I got a flat tire today going down Jewett st and very luckily ended up parking right beside this place! The guys came over to check on me and make sure I was ok. I was waiting on AAA but I later decided to cancel my AAA request and take them up on their offer to help. I was glad I did. They were quick to jump in and help out and very speedy at changing my tire. And friendly! The customers who were there also seemed happy with their service, which is a good sign!

The cut to the chase: Nick and the crew (apologies for not remembering the names) are one of the most stand up, capable and professional crews Ive dealt with for any work. I would recommend them all day long. --- Now the details: I was referred to Nick for an engine replacement. First off, they looked over more than just the engine to make sure that it made sense to do it. When it came to the work, Nick and the crew were meticulous and thorough. The job wound up being a bit more involved and needed some unexpected parts as well. Ready for this folks? He stuck with the original work order quote and did not charge me a penny more. This all definitely helped take out the potential stress of an engine replacement. Highly recommend.

Last weekend, my daughters car broke down and she called Extreme Motorsports, down the street from her apartment in Ansonia. The next day I called to find out what was wrong with her car. I spoke with Kevin, and let me tell you he was just the nicest guy. My daughter is a single mother of 2 little girls and was not going to be able to afford to fix the car. Kevin worked with me fixing her brakes, pit in a new battery, tuneup and oil change. He did all of this work for what I considered an amazing price. I highly recommend using this auto repair shop. Decent honest guys who are not going to take you for a ride and charge outrageous prices. Take your car here for any repairs. You wont regret it!!! Thanks Extreme Motorsports!!

I adore Nick and Kevin. These are real stand up guys here. No matter how many times I show up they are always there. It doesnt matter if its a little noise, a small leak or a job as big as a transmission repair. This team knows how important it is to have a safe running vehicle and they are always up for the job. I never worry about safety when Nick is on the job. You will not find a more honest, devoted customer friendly shop around. I only trust my Chevy with the best. Nick is a great guy and stands behind his work. I had a new air compressor installed last year and it stopped working one month past the warranty date. The vendor wouldnt stand behind their product so Nick bought from a different vendor, split the cost with me and didnt charge me for the labor. Rare to find anyone in business willing to do that. He will get my repeat business, for sure!

It is very hard these days to find a mechanic that wont take advantage of you and/or rip you off especially me being a woman. They see a woman and a automatically assume that we dont know anything and try to rip us off but here that will NEVER happen, this is the best mechanic Ive ever encountered EVER!! Ive lived in different areas different states and Ive never found a mechanic as trustworthy loyal and honest as they are here I would never take my car any of the place. You can trust your wife, daughter, mother and/or anyone in your family to go here and not only will the prices be great and fair but the work that they do is AMAZING!! When you find a great doctor you stick with that doctor for years this place is the same but for your car, I would never trust another mechanics hands on my baby other than Nick.
