Good shop, good workers. was in and out no hassle

Poorly maintained building, even for the part of town its in.I cant speak for customer service, as this location looks to be closed on Sundays despite the business updating the hours six days ago, according to Google.

Thoroughly disappointed in my experience. I walked in to an empty store and waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The person to acknowledge me, with a head nod, was working on a car nearest the window separating the lobby and the garage. 5 minutes later he nodded again. Still didn’t get anyone to help me. 5 minutes after that, he walked over to a desk by the window to answer a phone call. Looking at me for a 3rd time, he put the call on hold and walked back to the car he was working on. Giving up I walked out. The guy watched me get in my car and drive away making no attempt to assist. Bummed because I really needed work done on my car.

This man Gilbert was rude and disrespectful to me. I simply asked if my car was ready and he told me that if I didnt like the service I could go somewhere else. I bought the tires for my car here time ago,and I also paid for this service.(Alignment) What a lack of disrespect from this person.And I waited for more than 4 hours to get my cars alignment. Ill never go back here.😠😤

Waited 30 minutes in my car for a quote on how much a new tire and break pads were because I had my daughter with me, two people who I came before were helped before me. Will not be coming back.

Those guys are great! Brought my car in at last minute without an appointment for brakes and they got the job done. Gill and his crew are very professional and I will be bringing all my cars there from now on.

I had an pointment today at 9:00am. The front disk guy said it takes 45min. It turns to 10:20 they did not start to fix the car. I get back to the same guy. He said I do not know in a rude way!! They did respect customer time!!They done by 11:30am late almost two hoursI do not recommend this branch.

Had my Malibu LTZ serviced at Firestone today,my 100,000 maintance, the works gotta say I am a very happy girl,I always never really know if Im gonna get reemed, but I was taken care of as soon as I entered the building, Gil. the fella in the office was courteious and professional,,,,AND my car was done 30 min prior to his estimated time with no additional charges,You can say I found my new car care experts,Thank You so much to Gil and your technition for taking care of me and my car.If anyone is looking for honest facility for car care. Take it to Firestone on somersville next to Delta Bowl,you will not be discouraged.

Nail in my tire. Came to Firestone hopeful for a simple cheap repair. I was greeted by Dan right away. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be repaired, new tire needed. Before I could start to freak out about the price of a new tire, Dan assured me we’d figure it out and not to worry. He is AMAZING!!!! All the guys are very nice and super welcoming as well but Dan saved my life this morning. Wanting to be home on this rainy Sunday morning, dreading having to deal with tire issues, the staff at Firestone got me in and out. Very quick, easy and painless!!! Thank you so so so so much!!!

My appointment was at 11 its 1220 and my car hasnt moved

Person at the front desk was very rude as I was very nice to him and he continued to give me unnecessary attitude. I went to Big O and the people were so nice, very happy I took my services else where, would not recommend this place at all. Terrible service

AWESOME! CARING! GREAT WORK, HONEST! CHRISTMAS SAVER! It was Christmas Eve, we (the family) had just drove 8 hours from Southern Ca for a family Christmas Eve gathering in Northern CA. . We noticed a flat tire dropping the dogs off at their sitter. We hobbled to the first tire place we could find and the guys were closed and ready to go home. We were stuck 30 miles away and already late from our family destination. Nothing was open the next day during Christmas. John and the guys stayed over to pull the found nail out of my tire, fix it and send us on our way. We will NEVER forget the workers here. He kept saying “don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. We will take care of you” and the did. If I lived out there, I would only go to them for all of my tire needs. Wish I could give them 10 stars. ❤️

They happily took a few minutes to check the pressure in all my tires when my low tire pressure light came on.

They will try and make you purchase things you didnt ask for. Was looking for 4 new tires and got an estimate before I went in. When i got to the store the guy at the front counter printed off the price and it was $50 more than the online price. When I mentioned this he said oooo, you dont want the lifetime warranty? No, did i ever mention that I did, I said.Then he said I just assumed you wanted it Immediate Redflag. Had to have him print me off a new price. Then I get a call 20 minutes later on my way home and they leave me a voicemail saying that I need an oil change and a new battery. I call back an hour later and ask if my car is ready and they tell me again they think I need a new battery and an oil change for an extra $250. I tell them no and that I am coming to pick up the car. They said its not ready yet. Apparently, they just had my car sitting there until I called them back so they could swindle more out of me. Funny thing is, I just got an oil change and brand new battery less than 3 months ago. Do not go here if you want trustworthy people.

I only let Firestone work on my car, they took my car in as soon as I got there an hour later they were done, the gentleman at the counter he was nice and polite and courteous, firestones lobby was nice and clean TV was on, where else could you have coffee TV and soft drinks at, Firestone does good work in my opinion.

Dan an ian right super nice an they help me with everything. Even took me to go get the extra money I did not have on me so I can buy the new tire I needed badly. I give them 10 stars

Dan and Rich were a big help if you ever stop by ask for them gave me the best deal and went above and beyond will definitely be back for service again.

It says theyre open, theres guys in the store but they say theyre closed....though it says open.....

Only problem was my car was promised to be done at 3 and it wasnt, even though I had an appointment and dropped it off at like 8:30/9. They got irritated when I called at 3:30 to check on the car and then told me it would be ready before they closed at 6. (It was ready at 4). Otherwise the job was done great. Thats the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars.

Porr customer service, I scheduled a service appointment at 10AM and I am still waiting for someone to assist.

They charge dealership prices with the same quality service as the full service mechanic on any corner. They want $150 for an inspection alone without any service where the guys down the street charged me $50 for a minor less than an hour repair. Firestone should stick to just tires.

Gil was very nice and made sure I was back on the road by end of day.

Service was excellent. The staff are all professional and very pleasant. They explain in detail what was done and always get your approval first.

The employees here are awesome, especially a technician named Ricky M. He always takes good care of my car whenever I come here to service my car. His service is very fast and straightforward and he seems to work really hard. I tried to tip him but he always refuses it. Great guy, definitely deserves some recognition!

Older gentleman answered the phone to schedule an oil change. He was extremely short and rude to me. I had to make an appointment for our Lease Plan Fleet vehicle and from now on, we will not continue our business there.

The customer service there is excellent. I have had no problems at all for my car to be maintained and be up to date with any problems of my car. John and Ian are great at their customer service level skills.

The manager Ian gives great plain language explanations of whats going on with your car. Also there is no pressure to have anything done, just recommendations.

Dont bring your car here.I have lifetime alignment and balancing with them. This location and the Brentwood location both suck.First, they waited 2 hours - and didnt do any work while I waited - to tell me tell that they wont do alignment or balancing because the original tires are not on the car anymore and that because there are different tires on there, the alignment will be out of spec. I asked what that means and he went to go ask the shop guy. Came back and wow now he will try to align the car! How nice...30 minutes later he came back and said the alignment was perfect and didnt need adjustment! Wow awesome! Guess that wobbling and pulling are in my head and these cars are designed to hit large objects on the freeway!Also I paid $10 to have them check the car out because I hit a tire on the freeway and noticed a lot of noise from one wheel. All they told me was what I already knew - there was a noise coming from there.Im not sure what these guys are good at other than not properly doing alignment jobs and then trying to sell you $600 worth of tires. (The tires on my car can be bought for $50 each plus $25 to install which is $300)The worst part is that you cant prove any of it.Do not take your vehicle here or any other firestone. Or at least not the one next to best buy on lone tree.

Excellent service

This place is great. I have used them for last couple of years. Two years ago I had them change a belt for me, they gave me a ride home to wait since it was gonna take a little while and called when it was ready. Edit... wrong location im sure they are great too but it was vavoline quick lube in Antioch behind safeway that I went to. I dont know why Firestone is on here I was nowhere near there when I posted my review.

Ian, who I believe is the shop manager was great! Very friendly and helpful.

Always friendly and willing to pump up my tires and tell me how it has to be a patch or replacement.

Got an oil change, tire rotation and inspection for $40. I didnt have any coupons but they did and they gave them to me. They didnt upsell anything that I didnt need. I do need an air filter which I knew and he mentioned that but didnt press the issue

Outstanding from start to finish on multiple areas of my vehical, started off with a really bad experience from another shop and this place went above and beyond for my vehical. Really sad when a 1 star has to be given for just bad customer service. NO it is not ok to make an appt. And then be told it would be ready end of day!! True, you called and confitmed another time NOT the time on the online appt. Which was earlier than your stated time...BUT when I tried to call you back 3 other times . Call 1 placed on hold, no one ever came back... Call 2 the phone just rang and rang and call 3 the same. Just like you mentioned today that you were really busy guess what so are other people and that was the wrong answer for me so Ill just close my Firestone account I headed over to Big O they got me in even with a busy calendar and I will still be done in 1 hour. I just do not have time for the silliness anymore customer service is a dying art.
