As you would expect a Dollar General. Never a disastrous mess, but as usual customers are rude and leave product in random spots. The employees work hard to keep up.

They didnt have what I wanted but it was a seasonal thing and the aisles are arent very wide.

Has pretty much everything you would need. They stopped selling clothes like pants scrubs shirts at this location but they do sell undershirts socks and boxers. You can save a lot of money on laundry soap using digital coupons

Good deals, the store is clean. Friendly cashier. Convenient to grab a few things and get in and get out.

Both places on mason and northland are great. We shop at dollar General all the time. The clerks at both places are very nice and if I need help theyre very helpful.

Since the remodel it has been amazing, you are able to find your products. Everything is neat and not just thrown into an aisle.

A FABULOUS selection of art supplies for our toddler! She loved all of it!!!!

Wow. If you havent shop here, please do so. It has 90% of what you need at a huge discount. Thesw arent knock off products either.

The checker lady and store attendants are always very helpful.as usual I had my hands full because I grabbed more things than I anticipated getting and the store attendant gave me her cart that she was using. A very thoughtful and nice lady

My kids and I were stranded, my phone dead since it doesnt charge without vehicle power and I asked to use their phone and she was pretty rude and needless to say we didnt get to use it.

Stood in an empty store in line with no cashier. Even called out a few times. Dollar Tree is much better.

Friendly staff, lots of stuff to choose from. Almost too much though, aisles were a little crowded, gave it a little bit of dank feeling. Id go back though for sure.

They are so rude and don’t honor any thing they have posted around the store! One gal who works there is sweet and helpful but otherwise nobody enjoys their job and it shows

Just saw an awesome fight at the dollar general! The cashier was nothing but respectful and patient. The customers however a mother and daughter should have been arrested. Never a full moment!

Lots of product in this small store. Aisles are narrow but there is so much to choose from. Decent prices too. Happy hunting!!!

Had what I wanted at great price

My wife stopped there tonight two minutes before they closed at 9:00pm. She needed one item that was across from the register- which she told the guy in the store, at the door. The guy just looked at her and said I close in two minutes and refused to let her in to get her one item, even though they were still open.I get wanting to start closing up shop ahead of time, but posted hours are posted hours. I work customer service. If I found out my employees received a phone call from a customer two minutes before closing and told them that they couldnt help because they were closing in two minutes, they would be in trouble. Terrible customer service.This was the one on W Wisconsin Ave in Appleton, WI.

I like this Dollar General. All the cashiers here are nice and not crabby like the ones on Northland Ave.

Dollar store that is stocked and clean. Good for a quick stop for something you need right away...otherwise aldis and walmart beat them on price and quality for most items. The products seem less expensive but you are getting a smaller package that either equals or is more expensive then the product in larger stores. 2 liter bottles of soda are almost 2 bucks...you get what you pay for in a pinch...

Have good deals on things, seems to be stocked with most stuff when I go.

Zero stars where manager is concerned, unfriendly, rude and her comment Im busy and doesnt listen to the customer. Not well trained in customer service. The clerk was hopeful and sweet though.

Excellent bargains and great sales. They remind me of the old 5 and dime. A lot of a little bit of everything.

I do not shop at dollar general.

This store has so much to offer, but I stopped shopping here because Im always being followed and watched. The staff assumes that because you wander the isles that you are shoplifting. Dollar Generals are known for great deals and having items you didnt know they had. They would sell more if they didnt treat customers as if they had poor intentions. You dont need to check on the same person 4 times in 30 mins. And you most definitely dont need to follow them. This store has always made me uncomfortable.

This store is a great place for a quick stop for the basics.

Great stop for last minute meal prep ingredients, party foods such as soda and chips or fast home fixes like curtain rods rugs or extra pillows or for when you run out of dog treats laundry soap bleach or dishsoap.

Store was clean and well kept. Found everything I needed with ease.

The manager of this store is rude and inconsiderate. She denied my coupons even though they were being used in a perfectly legitimate method. They have forgotten the number one rule if customer service. There are plenty of other stores like this nearby. Stay away from this kind at all costs.

That staff at this Dollar General is the best, and I have been to them all over Wisconsin. I just wish they would have made the store larger when it was built and had the selection of other DG stores.

Cluttered and its hard to find things sometimes but they have a good selection of products for an affordable price!

Its a dirty store thats too crowded and the prices are too high. Most of the staff are clearly either bored or unhappy, though I did have one clerk today who actually smiled and said hello

This store is in a good location to where we live, the prices arent impressive in comparisson to other stores but Dollar General is a block away so it was a good place to go for milk, bread and the like without having to drive. There have been multiple occasions the staff is rude. Ive put up with it for 6 years weve lived here but today they went too far. My 5 year old wanted to buy some cheap Minnie Mouse jewelry with her own money. It rang up $2. I truly thought it was $1 (it was a REALLY cheap looking item). The clerk walked back to check and we both discovered the jewelry wasnt marked. Cheap plastic item in a dollar store with no price, cant fault people for assuming the cost would be $1. The lady wouldnt make an adjustment and insisted the little girl pay $2. We left without buying anything because that cashier wasted this customers time. Well make the effort to avoid their business now.
