Gillian was extremely rude to me as I was purchasing shoes and backpacks for my children for the first day of school. She rushed me so bad it was a terrible experience. If I didnt need the stuff the next day I most Definitely would have left it there. She must be the key holder because she was giving the cashier a death stare for not rushing me to decide as well

This is my first visit and purchase from Journeys. I purchased shoes for both my daughters. Friendly service and very competitive prices. Both employees were very friendly and helped both of my sometimes difficult daughters :)
