It was a pleasure working with Jodi on a new kitchen design. She helped pull everything we wanted all together. There were some issues with the cabinets, I am assuming more from manufacturer then Bath and Kitchen Works issue. Problems/errors were corrected quickly and did not delay the project. Good communication as to what was going on.

We contracted The Bath and Kitchen Works to completely remodel our Master Bath and updated 2 other baths along with new tile installation in our laundry room and foyer. They use quality products and materials and their work is excellent. We worked with Dale at the showroom to design the project and he was very easy to work with. He has very good product knowledge and had a good grasp on what our tastes and desires were. Al and Dale did the quality work and were on-time, on budget and were personable, trustworthy and great to work with. We had received other bids on the job and are very happy that we chose this company to do our project. I would highly recommend The Bath and Kitchen Works and plan to use them again in the future.

Our new bathroom is a joy!!! From the first introduction in the store to the day of completion, we found everyone to be both professional and personable. The quality of work from estimate to design to workmanship was exceptional. This is a business that operates with integrity and excellence. I waited a couple months to write this review to see if I still feel the same after the first blush of something new is gone. Honestly, I still get that WOW moment when I walk into the bathroom. We highly recommend them !!!

This is the 2nd time we ordered through them. First was for a bathroom remodel 11 years ago and were very happy. The kitchen cabinets had to be babysat every step of the way. After going through the initial estimate and the changes made, it was downhill from there. They came out to measure, but the measurements were off by several inches causing us to rearrange the cabinets during the install to make them fit. The, one of many, revised quotes had the wrong name, address and phone number, which took several phone calls and visits before Jodi finally corrected it. She had the wrong size cabinet over the stove and ordered the wrong type of wood. Should have been Maple, but she ordered Birch. Would NOT recommend.

We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel by Bath and Kitchen Works. Beautiful materials and expert craftsmanship! On time and on budget with totally friendly professionals.

The design was very good, took them awhile longer then Id hope. The finished product was very well done, but now the customer service post remodel is terrible. Very disappointed.
