The owner was very nice and has great people skills. He is very thorough with explaining the difference type of mattresses available. I had the mattress almost a week for my son and he sleeps like an angel. I laid on it myself and the quality was amazing and I will be going back to get my own.

My experience with David (the store owner) and his store were both amazing. The Store has great variety and all are quality mattresses. David took his time explaining the ins and outs of what makes a great mattress. He was helpful and patient in helping me select based on my preferences and price point. We came in for two mattresses for our kids one who has had two spinal surgeries and the other for our younger son. Sooo excited to get my bed. David was great and full of knowledge but didnt overwhelm you. We got in picked what we wanted and got out in a hour which if you have ever gone mattress shopping before you know its just as bad as buying a car. Great price for King size mattress! David was great with communication and answered any questions I had. We needed a new mattress for our new house and king set we had just purchased. After shopping around and comparing prices and quality we decided to go with MBA. Love the fact that they will replace the mattress if it changes or sinks in the 10 year warranty period. We’ve had issues with this in the past with other mattresses. We haven’t gotten to sleep on it yet, but will update once we do.

There was an introductory discussion on how the business works followed by testing out the beds to find the one we liked. The process was easy and, if there hadnt been issues with the internet, wouldve been fairly quick. Getting the delivery to our home was smooth... most importantly, the first night in the new bed was amazing. We purchased the King size cloud which is soft but not so much it feels like Im sleeping in a dented in bed. Overall quick and painless experience leading to a great mattress.

I found Mattress by Appt on Offer Up, I am a traveler RT and I needed a mattress for the Apt I am renting in Gainesville FL. I drove to Apopka with the intention to purchase a mattress and did so when I arrived. I didnt realize there was one around the corner from my apt not knowing a lot about the area. When I made the appt. I met David and he explained the ins and outs of the mattress business and why there product is a much better product. I tried different styles and decided on one. After my purchase David helped me put the mattress on top of my SUV and I strapped it down. I left to head back to Gainesville and within about 5 miles up on 301 I panicked and tried to readjust the straps and the mattress flew off the top due to the Semi trucks flying by. I text David and let him know what happened and even though he had addtl appts. (and I felt guilty) he asked where I was and he came and helped me load back onto the top of my SUV once again. This time he gave me assurance that if I stayed at a speed of 53-54mph that I would be fine. I did make it home safely with the mattress and no one was injured. I greatly appreciate all the help he gave me and assisted me in making the right choice. I love the mattress and it sleeps like Im on a cloud. I would highly recommend Mattress by Appt in Apopka to anyone in the area.

I learned about Mattress by Appointment in apopka from a relative. We were told 150.00 for a queen and box spring starter set. We get there and the starter set is flatter than my futon that I have had for years. I look at the other beds that start at $595! I give David the benefit of the doubt after refusing initially because it is too high. Honestly my back has been hurting and I convinced my husband to try a new mattress out, even though it was expensive. We settle on a queen set. You put down 40 and you pay Snap Finance depending on how you get paid (weekly, biweekly). Please be careful with this plan and ask questions like interest. He took our pictures and wanted an immediate review. He was knowledgeable and nice. I am giving 3 stars because we were slightly tricked in the beginning but our mattress has a 10 year warranty and even though it was a pretty penny its feels really nice.

This was a quick, easy, painless process! We are thankful to have found this little local business. Our memory foam mattress was awful; we will never buy one again. We were shopping for a king size pillow top for our new gorgeous king bed and it seems like a lot of places were out, or they had low quality offerings, or rude people working for them. Im pretty discerning. I dont tolerate being treated poorly, and Im known for cutting business off entirely if I dislike someones energy or lack of manners, or if something seems scammish.These folks had the perfect mattress and box spring set for us on short notice, they got it processed quickly for us, and it was delivered perfectly on time by two men who were careful with the set and my home. I dont know anyones name though because none of the guys ever formally introduced themselves to me (my husband had been doing almost all the communication and the world is a mess with COVID so I have grace and empathy for everyone), but I can tell you that it was an entertaining, productive, fair exchange and we are happy!The gentleman at the storefront gave us a quick little lesson about the mattress industry and memory foam mattresses versus traditional spring and pillow top mattresses; I found it to be fascinating and deeply important information, since we have been in misery every night on that other mattress (it began breaking down about 6 weeks after purchase!). This was so helpful and kind of him to take the time to educate us from his own experiences, his own professional knowledge. No one else has done that for us. His energy is very honest, direct and down to earth..refreshing!I hope that in the future theyll get more guests who will offer and provide excellent honest reviews on their own...if our experience is an indicator of overall guest experience, they deserve them ❤
