Jonathan is really helpful, he wanted his customer to be served well. He will explain whats up/down with your car/brake. He wont rip you off. Will definitely go back here.

I have a 2012 Volvo S60 and I called John to tell him about some shaking I was feeling when I braked he explained exactly what it was ordered my part that day abs the next day I was at the shop @8:45am and my car was done by 11:00am I really appreciated his customer service and there is No More Shaking rides like new. I came in today because my breaks were squeaking, I figured they needed changing and this had amazing reviews. I dont know the name of the male who helped me. But he inspected my brakes and told me I have over 50 percent life left on my brakes. I am grateful he was so professional and didnt try to get over on a customer. I will definitely be returning when I need brakes!

First thing I noticed, was how nice and clean his shop and work area was. Being a automotive mechanic myself, I played dumb to see how the guy was going to play me. Told him nothing more than the front brakes were squeaking. He removed the tire and performed a thorough brake inspection, showed me exactly what the problem was and went over options with me. Waited 20 minutes for the brake pads to be delivered and he installed them immediately. Great overall experience, good service, with a knowledgeable brake mechanic.

I went there about a year ago the guy was sooo nice. He looked at my car and told me honestly nothing was wrong with my brakes other than the person I went to put incorrect brakes on that caused the squeaking. I was so grateful he didnt want to charge me for looking at them. But I gave him 20.00 and told him to get some lunch. Highly recommend this shop for service

I thought my brakes were wearing thin so I took it to brake pros to get shoes changed. After inspection, it still had alot of pad left. They suggested to bring it in when it gets more worn so as to not waste the remaining pads. Since they removed the tires to inspect the brakes, I asked them if the can rotate the tires. They did, and I asked how much, he said what ever you like (cuz I dont think they really do rotations and he did it as a courtesy) . I handed him my visa, he just said thats ok ill give it for free (cuz he was the owner). I ended up not having to get my brakes changed cuz it was still good, and received a free tire rotation. It was just an overall pleasant experience. Try them out.
