Went to apple valley ca home depot and they have everything organized you did not have to ask for prices everything is priced and where you can see it love their Halloween section and the way it was set up also everything was priced so you didnt have to hunt down any associate more than enough on floor ready to answer any question and assist in anything

I try not to write negative reviews simply because theres enough negativity in the world these days but Google keeps asking me to review this location which is the only one nearby and unfortunately I do have to go here on occasion because the Lowes across the street is worse.Three reasons why this home Depot is a nightmare:1. They more often than not dont have product in stock that is advertised online as available in store.2. Whenever I have needed assistance it has been next to impossible to locate an employee on the floor in the store. Most of the time I have to go stand in line at one of the cash registers or service counter and then it usually takes two to three people to figure out what Im asking for and see if they can locate it. If theyre able to find it in the computer typically they need to call yet another person to physically go and try to find it. A great majority of the time is spent waiting at the counter usually 15 to 30 minutes while somebody wanders around looking for the item. 50% of the time they are successful and the rest of the time they are not and then at that point they will often try to send me to one of the other locations where the process is then repeated and usually with no results.3. A strong 90% of the time once I do locate an employee in the store if I have a technical question or I am unsure of what I need for a specific task that opens a whole other Pandoras box of issues. Most of the time they have no idea what Im looking for what Im talking about etc and more often than not I get help from another customer that happens to be passing by and heres what Im inquiring about. I cant count the times that another customer has actually helped me inside that store.4.(yes I know I wrote 3 reasons and this is 4th) when it comes to getting large or custom orders delivered that include more than one item it can be a potential nightmare. Out of several experiences I have never had an entire order delivered completely and accurately.And as I stated at the beginning of this I rarely write negative reviews but since Google was so insisting I felt obligated to go ahead and state what I have experienced. Lowes is not any better in my experience however I have not ordered anything to be delivered so I cant compare that service.

They have answer women in the back shes a cashier help us and made us feel great it was in the plant area check out. Five stars for her I wish I would have got her name..

Paint department is super helpful. Interior paint I understand, exterior... not so much. The paint clerk saw us staring at the different paints for dried old wood siding and decks looking clueless, came down asked us a few questions, and assured us he would help us out after he help the current customer he was mixing paint for.He got to us, the only question he had for us was which were the colors again. Got the paint, mixed it up... nice, quick, and easy.

Laura the manager rectified a wrong by one of the other managers who will remain nameless. She went out of her way to make certain I was satisfied with the purchase of my Milwaukee M12 heated jacket. If any of the higher-ups happen to read this you should thank her because she saved a customer. Karen was also there and she was extremely friendly and made certain that my jacket fit me perfectly and also that it worked. Thank you Laura and Karen, you both made me a customer for life.

Great customer service and fast check out. Also install the app; it helps you locate your items faster and if that store has your item or if there is a other store that has your item. Well organized and a lot of varieties of items.

Home Depot miss represented the price of their product and would honor their price and Thomas their manager made us wait over 1 hour to replace the product. This is what I would expect from a mom and pop shop. You lost the moment of truth

This was exceptional service an employee named Angelica that worked at front check outs was a great sales person very knowledgeable and friendly she went over and beyond her call of duty for this reason alone Ill be back at this home Depot on Bear valley Rd. 5 stars all the way

Yes I was at Apple Valley Home Depot this am 8/11/21 to get a portable air conditioner. Ive got excellent service from a young man employee ;but when we went to ask a question in appliances about a refrigerator and how the ice make was broke after purchasing November 6, .2020. How to get it repaired. The lady in the department was VERY RUDE and treated me like I was stupid and my husband and I didnt appreciate beingtreated like this. She was trying to pick a fight with me,I just walked away saying its all good. I called and got someone to come fix it and they were very nice.

I love this store. Today I got home with a open bottle of goof off. It had spilled all over my trunk. Called the store young man told me to come back. I will return to store Friday cause I have another appointment at the vets.

Worst customer service, do not order cabinets and installation from them, they’re perfect while going through the process and then you pay them 10,000 and it ends. Everything ran over the timeframe which was understandable with shortages but they did not keep us updated and said all of ours had come in, we go to look and half are there with horrible water damage the other half are no where to be found, this isn’t the first time I’ve had subpar service here but it’s definitely the worst. After sitting on the phone wondering when we’ll actually get what we paid for we went and received nothing but rude remarks and stares wondering where all our money has gone. Use a local cabinet place, we’ve already receive better service.

Well there was an online price discrepancy with a pick up now item and the manager on duty made it right to the best of her ability. I was upset but left feeling good. store and customer service is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Thanks for doing your best to make the customer want to come back!!! nice work.

This Home Depot location is not the best. Dirty and disorganized. Inventory is not always correct compared to what is shown online. Very tight parking. Lines are average wait times. Curbside pickup is a joke. Despite that, unknowledgeable staff are generally helpful. Have not had any experience speaking with a knowledgeable staff member but I think this is the norm nowadays as automation takes the jobs of more knowledgeable employees.

Terrible customer Services. I have been there few weekends now and there is not assistance at all. They dont have enough wood to service customers and workers are lousy helpers. One weekend I got there at 9:30 A.M. I requested to bring down some wood. Employees were taking their sweet time catting with each other on the back of the building and customers waiting to be served. After so many intents to speed the service, employees just ignored you and keep going with their chatting. Lunch time came 12 Noon, employees went to lunch and didnt care if we were still kept waiting. We were very disappointed what a waste of time! Went to customer services to let them know what was going on but they didnt care. They didnt do anything. We ended up buying from Lowes in Apple Valley from now on. Customer is much better and service is fast.

Needed some welding & building supplies. The only negative thing was when we had a question about a product. There was a clerk helping another gentlemen and we were waiting for the Clerk to finish. When he finished with that customer he made us exit and was nowhere to be found. We had to ask the Clerk in the Paint Dept. He was helpful it was just frustrating that the first Clerk made a mad dash away, leaving us to search other departments for help.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!! NOT AS LONG AS THEY DO BUSINESS WITH TEMCO!!TEMCO is a third party delivery company that delivers ALL appliances for Home Depot, Lowes, and other companies to your home or to the stores. You would think that a company like TEMCO, that does countless deliveries for big companies, would be an extremely reliable and professional company? WRONG they are a terrible company that will carelessly damage what YOU paid for or not even show up the day they are scheduled to. Dont believe me? Look at their reviews I am not the only one!On July 11th 2021 I bought an $800 washing machine and had request it to be delivered to my home. I got a text confirmation on July 20th, the day prior that my scheduled delivery date (July 21st) that my Appliance Is already on the truck ready to be delivered to you from 8:30am-12:30pm. In good conscience I told my boss I would take the day off. The 21st came and it was 1pm and I had not received any phone calls or text messages that my appliance was going to be late. So I called home depots customer service and apparently TEMCO HAD LIED and said that they called me at 9am, my call history had no calls and the status on the delivery app still said Your appliance is on the truck ready to be delivered to you.I called TEMCO and was told by there representative that my appliance wasnt loaded on the truck and that there was a delay and wouldnt be receiving my appliance till several weeks later. I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager on site and that there was nothing they could do for me. The very same day I returned my appliance and got a refund. I went to BEST BUY and received my product quickly and painlessly.Home depot, if you at all value your customers I strongly recommend you cease all business with TEMCO as I am NOT THE ONLY ONE they have treated terribly, and in turn make YOU look bad. As long as you do business with TEMCO I will never buy appliances through you nor will my family or anyone else that knows of them. Your staff is amazing and where the reason my day wasnt any worse. Word of mouth is more effective than any advertisements you can put out, remember that.

I hate to give negative reviews because there are those few outstanding employees who go the extra mile, but as a whole, I find that it is difficult at best to find anyone to help you at Home Depot. The selections are varied and prices good but the majority of the employees.......you can see them standing around visiting if you see them at all, with the exception of the cashiers and the few outstanding workers who, Im sure, have to pick up the slack. One time I was trying to find someone who could help me get some wood cut. After 40 minutes and 3 promises of workers rushing by to call someone for me, I left.

Sometimes hard to get help in depts.some items have not enough options.or out of stock.garden plants are spoon expensive.

I dont complain or even care about customer service, but after I was told that my dd214 and military card doesnt qualify as military discount did bother me a bit. Prior times never had an issue but after this scenario, ill be going back to lowes. Its not the fact I didnt get the discount because if its offered cool if not then I am okay. Not looking for discounts but if its offered, then ill try to go places where its accepted only because I know they appreciate military. Did not like my visit to home depot not because of the discount but because how it was expressed and executed by the cashier. Ill just take myself to lowes where I punch in my number and no questions asked.......

I was in the paint department yesterday and the female worker that helped me was fantastic, she took a 5 gallon bucket of a terrible looking pink i had and turned it into the tan paint i was looking for. She worked her magic, best service ever. Ill probably spell her name wrong but if you need the perfect mixing person look for ieyhia.

Negative stars ! Had a generator stolen from the home depo parking lot and they wouldn’t give us any information or look at their camera’s !!! Wouldn’t even offer help. This place sucks . If you want to get tools stollen from the back of your truck go here .I called asking for help and the lady’s are rude !

I bought a very heavy piece of furniture. Two ladies helped me to pick up the unit and buy it. Then a very nice gentleman loaded it into my vehicle. I took it home and my son was half way through assembling it when we found a piece without the hardware attached. I took it back to home depot were Mark and Gabe helped.me. They had another unit so they took the same piece from that unit and traded me for the broken piece so I would not have to disassemble the unit I had at home and bring it back. What a wonderful experience . I thank you all very much the furniture is beautiful. Thank you so much!!

I love home depot for getting what I need at a great price. Almost every store where Ive shopped, across several states, had employees that were very helpful. The store in Victorville had employees that went far out if their way to get us what we needed. This store in Hesperia was horrible. They need new management. we needed some doors. we found one, but the others were high on a shelf. after spending 30 minutes asking for help, we left.We found 6 employees that would talk to us, each saying they would get someone else to help. We were told the person on that department was on break and no one else could help. When the girl came off break, she looked sick, barely coping with her job. She told us she couldnt help but would get someone else. After a five minute social conversation with a manager (?) she asked for a stock person to get us our doors. Why was no one else able to do that?In our pursuit of help, we found clumps of employees bsing that could offer no assistance. The topper of neglect was the 20 something brunette i chased around the store. When I loudly attempted to get her attention she sped up. After giving up, I saw her twice again. she was circling the store avoiding conversations with anyone. she really did not stop anywhere. just looked busy.we ended up not getting our doors or roofing or hardware and left.

They are out of alot of things right now. We were able to order online at the customer service dept and have the texture sent to our home.

The only gentleman that helped us in the store was named Chris. He told us exactly where to find the product. and its probably still being shipped over. as my husband and my son were looking over the products again they were able to find it on the very bottom shelf. It just goes to show not all associates are the same and willing to help.
