Very rude need more training dealing with patients/ customers .When I asked to talk to a supervisor she said she was the only person there at 11am. I thought maybe they were short help then I go in to pick up prescriptions and have rarely seen so much help in any pharmacy. I think she may have been just a bit full of it!!!

This place need to train their pharmacist who doesnt know how to treat or deal with the customers.

They have a really fabulous pharmacy team. The prescriptions are filled within hours and are done correctly. Service is always friendly and everyone behind the counter is knowledgeable. The pharmacist is right there and willing to answer questions. I had been using Walmart pharmacy in Eagan thinking I was saving money, so I put up with slow service and waiting in line. Turns out Walgreens prices are exactly the same and their service is SO much better. Plus they have a drive thru that is so convenient with COVID going on! I have transferred all prescriptions to this Walgreens at 140th and Pilot Knob road in Apple Valley. You should too.

All the staff is amazing by their willingness to help, answer all my questions, being personable and kind. I highly recommend this location.

Good for a quick stop when needed. Its generally clean. There have been a couple times that Ive had to wait around to be helped at the cash register.

Cashiers do not wear mask. They choose to wear face shields which do not stop the spread of airborne droplets to others.

Love fast, personal,accurate service I get here. Its a blessing when you have major health issues like I do.
