My sons and I love this place, the appointment process and time slots are long enough to ensure you get the care and attention you want. The staff is superb and Miss Rania our prinary stylist is friendly and caring. I would recommend getting the app and making your appointments that way, especially if you have a preference of stylists. The app allows you to slot with your chosen stylist and adjust the schedule based on their availability.

I had gotten my sons hair cut by Shannon and I hate to say this but its Definitely one of the worst haircuts in a long time. He asked for a medium/low fade and she did the complete opposite. Not to mention its super choppy and not even. An hour later this is what is left

Desiree gave a drastic layer cut, she was very attentive. Very professional yet really nice. I havent had an experience like this in years. I also find that a shampoo can be a nice massage. Desiree was great, out of the last 5 haircuts she was top.

I was not happy with the hair cuts and service. My sister and I had to wait outside to be called for our appointment. There is room inside to sit and be 6ft apart. I understand there must be a good reason however After my sister was finished she waited for me inside but was told she had to wait out side. She is on a Walker which would be a problem to go to the car. And it was windy and cold to sit outside but she made it to the car with someones help outside. When I went to pay for my cut, their was a women and her son waiting inside. She was there a good 5 to 8 min. I tried to call to ask why she was allowed and not my sister. But it went to voice mail twice.

You will need an appt!! On the website it will direct you to pick an appt time. So just follow directions and you will be ok. Hannah on HWY 18 location was awesome. I have long hair and trust no one! But she gave me what I wanted and my bf got a good style as well. Highly recommend this clean and neat place.

This is the second time I made the mistake going to Fantastic Sams. I am aware that mistakes can happen as to why I gave them a second chance and trusted my hair stylist to give me a Trim. I came home with one thick shelf layer. I went to a different salon to have my hair fixed, but there was only so much she could do when dealing with this giant front layer that was cut the way it was. Had to say goodbye to most of my length and feel awful about myself anytime I see myself in a mirror or picture.NEVER AGAIN.

Rosa is the best! She is very soft spoken but listens to my instructions as I change styles occasionally. My son as well gets great haircuts here. It is a little bit more $$ for haircuts here but getting your hair washed afterwards is something traditional barbershops don’t offer.

Hi All,I went today for Hair color and Dee make my appointment yesterday.How ever went I went today shes not there. I was dissapointed they cant do my hair color that I requested for which is ash brown or ombre.They said because I. need my hair to bleach and they suggested for highlights.So I decided ok,just color my hair with dark brown.And almost 1 hour, after shampoo and blow dry still my hair is black.Im really dissapointed.I dont care if I pay how much as long as they color my hair the one I asked for.best,Nilcri Massey

Always a pleasant experience and all of the staff is very friendly. Will tell you if they think a cut doesnt suit your face shape but will do it if you want. Never disappointed.

Read all the reviews and still decided to try my luck here. Staff is SUPER friendly and informative. I was quoted a price due to the length of my hair to make sure I would still want to go thru with the process. My stylist (magician) Kellie was awesome. She did not push me to do anything I didnt want to do. She showed me hair colors before applying. She step by step told me what she was doing. And i came out with exactly what I wanted. My hair isnt fried or messed up in the slightest way. Thank you Kellie!!

I have not had my haircut in over 10 years, due to being afraid of doing my hair. I went into Fantastic Sams and met my hair stylist Tracy, who is an amazing human being and hairstylist. My experience there was wonderful I love my new haircut and color, I dont think Im going to be going anywhere else from now on I trust my hair to Tracy and Fantastic Sams, Tracy thank you again for a wonderful haircut.

This was the worst haircut ever. I told Christina what I wanted done, and she did the complete Opposite! I really think that Christina thought that since I am over 60, I want the typical old lady haircut. Wrong!! This place changes stylists all the time. There is no consistency. I will definitely find somewhere else to get my hair cut. The only good thing is my hair grows very fast.

As usual, i get a great hair cut. There are two reasons for that.First, Rania J. Is an excellent stylist. Shes patient, thorough, and isnt finished until Im happy.Second, after a couple of years and a dozen cuts, shes gotten familiar with the way my hair grows.In all the times Ive visited, and watched all of the stylists at work, Ive never seen a bad haircut.

Rosa did an absolute amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I wanted was very polite and helpful. She talked to me the whole time, made sure to ask me if it was ok to do a few haircuts while I waited for my hair to process. Was overall an amazing experience with Rosa! I asked for heavy weaves highlights and that’s exactly what she gave me. Definitely recommend her to anyone!

I showed and explained how I like my hairstyle and she caught on quick and even came up with suggestions and options that I wouldnt have thought about. All the ladies here are good at what they do.....however Maria is my favorite! She always does my hair exactly the way i want. Some ladies get too scissor happy. Not Maria! A very good salon over all.

Wont be coming here again due to the fact they dont follow their list apparently and waisted my time. It was only me and one other person waiting, the other person was before me, they got called up by the first stylist, there was 2 stylist, one on brake Im assuming, and so 3 people come in and I see them checking in on the list. I know for fact they didnt have an appointment based on their check in. I see the other stylist come out from the back and check the computer and call the name of the people that just came in.I felt very disappointed they just skipped me, I felt it to be rude to try and question the person about it. So I just left disappointed and mad. This isnt the first time either that its happened. I questioned the last time and was told Sorry my mistake I will get to you after this person. Like really? So no point in waiting than? By the way I always pick first available so Im not waiting longer for a specific person.

Was pretty upset blonde girl pawned me off on Maria(who was in the restroom cleaning maybe?) As soon as she realized my husband was also getting a cut, so she could trim his hair - took longer for her to do his hair(and he passed on the shampoo) than mine and I had gotten a shampoo, and layers on LONG hair! Not going back for $20 cut on a guy, or rude to women service.

Stylist was friendly. Just horrible at cutting hair. Didn’t listen to what kind of cut I wanted. My hair is now very choppy. I asked for a trim on my side bangs I now have uneven front bangs. She cut them way too short. I wouldnt even consider returning so they can “fix it”. Will not recommend to anyone if anything I’d tell people to stay away.

Didnt get the name of the stylist that did my daughters hair, but she jumped the gun cut her hair entirely too short then tried to back track and say that her longer hair would cover her mistake. We let her just cut it all off but then she cut it uneven. The only reason giving this a three star is however horrible my daughters hair came out another stylist did my sons hair and it came out very well. So assuming very hit and miss. Good luck.

On different occasions Ive gotten terrific shag cuts from Kellie and long layers from Lena, both of whom listened to what I wanted and worked with my hair type and texture to give me the results I was looking for. Ive tried other salons in the area, some of which were highly rated, but Ive never been as happy with my hair as I am when I come here.

Prices were absolutely Horrific, for one I looked online for prices and was given $17 for wash cut and dry, and when I arrived it came out to $35 which is a huge jump that i wasI was very unhappy about, as well as the fact that I was given the option online for a $2 off coupon for wash, cut, and dry, but that coupon was denied because the owbeo doesnt accept coupons which makes absolutely no sense of why it is on the website if they dont accept it. Not to mention the fact my cut wasnt even a good representation of what I asked for, they also refused to give me the length I asked claiming it was a bad idea and that I shouldnt get too short, even though thats what I asked for, although they were polite most of the time, it was a very not enjoyable experience, would not recommend at all.

I used to have a 5 star rating but the past few times I have been in here, the customer service is atrocious. Rude and short with people. They changed their closing hours to 6pm but refuse to take anyone after 5:30, even if no one is waiting. The hair stylist with short red hair seemed angry at life. I will go elsewhere from now on.Update 7/22: it had been a year so I thought I would take a chance but this time they only had one person working and would only accept cash. No one bothered to tell me this when I called to make the appointment and my bank is on the other side of town. They wouldnt even take a check since it was their machines that werent working.

My experience getting my haircut was ok! My hair color did not last as long as I thought it would!!! When I got home I noticed there were some spots missed when she colored my hair.

I went in to get my hair bleached blonde and the first bleach she messed up the color. So she re-bleached it and my hair came out very yellow after 2 bleach and toner cycles and 4 hours of being there. Will never be going back again

For the most part, its a decent location but with only a few stylist who actually know how to cut hair its very hit or miss. My wife finally found a stylist she enjoys (primarily due to the fact that she actually listens to what she wants), but today we brought her son in and got a stylist names Esther and she rushed through the cut. His hair looks ok but he probably could have done what she did by himself. Very uneven sides, hes got 1 sideburn, and when asked to shorten the sides she literally didnt want to.

Walked in at 415 was given a look and glance at thier watch, fun times ten minutes later my kids and I walked out with out a word.

Worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Said just a trim, took about 4 inches off. My bangs were cut so uneven they make a wave.. let alone the back of my hair looks like a weed whacker got it. The lady that did it also had a poor attitude and seemed she just wanted to be anywhere but there.

I decided to try this place because I thought it would be fairly inexpensive compared to other salons. I simply wanted to go blonde on the top layer of my hair. I had medium to dark brown, natural uncolored hair. The lady dis not seem like she knew what she was doing. She kept sighing and grunting and going back and forth redoing the color in my hair. The entire process took approximately 5 hours. When she was done, she left me with wet hair and charged me close to $300. I was too upset and too emotional to put up any sort of fight so I paid and left. I cried the entire way home and for several weeks after. My hair was not blonde. It was orange, red, white, light brown, dark brown and some shades of gold. It was spotty, streaky and not at all what I asked for. I wanted one solid shade of blonde. It is my fault for not complaining, but at that point all I wanted to do was go home. She told me in a few hours all the colors will change to blonde. Seriously?!! My hair remained a funky rainbow and I suffered severe hair damage. Hair fell out in clumps and was so dry and brittle. I would NEVER go back here and I would recommend this place at all.
