Just newly remodeled. Place looks great. Ive used this rite aid for about 8 years. Its always clean, stocked will, and shelves are always in order. The people that work at this rite aid are the nicest and will try to do everything they can to help you. Whether its finding a item in store or your have a question about your medication and need to speak with the pharmacy staff or pharmacist. I highly recommend this Rite Aid.

Pharmacy makes you wait and doesn’t even say correct wait time. They tell you 10-15 when it’s reallt an hour and then some girl tells me while she standing there chatting that she’s waiting for someone to get off break and then she’ll take care of me .. very unprofessional .. no ones service should be put on hold because of someone’s break which who knows how long that could last .. there should be enough staff to accommodate so the employee can have a peaceful break and the customer can get excellent service

LOVE my neighborhood Rite Aid pharmacy! Michelle, Kathleen, and Christina have worked VERY hard to get to know me when the recent personnel transition took place and I really appreciate it. They know me by name and by sight and are SO HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Gotta love em!

Rite aid is wasting money paying those who stand behind the counter and stare at you as you do ALL the work. Scan. Bag. And pay... BUT ALL SAME PRICE... SMH... #toofar

Both a store clerk and the self-declared “store manager” had an air of rudeness and trying to make it harder for the customer. Bought a few clearance plant pots at Rite Aid Bethel, was told could return them with drivers license without receipts. Went to this store to exchange for different styles of the same items but forgot the receipt at home. The grumpy clerk said even for exchange of the same item I cannot exchange without a receipt. I suggested that bethel store informed me return could be accepted with valid drivers license. Then this Cathy jumped in to say she was the manager and it was the company policy that exchange of clearance items must have original receipts. That was fine but her attitude was appalling like she was angry at me to mention other store would accept the return with drivers license, leaving me wondering how bad this company lack qualified staff for their retail stores, at this location anyway.

All pharmacy staff, but Denise in particular, are absolutely wonderful....always friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help our family with our needs. The store is always spotless, excellent cosmetics selection as well as vitamin/supplement area.

Great knowledgeable people in pharmacy and large selection of items and good prices.

This RiteAid sucks. I had to wait over 5 minutes at the register before Mariska came to the front and she never acknowledged me, said any words during my ttmransaction, said my total, or said anything while completeing my transaction and throwing my receiot at me. Shes horrible and has no business working with customers. Disgusted. Im transferring my prescriptions to Target across tye street where they are POLITE to their customers.

Barely any customers but long waits at the pharmacy and at the registers. Not surprising it’s not the first choice.

They are super helpful
