Kwik trip is my place for milk, bread and banana. Kwik trip used to have nice coffee but Holiday outdid it.

I was short 22 cents and couldnt buy food. They wouldnt let me walk with it. I get it business is business but after all these years of kwik trip shopping they couldnt even give a man 22 cents. Horrible

We are very impressed with the staff employee at the Kwik Trip in Apple Valley. With things being awkward during shelter in place, it is nice to walk into a welcoming, clean and well maintained gas station. Kwik Trip is also known to give back to the community! This past mite hockey season, we received a gift card for a sponsored event! Thank you to the great managers and staff!!

Great place, except the car wash is soooo sliow. If there is a line, it may be a good idea to ask about the wait time. About 30 minutes and still counting.

More than just a quick stop

The slushie and smoothie machine didnt have shake mix again. And I waited for them to pull out be mix. 10 minutes later and I was informed that it was actually still frozen and I could not get a shake. No compensation was offered. (Which other Kwik Trip offer when the machine is not working properly) All she said was, sorry in a inconvenienced tone. And walked away. Sad face.

One Star today due to bad attitude of a supervisor/mgr female with orange/blonde hairGas pump did NOT auto shut off about 3 gallons off gas all over my car and on the ground.No apologyNo sense of urgency to deal will 3 gallons of gas on the ground.Only to be talked to very condescending that that why you need to say by the pump.Its 23 outside today and winter so like all people in Minnesota I was washing my cars window. And yes I was by the pump and 23 degrees outside it not cold for winter temperatures in Minnesota

This store just lost a customer. Tonight I found out that all pumps were changed to pre-paid. I use to fill up my tank and go inside, browse and get to purchase other stuff. I wont be making two trips inside the store. One to pay and another one to pick my change. Sorry but I dont swipe my cards at gas pumps.It was good while it lasted.

Very rude customer service from the short old woman this morning. I paid with a 100 bill, she snarled at me, give me a filthy look, slammed my bill on the counter, slammed the pen that tests if the bill is real on the counter. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please retire lady.

Not impressed at all. The store smelled like piss, there was garbage on the floor and just a all around gross feeling when in the store. I am glad I am vaccinated, the reps would rather talk about their weekend then do their job. This is very clear and obvious, you lost a customer. Gross, but guess it completes picture for icky Apply Valley.

Bad layout, always busy!

I come in fairly often since I work in the area. Friendly employees. Another review mentioned gas pumps were pre-pay only, this was NOT the case for me as of 5-20-18. Maybe pre-pay only late at night? Only on certain pumps? Not sure. This is a newer Kwik Trip - LOTS of pumps, big store with great beverage options, nice food options hot and cold, all the snacks you could possibly want, even salads and fresh fruit choices. Great prices on leftover bakery goods like doughnuts in the evenings, too. They also accept competitor coupons for gas, which you will want to take advantage of since their gas prices tend to be on the high side. They do have a fixins bar for their hot sandwiches (pickles, tomato slices, etc.), but sometimes they could do a better job keeping it stocked. Can get a little busy during the evening rush, but the checkout line moves quickly. All in all, a solid 4.5 stars from me - giving them 5 because they deserve WAY more than the current 3-something rating they currently have.

Have always had a quick and pleasant experience here. Staff is very friendly and Eagar to help. Plus, they have a touch free car wash which is a HUGE plus!

Date of Visit: 8/25/2019 - This is an OK facility to get gas or grab a snack, but do NOT use their restroom. YUCK!!!

Since Kwik Trip stopped sending mailers, either KT discontinued the $6.99 elite carwash coupons or removed it from their app, Kwik Rewards. In either case, am disappointed with Kwik Trip.
