not sure if she’s new her name is Cheryl and she went above and beyond. She was very pleasant, helpful, professional and she smiled. Cheryl went above and beyond by scanning coupons for me that she knew I would benefit from. I had a very large order and definitely could have used the savings. I was very appreciative of that. She smiled, she thanked us and she was rather quick; getting us in and out. My new fav cashier! Thank you!

We stopped in here while traveling through the area as. As a typical grocery store it was as expected as we shopped same chain in Virginia. This store did not fail to please. Everything you would expect was here, from fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. The store was clean, shelves were well stocked, prices competitive with friendly employees. The free public restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking with disability access.

Found almost everything on my list except the Angel Soft. In an out in no time. Today was a good day

The selection at this Giant can be up and down, but the produce, deli and fresh meat sections are always stocked well. The staff at this store are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Theres a young man who works their self check out area, I cant remember his name but he has dreadlocks, I want to say maybe Tray? Hes always so helpful and polite and keeps that area humming along. My only concern area is the pharmacy. Not because the associates there arent pleasant, they are extremely so, but whenever I put in a prescription it takes forever to fill. Today I dropped off 3 prescriptions at 12pm and at 415pm went back to pick up and was told it would be another 10 minutes or so, because they had to count them out and label them. Isnt that all they do? So basically they didnt touch my prescriptions for over 4 hours till I showed up to pick them up. Same with the man who came to pick up in front of me. He also wasnt very happy.9/11/21Recently I have been having a huge issue with the store selling expired food. Many canned goods are expired and today I bought a package of hot dogs that were so old the liquid in the package had turned to a white slime, disgusting. I have no confidence in this store whatsoever.

Its the best giant to shop

When I visited Giant today 6-6-20 I have to say the experience was more than memorable. The cashier by the name of Rachel was extraordinary by all means probably the best ever!!! She checked my juice tops to make sure they weren’t open who does that? Over the top I was impressed and she was courteous genuine and very kind!!!! I love it!!!

Sadly this store does not enforce the Maryland mandate on wearing masks in public places imposed by Governor Hogan. there were multiple people complaining about somebody who refused to wear a mask in the store management said that there was nothing that they could do about it. Obviously management is not aware of the potential for imprisonment or fines for violating the mandate.

Stock of items is very inconsistent. They need to do better.

Giants, Safeway... Trader Joes, Whole Foods... I do them all. In my neck of the woods you pick and choose whats best for you.. You get here you get that there.. Deversification is the key.

Omg, the bakery. Is just as good as Whole Foods, but the prices are better. Produce is bright and fresh and meat is of better quality than Safeway.

I have nothing bad to say. The store is conveniently located close to where I work and with a 6:00 am open time makes it perfect for any last minute items I may need.The store layout is easy to navigate and the employees are always very nice which isnt always easy early in the morning.

This is my go-to for grocery shopping. I use the scan it devices to get everything done rapidly. The staff is cheerful, and helpful when I need them. If you are trying to get your shopping done fast, avoid peak hours, and use the scan it devices. Every once in a while the scan it devices are all down for charging. Can we get a new set?

They removed the isle markers for direction so now people just wander the store with no regard to peoples personal space or proper social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC, I find this horribly irresponsible during a state of emergency.

I can 99 percent of the time find what I need at this Giant location. They recently remodeled and the place looks great. My experience with staff has been positive. Just like all other Giant stores, Bonus card is needed for the sale prices. Gas points program with Shell.Shopping center parking lot is an awkward shape and can get congested.

The store was stocked well but I couldnt get past the fish odor. However I am in a seaside town so there are probably lots of fresh catches being processed and prepped for sale. Being from the midwest we dont typically get large varieties of seafood in the grocery stores.

Purchased 2 pound bag of Raw Frozen Deveined and Peeled Shrimp. The Shrimp were Deveined but Not Peeled. This condition created difficulties when Shrimp were to be used in Knife and Fork Meal. Bad News, Be Safe, and Stay Healthy.

Selection not as broad as other nearby Giants, but they usually have what we need.Service is pretty good, cleanliness as well. Quality of produce is good, quality of meat is fair. Its convenient, except that its located in Riva, where the parking lot can be difficult.

This is my go-to store for grocery shopping. Theyve got an excellent selection of product here compared to some of the other Giant stores in the area. And when I need what I might consider a more obscure item, they usually have it. It just either takes some creative thinking to find where that item might be, or a trip to the service desk will get positive results.

This giant is not one of the huge ones, and I cant always find every item I want. On the other hand, sometimes they are less wiped out of popular items than other Giants. Its big plus is that it is a super friendly Giant. Many of the same people have worked there for years. Pharmacy support staff is also friendly and helpful, even recalling your name (albeit after many years and many prescriptions!)

Its easy to find things. I like the new self check out line but when I had a problem, it took at least 5 minutes to get help. There wasnt a designated person there. Im not sure what the policies are now that there is more self check out lines, if that effects work hours. It definitely hasnt helped lower the prices surprisingly. Ive compared my shopping bill to Whole Foods and its about the same.

Thank you to the very helpful, wonderful woman working customer service at 11:30pm on Memorial Day. I called you in desperate need of mouse traps, after many other stores had failed me. You quickly checked your shelves and described the different products for me over the phone so I could know if you had what I needed. Eureka! I snuck in before closing, went straight to the correct aisle, and was able to set my traps and give the invaders one less night to breed. THANK YOU!!

Amanda in the bakery is the best!! She is very friendly & easy to talk to. She even called me to make sure everything on the order form was correct. The cake was just like I asked & the baker did a great job to it was soo delicious.
