Joe Light and the entire team were absolutely phenomenal. When truck arrived earlier than expected and was wrapping up a refi on our house they worked with us to make sure we still we able to purchase even as multiple people wanted to buy. The reservation and order process was very easy. When the truck I built and ordered was expected 3-5 months from now, Joe saw one arriving with almost exact specs and proactively reached out to inquire if I would be interested. It fit the bill and was couple hundred under what I originally built. He did all this while planning for a long vacation and made sure when he was out someone covered his desk. Service, buying experience as good as it gets. Next up the wife is convinced a Bronco Sport is in her near future. No doubt we will be purchasing from Mullinax Ford!!

I checked with my dealer here locally, when I was looking to trade in my car and get a 2021. They had one price on their website, another price on the sticker, and when I got there they said the price was going to be $2000 more than sticker! I don’t deal with people that are shady like that, who price gouge, and don’t follow truth in advertising procedures. So… I started researching and found Mullinax. Their price online was good, and they stated that there was upfront pricing, no dealer fees, no hassle! So I reached out to see if the vehicle I was looking at was available, and asked a bunch of questions about the pricing. Happy to say they were honest in their prices, offered no hassles, answered my many calls, texts and emails.... AND they gave me even more for my trade than the other dealer offered! Randy was fantastic and went above and beyond. He followed up after I took the car home to see if I had any additional questions and to thank me for my business. Really great staff and they really worked to get me the truck I wanted however just make sure you confirm the price if you put a deposit down. Ford was offering a discount on the tremor package that was on the window sticker I was sent. After I brought it up my sales guy Gary really tried to go to bat for it however the manager talked around it and never honored it. In all reality they knew I wasnt going to leave the truck behind but still poor poor customer service in my opinion. Other than that everything was smooth.

We reserved a vehicle to test drive because we wanted it to be there after our two hour drive from South Florida. It was waiting for us when we arrived. The employees at Mullinax were all very helpful. The building is clean and they had a nice area for my kids to wait while we did the paperwork. They gave us a better price on our trade-in than the dealerships in South Florida were offering. A mistake was made with the paperwork but they fixed it very quickly and gave us a discount. We love our new vehicle and Im so glad to be done with our vehicle search!

I would give 100 stars if I could. I was browsing the web when I found the exact car I was looking for after my brand new one was totaled to no fault of my own. I clicked the cars info and all the details were at my fingertips carfax and all. Immediately I had an email saying during business hours someone would reach out & Joseph Z. (There’s 2 ask for Him specifically 😉) did just that. Not only did the car’s appearance catch my eye, the upfront no haggle pricing the NO dealer fees did!!! Yes that’s right NO dealer fees, and not like they were hidden in the asking price either, they just weren’t there. All I had to add was the tax, tag and title. While I secured financing on my own before hand they definitely are a place I would trust to find me a good deal. Joseph worked throughout the day and kept in touch with me every step of the way while I worked, he worked and the bank worked, he had everything ready so my hour & 1/2 drive there after work was worth it. I walked in and was driving home in less than an hour completely stress & headache free ( usually impossible with car dealers.) Great dealership, we worked with Gary from the internet sales department. Great guy, not overly pushy, and super willing to make a deal. If there is one thing I cannot stand its got to be buying a vehicle. However, Gary and Mullinax make it a whole different experience. They had all the paperwork ready to go when we showed up. The sales manager asked for a few minutes to try and get us a better rate.... 10 minutes later he comes back with one half of the one we agreed on! Best car shopping experience ever. I have been searching around for a new truck and all the ford dealers near me were charging 5-10k over the sticker. Until I found this place! I found the truck online. Got the out the door price. Drove 90min the next morning to this ford dealership! Test drove the truck alone. No rushing. No hassle nothing. Purchased the same truck that morning after the test drive. They’re not lying when they say just add tax/title/tag. That’s literally all you add to the sticker price. Which for me made my truck at below msrp plus taxes/title/tag out the door. I was literally in shock.No one was pushy or rude. Even when you get to the paper signing process they are not pushy or pressuring you to purchase warranty or etc. He literally goes over the options asks which one if any you would like then respects your decision and continues the signing process.I’ve told a bunch of people about this place already!Mulliax definitely has my return business.

DO NOT BUY USED HERE. I bought a dodge Dakota here with less than 100k miles on it. The truck lasted for 5k miles before the engine started knocking and eventually blew. I still owed $5k on the truck when it died. This place is a scam.My business partner spent about $25k on a used king ranch a few months ago and has been back and forth into their own shop about 6 times already. They kept telling him the wrong problems and fixing things that werent broken, at his expense. (~3k in repairs)Id highly advise staying away from this place.

I certainly cannot recommend this dealership. I am appalled, considering the rest of the positive reviews. We chose to go with Mullinex thinking we wouldn’t run into any issues purchasing our second truck, but I have received the worst customer service ever. Do not trust their return policy. We purchased a used F-250 truck here a week and a half ago, and after a few days the car just stopped working in the middle of the street. We had to have it towed, and we cannot figure out what is wrong with the truck and why it won’t start. I contacted the dealership and spoke to our salesman who said he would speak to his manager. We waited TWO days and never heard back. I called back and asked to speak to a sales manager, left our info, and once again no one has bothered to call us. The car has been parked now for the last 5 days without being able to be used and no one even bothers to help us. We purchased from a “reputable” dealership to avoid these issues, and are having to go through a nightmare to get this resolved. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Very unfortunate!
