I stopped by store last week to buy a mattress with my daughter. I wasn’t regretted and the employee was sitting at the chair in the back of store. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me without leaving his seat... of course I couldn’t find the mattress, there were lots of mattresses inside the store and I thought he was paid to help me. Instead of getting up his chair after seeing I couldn’t find what I was looking for he said: “Never mind” The store had NOBODY inside, he wasn’t busy at all and I Still can’t understand why I received such a poor treatment. I wouldn’t recommend it and will NEVER go back to this location.

Shawn was amazing. Very knowledgeable about all of the many beds available and helped us to make a selection that fit not only me but my wife and baby as well. Shawn helped us every step of the way and knew the answers to our questions almost before we even asked. A wonderful experience!

Tom was excellent, not only professional but incredibly personal. He held an actual conversation with us and was patient with us around the store rather than worrying about pressing for money. Incredible deal for an amazing mattress, I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an experience that isn’t pushy. Great!

Great mattress buying experience. Brian was very knowledgeable about the features of the different mattresses and helpful in pointing us to what we should test to meet our needs. He also offered us water and let us take our time shopping around. The process was enjoyable and very easy. It was delivered the next day, as promised, and we are happy with our new mattress!

I have even already made a payment which Im sure is not going to be fun getting refunded. I will update again once the final decision comes down. we may have to cancel our entire order... this will not make me happy at all!

I definitely would not recommend this place at all or probably any other of their Mattress 1 store location. They provide good customer service at first to get you to purchase but once theirs a problem them they do nothing to remedy it. You told one thing (basically lies) then when you call them they tell you something else. As in my case, went to purchase a mattress and was told a certain mattress was the best mattress and informed “me and at wife sleep on it” then when I complain about the mattress I’m being told by Jose “I don’t even have a temurpedic.” I caught him in so many lies during my conversation in trying to exchange this mattress it’s ridiculous. They will only exchange mattress for an upsale. Not even the same price as spent. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

We purchased the Aria Collection king mattress, this is the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. It feels nothing like the one in the store when we tested it. Weve had it for 6 months now and it is still uncomfortable, makes noises and has dips in it already. The company would not let us return or exchange without paying the fee. The bed we were given is definitely not the bed we tested in the store. I will not pay an extra fee for their mistake. We will never buy anything from this company again!

There is only one guy that works there. His name is Gary. Hes a odd fellow. We over all had a S***y experience with Gary. The guy pretends hes not a sales man and will overload you with information about every mattress in his store. Not once did he ask any questions on what we liked or looking for. So we picked one out and they delivered the wrong mattress! Turns out they delivered a FIRM instead of a Plush and guess what. They had no more Plushs left so they delivered the firm on purpose hoping I would not notice. No its been mover a month and they had to make me a new mattress which Im sure means they had it shipped in. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR DONE! Dont try and get your money back. Not happening.Oh by the way. Having it delivered? They wont call you and they will drop by between the hours of 8am - 8pm so dont plan on doing anything that day. Oh their customer service consists of 4 girls in some warehouse that no one can reach. GOOD LUCK getting ahold of them said Gary. This place is a JOKE! Dont waste your time with these A**holes. They dont care about you or what your looking for. Im sure he has used cars in the back hes pushing behind the store.

If I could give this zero stars I would! My salesperson was Gary. He was very rude and condescending! I went one evening around 7:00pm and decided to look at the selection. After providing me with erroneous information about each mattress, he would steer me in different directions after I stated I liked two particular ones. Its like he wasnt even listening. I ended my trip at the front of the store, and it seemed like he was pushing us out because he was ready to go home. I decided to go back two days later just in case he was having a bad day. Nope! I walked in and he immediately stated, Oh...you decided to come back, in a very creepy voice. I informed him of my choice, but after doing some research online I asked if he would price match. He got very defensive and said there was no need to. He stated that he and his brothers own MattressOne and his $100 discount off the sticker price was more or less doing me a favor. I googled the legitimacy of his story, while I waited for him to finish up with a different customer. In my search, I found that MattressOnes owner( who looked nothing like Gary) was involved in a law suit, and the company has an F rating with the BBB. I politely stated I would have to pass on the purchase, and he acted like he wasnt bothered by it at all. Overall, it was just a terrible experience! I went to the competitor down the street and spent $2,000 and had a wonderful experience! Apparently, they didnt need my money that bad. However, if youre looking for fantastic customer service, go to MattressFirm in West Altamonte!
