Web search pointed to the store for my particular need. Online scheduling was easy. Staff was on point. I was able to get my repair done without issues. The turn around time on repairs was better than expected. It had been a few years since my last visit, so I was also curious to see the expanded inventory, I will come back to do a little shopping.

I brought the old battery and charger in the store to be sure I had purchased the right replacement. They tested the charger first to be sure it wasnt the problem. Unfortunately, it was working and I needed the battery. They showed me that it was compatible with charger and then recycled old battery. Easy experience. I will definitely be back!

I swung in to get a replacement and as they were selling me mine I remembered I paid for a lifetime battery at the Georgia location in 2017. They were able to call and verify and then honor that purchase even though it was a different franchise group. I’m super thankful awesome customer service!

My husbands phone would not turn on at all and we couldnt wait for an appointment at the apple store. These guys had the battery replaced and good to go in 20 minutes. I might have even been done earlier, but we were eating next door and that is when we checked. They give a discount if you make an appointment online and they have hours after 5pm which made it very convenient. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment to have my phone repaired prior to going out of town on business. While I was in the store, the customer next to me was given a reasonable time period for her repair. Despite my having an appointment, I was given and hour and a half time frame for my screen repair because according to the manager, they had other phones they had to fix before mine. When I questioned the fact that I made the appointment to ensure that didnt happen, he seemed to be very unconcerned or caring. I will never do business with this store.

Since it was close to my home, I called this store looking for a particular battery for my car. It is an oddball battery and this particular store did not have it in stock. However, the gentleman I spoke with took his time and looked at several alternative batteries and directed me to other Batteries Plus stores in the area that did have one that would work for me in stock. I ended up going to the one on Highway 54 in Durham since it is close to my work and had a great experience there as well. This is how customer service is supposed to be! Good job!

I ordered two batteries online for my UPSs and saved 10% by picking up in store. The price was only a little more than through Amazon this way and I liked the idea of buying local. This is a neat store with lots of unique bulbs (colored LED, puck lights for closets, batteries for laptops, cell phones, cordless phones, car chargers, flashlights) and more. They also repair cell phones including broken screens. Very handy to have a store like this nearby. Staff was also very friendly.

Michael & Bryan did a great job is explaining everything and fixing the iphone I brought over. everything was handled expeditiously and repairs were done perfectly. michael/Bryan did a great job reviewing the damage and running diagnostics before and after to make sure everything worked seamlessly.

Yesterday was my 1st visit to BPB in Apex, NC. Service was excellent, price was fair, and I got exactly what I expected. I had an iphone battery replaced and was in and out in 15 minutes.

I got a good deal on my lawn tractor battery​ and it has a longer warranty than other brands I checked on. The guys in the store were also helpful. I will go back in the future.

I liked that the staff explained the light was in a test mode for use by potential buyers. Its charging now so well see. Ive never had issues with a Streamlight product and dont expect any this time. Great prices, the only thing was the batteries werent ready. The reason was they wanted to wait, was make sure the batteries were the right ones. Well they could have called and then I wouldnt have to waited about 25 min. Plus the battenr would have rested, I had to add more acid when I got home. So in all it was a great sale.
