I went to look at a car and met Ryan the owners brother who was so warm and friendly. He showed me the car and told me everything about it. They had serviced it and he told me about the oil changes etc that I would need to do.We went for a test drive and I decided it was a great fit for my son. We started the paperwork and he said in order for it not to go I should put a deposit down. It was 5.30pm and I was coming back at 11am the following morning with a cashiers check so we decided to just do that.Well my luck would have it because I didnt put a deposit down someone came in just after me and bought it......Super upset I was to find this out. A couple of hours later the owner Ryan text me and was very apologetic and explained that many people say they are going to come back and dont and that because i didnt leave a deposit a business decision was to sell it and I understood.He knew I was upset so went above and beyond and said he would be going to buy more cars and would look for me in the next few days.He was true to his word and followed up with other options but as I was desperate to get a car I was also looking.I did locate a car and I reached out to Ryan to tell him and he was so kind he gave me the Carfax to check that the car was safe to buy and nothing hidden as the dealer I was going to buy it from didnt have one.Now thats what I call a professional in every way. Even though I did not buy from him he looked out for me and didnt need to do any of the above. Hands down the best car buying choice I’ve made yet. Ryan is my best friends uncle and after not having a car for 5 months, it was time to get a “new” car. I had never even met Ryan before buying this car, never spoke to him, nothing. Ryan answered all of my questions, reassured my overthinking, explained a few “issues” I had with the car (this car has a CVT transmission- I’ve gotten used to it lol). This car is so smooth I can go 100mph down the highway and not even realize it (until I’m passing everyone else of course). The CVT transmission accelerates and switches gears on its own and shows on the dashboard which gear 1-4 it is in. Sometimes if I’m just cruising slow down the road I have to gun it when it gets past 40mph to force it to switch gears, otherwise it has an annoying 1st gear high-mph noise which is to be expected. But if you go from that red to green light and just hit the gas, smooth gear switch no problem. I love this car so much that even if it died tomorrow *knock on wood* I’d be searching for the exact same car. Ryan is also truly a stand-up kind of guy you can have fun with while handling business at the same time (thanks Ryan for dealing with me lol). I 10000000% recommend him. I just called to inquire about purchasing a vehicle, the salesman Ryan answered said “sorry car not available until next week”.I was thrown off that it wasn’t available as it’s showing active via marketplace/online, his response was to mock me and hang up!Talk about great customer service and first impressions!

Caution/warning/beware of this scam. I bought a 2010 BMW from this dealer that basically became undrivable literally in a matter of 2 days, so I proceeded to take it to a reputable German car repair shop. It was diagnosed with a bad transfer case, bad struts (which i was aware of), evap leak, ck engine light came on merely a day after I took it, operating system screen works intermittently, & gas gauge reads inaccurately. Car engine also doesnt turn over after cranking repeatedly, esp when cold.Im assuming that the standard is to inspect said vehicle thoroughly before putting it up for sale, to know what youre selling & avoid compromising the integrity of your business & eventually your reputation for doing shady business. When the seller preaches that a car he is selling is in excellent condition, but its far from it, while being aware of most of whats wrong w the car its definitely a recipe for disaster and getting exposed. To assume that you can get away w lying to people bout what youre selling to them is unfair & shady. Your only defense is that you sell your cars as-is which you presume absolves you of any wrongdoing.One things buying a car as-is & another is having a shop take your hard earned money knowing theyre selling you a vehicle w major mechanical & electrical defects of major components. Several mechanical/electrical things in used cars are undetectable & can also be manipulated. As opposed to when the issues are minor and easy to fix its acceptable bc it is a used car after all. When you have to pay thousands to repair on top of the thousands youre paying to get such a car its highway robbery.Be that as it may, theres no way on earth, after doing their inspection of this car the owners didnt know some (if not everything) that was wrong w the car, & that they couldnt disclose the significant things to me at least to able to give me the option of dealing w all these costly repairs unwillingly, and exhaust & exceed my budget unknowingly.Nevertheless Im now out $7700 w no sense of this dealer willing to do the right thing. Evidently customer satisfaction doesnt seem to be a priority for these scammers.Think twice, do your research. Dont give this business your hard earned money. Chances are youll never see your money again, or much less be able to buy with confidence from a business with such poor business practice.

I had just moved to the US, and needed a car. Got a car from here (for about 5000 USD + taxes and license plate fee, no price negotiation), engine light popped up on the way home, and the car broke down the day after (engine turned, but did not fire, had to get the car towed).Car had multiple faults, and they did not tell me about any of them. Total repairs of more than 1600 USD including towing (almost 1/3 of the price of the car). I thought it was fair that they paid at least half (because the car broke down the day after I got it), but they denied paying anything.I did not have a license plate from before, so I paid for the full license plate fee, so they would get me a metal plate. They used more than 2 months to get my metal plate (not sure if this is normal, but seemed like a long time, especially when the paper plate expires after 1 month).The negative cable from the battery was loose, which makes me believe that they tried to hide the check engine light, by disconnecting this before I came to look at the car. But I do not know this, and can therefore not say for sure.They did however let me pay for the car from an foreign bank account, but that does not make up for all the trouble I had with the car.This was for sure my worst experience in the US. Just imagine moving to a new country, not knowing anyone, and then this happens with one of the most expensive items you buy.

*WARNING LONG REVIEW*I was brought to Ryan, Anthony, and Garage Autos under unfortunate circumstances, but it ended up being the best car buying experience of my life. I totaled my Jeep and was in the market for a cheap replacement vehicle, when a 2003 Ford Ranger with 169k miles at Garage Autos caught my eye on craigslist. I texted Ryan and immediately got a response to come check out the truck in the morning. I arrived to the lot to see Ryan detailing the truck interior and giving it a fresh wash, which impressed me. The truck was very clean cosmetically and under the hood, was rust free, and drove very smooth on the test drive. He made it known it needed a coolant hose replaced, which he offered to cover if we made a deal. The truck had a full size spare on, and this is where the story gets interesting.I told Ryan I was very interested but wanted my mechanic buddy to take a look at it. Without hesitation he agreed to take the truck 40 minutes across town to my buddys shop. As Ryan, my girlfriend and I are driving to the shop, I comment how smooth the ride is, and 5 seconds later the spare blows out on the highway. I clearly have the midas touch with vehicles. Luckily we pulled over safely and found the old tire to have enough air in it to get us off the highway and to a tire shop. Ryan bought a brand new tire and had it put on the stock rim so that really worked out. We resumed our journey to my buds shop. He had a look and agreed it was in good condition and was a solid buy, so we headed back to finalize the deal.After this entire ordeal, Ryan was still willing to negotiate price, and also handles tax, tag, and registration in house which is a huge convenience. His partner Anthony handled my paperwork and was just as much of a pleasure to deal with. Before I left he called his mechanic to have the coolant hose replaced. We finished up and I took my new (to me) truck to the shop where I got the hose replaced and had a full diagnostic covered by Garage Autos.I really cant say enough good things about my experience at Garage Autos. Ryan is a total stand up guy, and went far above and beyond what Ive had or heard any car salesman do to make a deal. Ive been driving my Ranger all week and its been great. Do not hesitate to stop by Garage Autos and make a deal!

We had a fantastic experience. I read through the other reviews and felt a lot of them we very unfair. These are used cars under $5000.00. They are not going to be in pristine condition. You may come across a vehicle that was well cared for inside and out however, thats not always going to be the case. I’ve never reviewed a place before but do not buy a car from here!!!! We drove to Orlando looking for a new car and came across this place. All was good and went smooth until we bought the car. He wouldn’t come down $200! So we had to make a payment. Big deal right ? Halfway home there was a problem with the electrical the windows wouldn’t go up and the doors wouldn’t lock. The following week the radiator blew! Than it came time for my registration we live two hours away so they said they would mail it. It has been four months and I still haven’t gotten it. But let me tell you when that month was up for the $200 they made sure they called till they got it! Now I have to pay to get a new registration so I don’t get a ticket. The car we bought isn’t even running right now. Do NOT GO HERE.

Ryan and his family are truly a diamond in the rough, I was surfing craigslist when I found a 2005 Monte Carlo SS Tony Stewart edition with 94k miles I live in Wisconsin and sent a text to see if the car was still available Long story short I sent a deposit sight unseen with only Ryans word that the car was in good condition and ready to go After a week I sent the balance and booked a flight for Orlando. When I got to Orlando the car was even better than advertised. GO ELSEWHERE. IF YOU HAD PROBLEMS, FILE A COMPLAINT!!!! Had the car less than a month. After already spending money on multiple repairs, the car has a blown head gasket. Owner offered to pay for part of the repairs, but the repair is worth more than the car. Ridiculous. I urge anyone else with issues to contact Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to file a complaint. From the other reviews, Im not the only one with issues.

Me and my family stop by garage auto’s Inc. to look at a Honda pilot Ryan and Anthony were honest and fair from the very beginning. I bought my car here. They told me it was in perfect condition. When I got home, smoke started coming out of my engine. They said they would help me fix it but they did not. They just shared with me the number of a good mechanic. I had to spend 500 dollars more to fix it. I ended up selling the car for half the price 3 months later. A total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Our business had a terrible experience with the owner, Ryan. We put a $500 deposit down on a van last week and made an appointment less than 48 hours later to pick it up. Within 24 hours after putting the deposit down they sold it out from under us! To make matters worse, they did not refund our deposit until after we repeatedly called and emailed them about it. These guys dont care about customer satisfaction - only the almighty dollar. Very shady and unethical way to do business. I would have given zero stars if I was able to, unfortunately Google will not let you post the review without selecting at least one star!

I drove two hours to come see a car posted on Facebook marketplace, got to the shop and I walk up to the car - the windshield is cracked, all the passenger side door handles are missing and the car has a flat tire - none of these things were visible from the photos online. Despite all of that the dealer allows me and my two friends to test drive the vehicle. We barely even pull out of the lot and the entire steering wheel is shaking violently. We attempt to take it around the block and it is almost impossible to drive. We arrive back at the lot and the dealer says So youll take it? and we mention the multiple problems the car is having and he shrugs them off, saying that the shaking steering wheel is only due to the flat tire, and that all the other issues are purely cosmetic. In an attempt to still get me to purchase the car, he offers to go down the street to change the tire no charge. I shyly decline and the dealer says Well this is what youll get for 2,500 dollar car! Dont mean to be rude, just felt like I was about to be pressured into a car that wouldnt even make it back to my house. The car I was shown was worth 1,000 dollars, I felt like the dealer thought that because I am a young woman meant he could take advantage of the situation. Glad other people have had good experiences here, I just didnt.

Steer clear! Don’t do it!Yes they seem very nice. Purchased a car for my teen as a graduation gift that has all kinds of electrical issues and cannot be driven. Been in the shop since I bought it a week ago. In my naivety all the signs were there that I should not have purchased here but was blinded by a pretty car and nice talk. Read about what to look out for with used car dealers before you go.They say that we knew that the brake lights and turn signals did not work. I am the one that signed and I did not know until I got home. My husband was told that all it needed was bulbs. The airbag light was on and I thought it was a switch where you can turn the passenger airbag off and on. I was told I would need to look at the manual to locate how to do that. The MMI (stereo and navigation) system does not work and I was told it was possibly just a module that needed to be plugged in and that if not we could purchase an aftermarket stereo. That did not seem to be such a big deal at the time but in hindsight that means half of the car fash and console area buttons will not work with an aftermarket replacement. It also should have been a sign to me that there were bigger issues with the car. There was no manual and I should have researched it all before signing the papers. That is not the case. When I called back I was also told that just means the airbag needs to be serviced. Yes it needs service. It has electrical issues.Car is not safe for me or my teenager and cannot be driven. Center seatbelt in the back does not work either. Car sold as is. Should never have signed on the deal that was made with my husband previously when I was not there. Now my son and I will be sharing a vehicle for the end of his senior year. Nice senior gift! We are out thousands of dollars.In hindsight on top of all this there was no water going to the building when I used the restroom. It was not just the toilet because there was no water in the sink or the shower as I was going to fill a bucket to help flush the toilet.

I was better off buying from a for sale by owner and saved some money, now I have no transportation and no means to repair. The down side is that Ryan and AnthAnthony knew about the oil leak and the miss fire and calling before, I asked if what was on internet correct. Ryan said yes .i trusted and it was all lies, now Im stuck and whos going to help me. My mother and I are both disabled and I told him.....

I am not sure how to write this review. Ryan is a nice guy Anthony is a nice guy that being said I bought a vehicle with the intent of having it inspected and have the right to return the vehicle. The vehicle was misfiring and Ryan did get that fixed but they wouldnt let me get it inspected till I had insurance on it. I bought insurance last night picked the vehicle up and gave them the cash (thinking) they would hold to there word about the inspection amd gave 1k deposit then 3700 today as we agreed on I am a person of my word. We got it inspected at Firestone and at All transmission in longwood and there is in fact an issue with the transmission. Ryan did suggest he would have his people look at it but its impossible to diagnose a transmission wothout opening it up. He told me will charge me 1k to return the car I will never return here. This took my entire refund check and was meant to get us back on our feet. They are great people with personality but get your car checked first before you purchase so your not out with a 1500 dollar bill to make it run right.

Bait and Switch!Lets just say that I have never written a scathing review as I tend to keep them to myself and only review when things are positive. This one changed that for me. I feel compelled to warn others about this place.I was responding to a Craigslist ad of a great deal on a car that looked pristine with pictures taken in front of a home. When I arrived at the address, it was a car lot! And the car wasnt even on the lot. The guy wasnt even there and texted saying that he just sold it but had another one for me to look at with lower miles. Why didnt he tell me that while he was texting me on my way? It was in much worse condition, the window was stuck open, busted front bumper, doors unlocked sitting in the back lot, and covered in dirt inside and out.If the above wasnt enough already, we drove over an hour to get to this place. He wasnt even there despite being in communication on our route. Thats when we realized we couldnt even find the car we came to buy!

I found it worth the trip to drive up to Garage Autos Inc from Gainesville, FL.I originally drove up to look at the 2004 Saturn Vue. It had been sold and I am a very picky woman. I wanted a used car and the lower the mileage the better. I had to have a car that someone loved and took good care of outside and inside. The first car I drove was a 2005 Mazda Tribute. It had 150,000 which the original car I almost got had only 115000 miles on it. The one I test drove was very powerful and ran very well. Only one tire needed help LOL, the brakes looked and felt descent, all the fluids looked good, and after looking at other cars, I chose that one and I am very happy with it. It was not clean in the engine area and Anthony, my awesome salesman, offered for it to checked and cleaned but I was there close to closing time and it would of been too far to bring it back the next day. After driving it home I noticed that there was a little spattering of the engine at times, so I have it in Alans Discount Muffler for a check over. I took advantage of the free Carfax service when you get a car from Garage Autos Inc. and I saw that the past owners always took good care of the car. I believe it only needs the spark plugs replaced, air filter, and a couple of other simple things and I was told that the parts would be low costing at the place I took it to. Overall, Anthony is very cool, fun and caring salesperson who listens to your needs and he does his best to find you what you want. All the other people working there were all smiley and friendly too. Anthony suggested some cars, but after seeing them, I discovered that I really did want that Mazda. I had to have a truck or SUV because I am moving to the country and I needed a way to move my livestock when I get them. I told Anthony about my plans of opening to the public on Saturdays for free barbeques and petting zoos, coach rides with my Mammoth Donkeys and little donkey rides/min. horses as well. I am waiting to be able to get our house put on the property. It may take a little while, it is in Gods timing. I will have Anthony inform anyone that would like to participate when it is ready to enjoy. Anthony made my visit fun, comfortable and very enjoyable. I definitely recommend Garage Autos Inc. and for anyone not liking them, bring someone who knows cars so you get a good one because after all, it is their jobs to sell them and that is what they are there for. Love you guys.

IF IF you are looking for a brand new flawless car, go to a new car dealership.BUT if you are looking for a used car, spend some time here and know that these prices are priced way below KBB.Used cars have USED flaws. Priced very very accordingly HERE. If you dont like what you see then walk away. Ryan and Anthony didnt stuff me in a trunk until I bought a car. They actually gave me the keys to ANY car I wanted and TOLD me any and all flaws.. When you deal with used cars you have to know what you are doing. If you DONT, its alot easier to blame it on the SELLER than the buyer.This place is GREAT. Ryan and Anthony even took MY car to a GREAT mechanic for issues I was having. For what I was looking for? I actually got MORE. I WILL DEFINITELY DO MORE BUSINESS HERE

Dont bother getting a car here, multiple cases of cars breaking down minutes from leaving the lot. Shady dealings.

Schemers, they’ll charge you a fair price for a broken down car just as any other monopolizer would. They’re in it for the money, not you.

They hide flaws in vehicle pics posted on Craigslist to get you to show up to their shop. Trim pieces missing, rear drivers fender cover held by wires, serious mechanical leaks, etc, etc! Talking the used car sales pitch, and ignorantly justifying flaws when caught! Dont Pull a fast one on uneducated and vulnerable clients! STAY AWAY !

The car stopped working 3 weeks after I bought it. Never buy a cheap car lesson learned.
