Ive been a tenant here for about 3 months. Shannon and her staff have always addressed questions or concerns that Ive had very quickly. The facility is convenient, clean, and very accessible. Ive used multiple storage facilities over the years and this is one of the better ones that Ive had.

This is my second time using one of their storage units and this experience has been just as wonderful as the last time! The units themselves are very clean and they offer a variety of sizes. The prices are very affordable and the location is right in the heart of Apex! I’ve never had trouble accessing my unit and moving my items in was a breeze. Shannon is very friendly and she answered any questions I had in a personable and professional manner. 10/10 would recommend!

Ive been a tenant at least since 2016. Ive had two different units in all this time due to an upgrade in size. Environment is temp and pest controlled where my unit is, and I know they have a form of janitorial service. When I had a complaint, management addressed it quickly and respectfully and had clear communication. The staff is respectful and professional; some are friendly. Pricing is competitive. Overall, my storage experience has been uneventful and reliable, which is exactly what I want from them! Safety isnt normally an issue. There are bands that come to play, and some people use the facilities for their business. Its never been a problem on my side, and I think its charming.I cant remember what the date and signature on the last inspection as read on the documentation in the elevator was. Its documented in plain sight, I just cant remember for this review. The elevators make me uneasy due to sound and clunky behavior.The provided industrial-strength carts are wobbly, dented, dirty and sometimes wet from rampant feral tenant abuse. You can still use them, but they were a lot nicer before. I dont think there is any trash facilities or a dumpster on site. I dont think there are bathrooms either.I recommended my brother do business with them, and hes a tenant there now, as well. I dont remember him having any complaints. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends, family, or any civilized applicant. For the applicants that management would have to inform that its inappropriate to store wet items in the units because it causes mold, this is not a good fit for you. Please keep looking elsewhere.

I started renting a space here about 6-8 months ago for my business. I was impressed at the new facility and how clean it was, well lit, properly cooled and ultimately fairly priced. I have since added 2 more units for my personal property as we are between homes at the moment. The new spaces I rented have had tenants in before and you can not tell, it still looks very clean inside. There are carts everywhere for moving easily. I have 2 units downstairs and 1 upstairs which I was nervous about, but the elevators are roomy and again there are a ton of carts. The units and hallways arent creepy and there so far arent any musty smells (again this place is relatively new). Shannon also made the process super easy and straight forward. It was very easy to negotiate the extra units as I needed them. I told her my needs and she kept me in the loop when a space would free up, and helped me pick which unit was better for what I was putting in them and my plan. It wasnt just a here are our prices, take it or leave it kind of arrangement. I wave when I come by and get a wave back from the staff. Its hard to believe I have need of 3 units right now, Im partially ashamed, but I know its temporary for at least 1 of them :-D.

I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ample Storage in Apex! I called in need of a storage unit pretty quickly, and Shannon was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure that I got situated with a unit that day. I ended up needing a second unit, and Shannon made that go smoothly as well. Shannon and Calvin have always been courteous and helpful with any question that I’ve had since renting a unit. I was able to buy packing supplies there too, which was extremely convenient. They are always ready to help and be accommodating. They have always been extremely professional and greeted me with smiles, water, and hot coffee when necessary! I highly recommend them!

Have been using Ample Storage for a couple of months now and am very pleased. The units and grounds are clean and I have seen NO BUGS! Yay! I usually wrap my boxes in plastic wrap bc bugs are so bad everywhere you go in the south but haven’t had bug issues here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very pleased with Ample Storage!

We have been an Ample Storage customer for almost four years. We chose this site in Apex because the staff was very customer focused and listened to our needs. The indoor storage is spotless, energy efficient and a great place to store your stuff. When I inadvertently left my storage improperly locked, I received a call and I was able to lock the unit correctly. Once again, a very customer focused team. I highly recommend Ample Storage.

Ive rented more than my fair share of storage units over the last 15 years and renting from Ample was one of the best. From the time I sent in my request form from their website, I was called (I missed the call sadly) but thy followed up with a personal email (never had that happen before). The day I arrived at the location to finalize my reservation I was warmly greeted by the gentlemen behind the counter and later by the Shannon the manager. I have rented a 5x10 air conditioned space shared with my mother in law since about the time Ample opened up. The interior is always clean and well lighted. There are plenty of strong platform dollies available at the door with every visit. Billing is easy and emails always confirm on time. I left Uncle Bobs for Ample for a better price, but everything is better all around.

Convenient location for me. Clean, easy access. Been leasing here for 3-4 years now, not sure! The 15x30 space with power and lights is great! Store a boat in there. Only complaint is they stopped 24 hour access a while back, which stinks when I want to retrieve boat early.

In a world of so called “Customer Service” that mostly pays lip service to the real needs of the people who would do business with them, but in actual fact & practice mostly disappoints, Ample Storage in Apex is a true Gem that consistently does what they claim: actually helps, usefully assists, and joyfully supports their Customers in every way possible..! Superior local management, genuinely friendly personnel, first class facilities, and operational policy that makes it all work together seamlessly make this a place I truly enjoy doing business with. It’s been my continuing experience as a renter of three storage units for almost a year, and one who regularly accesses the facility, all of their Customers from the smallest individual units to the largest multiple unit users get treated the same great way..! All Service Providers could take a lesson from Ample Storage Apex in how it’s done right !!!

What an AMAZING experience. I came in needing a storage unit with my two young daughters and a truck as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager Shannon and she was so attentive, knowledgeable and even gave my girls and I a water and tootsie rolls:).Within 10 minutes of being there we had a unit and helped me set up using there truck that came with my unit. It was such an incredible experience and I can’t say enough about how awesome of an experience we had.The property is very well cared for and my storage unit is very clean and perfect for what we needed.I a 100 percent recommend this Ample Storage and ask for the manager Shannon she’ll make sure your well taken care off.Such a great experience 5 stars all the way.

I have rented several different units since they opened a few years ago. The facility is always clean, conditioned spaces is always at a good temp and humidity and any issues have always been addressed promptly. It is an excellent facility in every way.

The facility has been very helpful from the beginning. They packed, transported and unloaded our apartments contents. They have been courteous every time I have visited their facility. The grounds are neat and clean. I always feel safe.

Shae blew me away with her excellent customer service skills and storage expertise! She was exceptionally helpful and fulfilled all my storage needs! Not to mention she is a stone cold fox.
