The time I have rented a storage space here has been incredibly easy. The staff is super friendly and my unit has never had any bugs or rodents due to the preventative measures the staff does. I would still have a unit with them if I didn’t have a home with extra storage space. They also have U-Haul trucks available, regardless of what the actual U-Haul website says. I would recommend giving them a call if you are looking to move.

I am referring to Brad Steele and Lisa Kaiser, the Managers at Personal Mini Storage at 1365 East Semoran Blvd. in Apopka.I have been a tenant at that location for several years now. And, I have had plenty of opportunities to observe Brad and Lisa in action doing their job. I am in awe of their excellent customer service which always goes far beyond the average or what would be mediocre but acceptable service. I am not talking about great service just for me. I have been in the office many times waiting to pay my bill and have had many opportunities to observe them helping other customers far above the call of duty. They are truly motivated to be problem solvers and help their customers in every way. They work hard at it and get top results. It is obvious that they care for all their customers and treat them with total courtesy.Lastly, I would like to commend them for the outstanding cleanliness and excellent hygiene of their location. I have had storage units with different companies many times during the last three decades in various cities. Sadly, some were dirty, neglected, and in need of serious attention. Brad and Lisas location should be awarded a prize for being the cleanest and best of all.If you are planning to get a storage unit in the Apopka area, go visit Brad and Lisa. You will be happy that you did.

Very nice couple, they were very professional and made sure I understood everything before I left. They have very affordable units. They keep their units clean and pest free. The owners catered to what I needed when I told them what I wanted to store, they recommended the perfect space. defiantly would recommend.

Brad and Lisa are super helpful, personable, and exceptionally nice....friendly too! Even if only via phone and email, they were very helpful in working with me to pry a purchased vehicle from the clutches of a used car dealer, get it to, and stored at the their facility. That, and they probably took better care of the vehicle, than if it was parked at my own home! I had initially contacted Public Storage for my needs, but they would only work face to face, and would NOT accept a credit card over the phone. So, I came across Personal Mini Storage....so glad I did. Very accommodating, very reasonable prices, and friendly!! You need storage? Contact them first!! 6 out of 5 stars!!

They knew what they had available and were able to help us very quickly. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a U-Haul truck. They are always very helpful, friendly and out-going. Not just in personality but in business as well.I had my personal belongs there for 6 months after relocating to FL for a job and my job took me an hour away from this location. Not only did I feel totally ok and secure about leaving my belongings this far from me, I could call or email anytime and always have a quick response.This past week when I finally came to get my belongs to move into my home, they helped me set up a U Haul Truck - which I ended up changing the reservation 2 times before this move took place. The changes were quick and painless for me, which was so nice with all the other things going on at the time.Again - I cannot say enough - PHENOMENAL Experience all the way around.
