They are constantly out of the feed I use for my mares... I will even call to make sure they have it in stock and when I get here they have none.. Mare and foal you would think is a pretty common feed.. its a pretty important feed for me and my colts. And when someone speaks with you weekly about it with promised delivery days being able to have it, and still not in, then it gets annoying. Besides the feed inside issue the hay loading is another problem.. took them 25 minutes to load two bails of alfalfa for me. And most of the time they dont even have alfalfa..

Huge selection and variety. Everything from clothing to candles to engine hoists. Store was very clean and well laid out. Restrooms were kept up and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Went looking for a safe, as after through research, this place was the most inexpensive for a well built safe. A plentiful variety of feeds for all different animals. Only negative is that their automotive items are higher priced that other competitors near by. But great overall experience.

This place falsely advertises items such as a 55lb bag of canadae dog food. Only to drive for 40 minutes waste time and gas . Associate tells me dont listen to online. It never updates or tells the customer when an item is sold out. I will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE. POOR SERVICE

Started coming here a year or so ago. They had my dog food that was hard to find. Over the last 6 months its been hit or miss. Switched to a different brand and now that one is always gone and the one I used to get is always available. If its popular and the shelves are always empty why dont you order more? Have to drive twice as far now but go to a locally owned business who always has both options for a few dollars more.

I love the store, have good stuff there. I got my propane filled many times. This is the first time that the employee tried to get me to pay him at the propane tank and was rude to me when I said I wanted to pay at the cash register.

Friendlier than Harbor Freight but more expensive. Cheaper than Ace, but not as friendly ... so a compromise of sorts. We walked in the store and were greeted right away. We asked where a specific tool was, and the employee very politely said they dont carry the tool, but pointed to the section where it would have been if they did carry it. We mentioned that we saw the tool on their website, and his reply was, Well, thats the internet. We took a chance and looked ... and yes, they do carry the tool. Better trained employees would be beneficial.

Went in about a month ago looking for materials to build a dog run. Management was awesome and set me up with a nice 10x10 pen. It has held up great. Sense then I came across a nice tarp and have been able to nicely shelter both of my pups while Im stuck at work. Very happy with their service. Very happy with the product. Friendly helpful staff. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR HAY:Spend the 5 extra minutes to drive up to shoppers on ironwood to get the customer service you deserve. They will load your hay with a smile on their face. Rather then sitting in the back of the building for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help and then having to off load yourself from their forklift.

I call to ask about keys for a better built tool box. Better built websit say this tractor supply can order new keys for me. The employee that answered the phone was very nice and tried to find out for me and kept having to put me on hold to ask his manager Ryan. Finally I aske if I could talk to Ryan directly and he said Ryan wasnt going to talk to me. So customer service obviously isnt Ryan strong suit and should probably not be a manger if he can handle answer customer questions.

This was some of the best customer service Ive had in the while. I called to get more information on how the pickup processed worked, and got a detailed response on how long it took, and what would happen if they didn’t have it in store. This started my experience on a positive note. When I came to the store for my order, they knew exactly who I was from the phone call we had previously and directed to me to the associate who walked me back to the pickup spot. He was knowledgeable about dog food brands, was courteous and was relatable. He let me know about some good promotions with the store brands, and was kind and even funny. He walked me to the register where the cashier was also extremely personable. I was surprised how easy, efficient, knowledgeable and kind the staff was. Definitely will shop here again!

The prices are great, but they are always out of stock, if not of one then, then of another. Their customer service is very hit or miss. But usually frustrating. Today there was a kind elderly man who was very helpful, but the cashiers were talking to and helping each other instead of me.

The staff is more than helpful. I talk to the manager, getting information on potentially buying a trailer extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I walked around the shop a little bit look at stuff was heading out I walked over to the trailers was taking a second look. I guess it was time for the manager to be off duty and he wandered over I was chatting with me about the trailers again on his own time just wanted to confirm that I had all the information I needed. Extremely thoughtful

What can I say. Of you need parts for any kind of machinery. They hot it. I needed parts for a dive hookah and they had stuff to work with. Good high quality paracord as well. That stuff is good for all kinds of things. Have fun and make sure you get all you shop tools and spare parts there.

I have given this store 3 chances. Each time the staff was rude and acted like they were annoyed to have to assist you. When I asked a question regarding what variety of chickens they had I was told to read the sign. In particular one staff member verbally berated another staff member in front of me. Not professional at all. I will stick to Shoppers in AJ.

I came in today to get t posts for my fencing and they price matched their online store price and gave me the discount without question. Ive been here since living in Kentucky for years ago and they have always been helpful and are always friendly and explain the uses of their products and equipment they sell. I went there because the website search showed they sell fire resistant clothing. This particular one did not have any. They did have lots of other traditional work clothing. They have an okay selection of tools, etc. They were very friendly. They had baby ducks available that day.

They usually have what Im looking for and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Prices are a little higher than at other places but its usually not too crowded and they have some neat Gadget tools when you first walk in the door.I can usually get safety boots and other work clothing as well as tie downs, tools, trailer parts, dog food, and Ive even seen little baby chicks for sale once in awhile.

I prefer this place over Shoppers. The staff works hard and is very polite. They are missing a star for not keeping up with the local feed prices. If #1 alfalfa is $13.99 every where in town, youll only get 80 pound bales with TSC versus the typical 100 pound bales youll find elsewhere.

No tractor needed to enjoying shopping here. TSC is a great rural everything store. Products range from chickens, books, hard to find fittings, work clothing and old fashioned candy. Good place to have your propane filled. The store is clean, staffed and full of product. Add this store to your reacurring shopping or browsing locations.

Service is kind of back and forth. Sometimes you find someone really helpful other times they are hard to find or seem really confused. However, I frequently find what I need there and am happy with the products.

Ive been shopping at this TSC since it opened. A few years ago I decided to move my dog food purchases here, as its some of the lowest prices in town. I also decided to give their brand of dog food, 4 Health, a go. The dogs loved it and it seemed like a fairly good food (being made by the same people that make higher end brands). Thats where the good stops though. The flavor I had selected, large breed, was constantly out of stock. There was always excuses, truck didnt show, or this other person buys it all, etc. And these excuses frustrated me, as I work in distribution and inventory management. After this continued for almost a year, someone finally realized they needed to increase stock levels on this brand of food. But by that point I had switched brands. Because nothing is more agitating than the proprietary food they make being out of stock when the next tractor supply is 20 miles away. Fast forward to a month ago when I decided to visit the store for the new food, and low and behold, almost the entirety of the dog food isle had empty shelves. The excuse? Truck didnt show. Ive spoken with employees and even the manager over the years about the issue. I know they dont have total control over the inventory they have on the shelves, but if I was them, Id be embarrassed. I took to ordering my food online for pick up in store, and I was assured by the manager that I didnt need to do that anymore. But Ive had my fill of visits to the store, only to find the brands I need out of stock. Weve moved our business elsewhere, which is a shame, because we enjoyed shopping there for our other needs as well.
