They have a lot of great products, but the customer service is always pretty poor, and now after spending $60 on merchandise, they ask me if I want to purchase a bag for 15 cents?

If you are African-American do not shop at the store they will watch you they will follow you around there are now black owned beauty supply houses in Appleton there are two look them up.

I had the worst experience today at calumet Sallys beauty... this lady was really tan and had blonde hair. She was so rude. I asked her for help finding everything I need for hair die she basically told me to come back another time because my hair needed to be stripped of the box die. She spent 10 minutes lecturing me and i told her multipul times I was buying the die today. She continued to harrase me while I looked for my dye.

Nice products for reasonable prices. Great make up and their return policy makes it easier to shop knowing you can return with no hassle..just save your receipt! They also have monthly specials and sales like buy one get one half off or buy 2 get 1 free.

Destiny is wonderful. She offers kind and courteous customer service and assistance.

I thought that the new girl,Destiny,was very informative steered me in the right direction,very professional and made my trip there very pleasant!! Ive been going there for a while and this was the most I was ever helped ! Very grateful!!

I purchased a 11/4” curling iron. Got it home and realized it was too big. Went back with receipt and they would not exchange it for me unless I paid an additional $17! I bought it on sale but just needed to swap it for the correct size. Horrible customer service!

The woman i spoke to was very kind and helpful, full of information and suggestions that were way cheaper options than a salon which would have fried my hair. They seem to have a lot of variety in product, but i am an inexperienced hair product user. I would go here again in a heartbeat for hair help. 😉

There is an employee that works here that acts like she cant be bothered with customers. She was very dismissive and rude when I had a question. Today when another customer brought her items up to the counter and set them in front of her she said rudely um, she can help you at the other register and pointed to the only other register there. I understand having a bad day at work but if youre rude on two separate occasions I will go out of my way to visit another Sallys location.

Friendly helpful staff. Like their return policy. Had been years since I had been to a Sallys I will be back soon.

Make sure you pay attention at checkout and review your receipts! I was overcharged the last 3 times. Once by over $18 and anther time by over $5.
