I placed a large order of 8x10 prints, because my grandma is visual impaired, and she wants to enjoy pictures of her grandkids.Scott was awesome and called me to make sure my order was correct, complimented my photos, and made me feel valued.Thank you Scott!

Dropped off prescription said they had it Then received a phone call saying they needed to order it Waited 5 days and had to call them to find out if it was ready or not Going back to Iversons pharmacy Bye bye Walgreens

Just ordered an in store item and was texted it was ready to pickup, however when I called them to verify it was ready the woman told me there was no order and she was rude and short with me. So I quickly called the other Apple Valley store and it was not at their store The woman at Apple Valley rd store was very nice and helpful. I called back the Navajo rd store got the same rude unhappy woman Again and she acted like I was putting her out to check my order,then was transferred to a guy named Rex who verified the order was there but didnt seem to interested that she was rude and sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find my order.In these times if you still have a job you should be greatful and maybe LOOSE THE ATTITUDE I can shop elsewhere!

This Walgreens location has Apple Valley qualities and I am thankful to have such an awesome pharmacy where the staff(every single one of them!!!) and pharmacist(s) are extremely helpful and they work above and beyond whats needed to, in order to meet thier patients/customers needs. Thank you Walgreens for setting the bar so high.

Totally impressed with Jeannie last night as I was standing in line to pay for my stuff. This store and location is totally bike friendly and Im committed to this location more than ever now. A cyclists needed to get his medication from the pharmacy and even though this location doesnt have bike structures to lock your bikes they are allowed to take their bikes to the back with them in the pharmacy. This a normal occurrence in metropolitan areas of southern California and many people are going green and choosing to ride bikes for transportation now, etc. I just want to thank the district manager and staff that works at this location for being bike friendly and know that the biking communities here in the high desert and beyond truly appreciate businesses like you and will always give you their business.

I struggle with this store because they never seem to have enough staff to manage the front cash register and the photo development areas. I have never experienced the luxury of getting my photos quick or right the first time. Its always stressful whenever I need to get my photos done. But the price is right and they get them done quick.

My monthly medication is sometimes out of stock causing me to worry. The drive thru has gotten much more efficient this year.

Taja was very helpful in the photo area helping me get my prints made. She was very nice, patient and answered all my questions.

Management sucks. They need to be retrained.

Nice employees, Pharmacy use to be great, but forgets to fill your Rx after you request them. Needs to get it together before I take my business somewhere else...

Its hard to find things in here and I think they are a bit pricey.

Everyone is so nice here... Its almost like it is a requirement to work for Walgreens... I highly recommend this store

The store is great. The pharmacy was awful, they told me the prescription was ready for pick up, got there and they said they couldnt be filled, it was for my grandson who was just at the hospital. They had an issue with his insurance, I wanted to just pay cash and they wouldnt let me. I went elsewhere. My grandson was very sick and they made me wait then come back only to not get it. They could have to.d me on the phone when they called to say it was ready.

Never again. They dont take care of their customers. Do not use them. I suffered for 2 weeks until I sent my prescription to another place. They dropped the ball on maintenance medication that I needed and BLAMED the doctor. The doctor called twice. Go somewhere else if you want service. They get minus points from me. The only reason one star is picked because they would not post without it.

Pharmacy needs to train staff to know how to transfer prescriptions from other Walgreens to theirs. They made it impossible for me to pick up what I came there for and wasted my time.

The fat caucasian female manager that wears glasses that works at night is rude and racists. Bad attitude and we have no plans in coming back to this location.

4th time through the drive thru today, 2 weeks 4 visits, 8 phone calls of, IlI personally handle this issue. all to get one, extremely important prescription. This staff should be ashamed of themselves, theyre supposed to help people. This has caused so much unnecessary strife.

This Walgreens doesnt even deserve a 1-star rating they said they had my husbands medication after transferring it from another county and said we ran out an hour ago Im switching back to the other county were I just moved from or a different company

Clean enough. Had to wait several minutes for cashier, could have just walked out since no one was around
