I had a great experience at this location. Shawn the assistant manager was very informative and very patience with me and my husband and the thousands of questions we had. I love a company that do not just try and sale you something but provides you knowledge about the product and which one would be best. In addition Kim who was another customer service rep there service was amazing. Kim the in store sales woman was amazing. She was patient with us, answered all of our questions honestly and was never a pushy saleswoman. We went back and forth between a few beds in the store. She helped us chose the right one for us. Her customer service skills were perfect! We truly felt that she cared for us and was very helpful catering to our needs. I truly recommend her as a salesperson. Her knowledge and information was priceless! It took us two weeks and a lot of store visits to finally chose the bed we wanted. Not once did she pressure us into picking just any bed. She even sent us home one evening to make sure we were making right decision on our bed purchase. Once we purchased the bed, it was in our home the following morning. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were respectful, on time and very fast. This place is awesome! I walked in with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago with no intentions of purchasing, but Neah who was working that day gave us a great deal we couldnt miss. Weve been needing a bed for so long and we had no clue which bed to get, but she moved us in the right direction for our perfect bed and we were able to get a great deal that catered to us and our finances, plus a really cool adjustable bed base. Neah was super awesome and incredibly attentive to our needs and requests. With mattress stores often you can get an experience of a car dealership where you are being upsold the minute you cross the doorway. Not at this location. Neah went above and beyond to make our shopping experience pleasant and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Rarely these days you feel valued as a customer, well, we certainly felt it at this location. We can’t say the same about other stores in the area, which we visited a day prior. All I can say is WOW when it comes to the service that I received during my visit to this Mattress Firm location !!!!I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by the lovely and knowledgable Donnetta Stewart. I anticipated all kinds of confusion because I was going in to pick a buy a mattress to replace a warranted one I had purchased for my mother about 5 years ago as well as to purchase an adjustable frame as a surprise. What made this experience was the fact that Donnetta was 100% transparent in letting me know that she had not done this particular transaction before and asked that i be patient, all the while assuring me that she would take her time to provide superior service. She called her manager on the phone and they stayed on the phone until she had everything under control. She continued to check in with me to make sure i knew what was goin on. The process took longer than anticipated but I had nowhere to go, so it was all good. Donnetta was so friendly and personable always maintaining professionalism. We laughed so hard at so many different topics. Her sense of humor was an absolute joy. she was so good that my cousin who was with me, also purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame. Mattresses are expensive these days and you need to feel good about having the knowledge and assistance to make a good purchase. Donnetta was all that and a bag of chips !!!!!! Great experience so far with Mattress Firm Antioch. I went on my lunch break to see if a particular mattress was on the showroom floor with no intent to purchase until after I got off work and had more time to pick out what I wanted. Kevin not only listened to my needs but showed me a few options within my budget. He didnt try to up-sale me (which is a turn off) but instead he really listened, gave a few suggestions, and tips on what to do when my items arrive. Kevin is down to earth yet professional. I needed a full mattress for my sons new bunk bed after shopping around we ended up at mattress firm in Antioch.Enrique was great he answered all our questions and never felt any pressure, we even left (never the parking lot) and decided to walk back in and purchase the full mattress, he mentioned the great sales they had and we decided to get a much needed queen mattress as well. Just bought a bedroom set and since we upgraded in bed size it was time to shop around for a new mattress. Its been a while since Ive shopped for a mattress and was not aware of all the new modern features of mattress nowadys. Anyhow, we were greeted by Enrique when we walked in, very friendly and helpful. He asked us a few questions and then showed us our different options of comfort and budget wise. There was no high pressure sales pitch. After learning more about our options I knew I wanted to get a mattress that we were going to enjoy and get the most out of, like an investment. This store is great! We at the last minute needed a mattress for my young girls and the gentleman who was working was very helpful. They didn’t have the mattress in stock at his store but found it at the concord store for me and my family to get. He called them and confirmed they had it. It was about 30 mins before they both were closing and he told the other store we would be there to pick it up by 8 if not 3-5 mins after 8. They told him no problem! So we did our transaction and got all our paperwork and got in our truck to head over! We got to the concord store 2 mins after 8 o’clock and was very very very disappointed! After telling us they would be there for us to get the mattress they didn’t! We were only 2 minutes after 8 but the were locked up and gone! I understand they were closed at 8 o’clock but they didn’t have to tell us they would stay for us. We drove all the way from Antioch to concord to make it to get our mattress we just spent a lot of money on. We even called the Antioch store back and they were still there and answered and even tried to call the concord store back just to tell them we were outside waiting. The gentleman at the Antioch store was amazing and helped us tremendously! But the concord store! I would never ever want to deal with them again! Very very very unsatisfied!

Went in today looking a basic fix to sleep problems my wife and I were experiencing. Different problems/needs. Our existing sleepware is high quality (Macys)but no longer working for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses (Serta, Beautyrest, Purple mattress, etc.) and gave plenty of useful advice that helped us choose something that was a good fit between the two of us. He catered to us personally by asking about our sleeping habits and considered that we would be moving a few times in the future, so would likely need a mattress that’s easier to move. We purchased a new high end mattress 2 days ago from this store and had it delivered today. Needless to say, the delivery was flawless and the delivery guys were polite and curtious. They even offered to help us with any thing we needed to move around. They took all the time needed to for a precise set up.But most importantly is Virgil Luckett the store salesman who made the purchase happen. He was the first one we talked to at the store. We sensed immediately his honesty and became determined to buy particularly from him which we did the following day. Frankly, we never thought we were ready to spend about $4k on a mattress but Virgil gave us such a sweet deal and was so generous with us we closed our eyes and went for it... We also met his boss Kevin later who also greeted us with courtesy.

Irritated beyond belief. Went in on a Sunday and tried and bought a Tula mattress for our RV. Salesman was low-key, and very nice. Told us the mattress would be in the store on the next Sunday and we would get a call to pick it up. No call. No call for over a week. Salesman calls and asks if we picked up mattress and I say no as we hadnt been called. Salesman says hes been out of the store but mattress will be in store on the coming Sunday or Monday (today). Still no call. I was told mattress would be delivered if not here on Monday. Well, I am moving to Oregon on Thursday so that mattress better be here tomorrow or they are delivering it to my new house.If it isnt in stock in the store, get your delivery date in writing with a money back guarantee for late delivery or no delivery. Dont trust them.

The manager was great. I did not come in as well dressed as I would have liked on my lazy Sunday but still received great quality service. I have found this is always a good test for businesses who like making money and this one passed with flying colors. As always this store has treated me well and I will be coming back!!!

This was my second time Im the store from about six years ago when it was Sleep TrainThe store is still clean and neat.I was on my way to tge mattress firm by In and out, glad I remembered there was one ckoser go my home. I walked in and spoke to Kevin who was nice and professional. I already had a mattress in mind, but he wanted to show me a slightly better bed with a slightly higher price. I was game because even though the bed is for a guest bedroom, I still want my guest to feel somewhat happy when visiting. Anyhow, he showed me the bed I wanted then the better one. Of course I liked the better bed lol. I decided just because I am on a budget to just go with the one I came in for.
