The AT&T store had the exact phone I wanted. The sales rep Ryan was terrific and did everything from helping me pick out a case, put on a screen shield, and help me set up my phone from my old phone. I was up and running in less than twenty minutes. They were a huge help.

Out of all of the At&t stores this is one of the worst. The customer service is terrible and they won’t do anything to help. They are way too lazy and really don’t want your service. If it’s a lot they will lie about deals making you contemplate what you are going to do. I highly recommend going to one of the other At&t stores if you need help.

Not impressed. Walked in the door and swormed over like they were vultures. Asked about cheap ear piece... shown 3 of them from 129.99 to 200.00.... I asked if they just had some wired ear pieces... told no they dont. So as im walking out they find they have 2 types of wired for 24.99 and 29.99... Guess thats how they up sell ....

Went to get the galaxy watch switched from a different service after deciding to go with at&t. It took a while, but the girl working got it to work correctly. The guy at the previous at&t store said it wasnt possible, dont listen to that.

We would like to thank AT&T, but most especially Jon-Paul for the help we received with setting up our new phone account. We purchased three new Apple phones....He made it smooth and easy! J.P. was so helpful with everything that we were able to look into Apple watches and we purchased two of those, too! We are looking forward to AT&T service and to our new Apple phones!! The phones arent worth what they get for them, I have automatic pay and 2 months in a row they took more than what they were supposed to, trying to get through on the phone is a lifetime, I sat for over an hour listening to stupid at&t commercials while waiting for someone to answer the phone, I was on the phone for 3 1/2 hours and 8 departments just to get my money back in my account.

We were helped by Ryan and he was fantastic! Got us switched over to AT&T quickly and easily. We got our brand new phones and service set up. Ryan was very knowledgeable and kind, great guy to work with. Prefer this store over the other one for sure! Better customer service!

When we came into the store we were not sure what to do or whether we wanted service, then Jon-paul approached us and talked to us about our numerous options. We ended up with great phones and an awesome plan, by far one of the best phone buying experiences ever!

This store has been fantastic for a first time customer for cell service. We dealt with Emily there. She was absolutely fantastic to work with! My family and I (5 of us total) were looking for other options than Verizon, as our bill was over $300 and climbing. Emily walked us through all the plan options and promotions and discounts on Sunday this past weekend. Monday when we went in to switch she had everything all ready to go for us. She answered every possible question i could think of quickly, and made everything painless for us. From porting over our phone numbers, to backing up our old phones, and getting all the new ones set up quickly. She was even able to set up everything for my brother down in Madison to switch after work at a store there later that day. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic! So far everything has been good and the switch to AT&T has been well worth it!

Went in to upgrade my phone and confirm my employee discount. They didn’t even look up the discount because they said it couldn’t be used with my plan-so offer me another plan?! How do they know what deal my employer has?And do we not activate our phones and get the data transferred by an associate anymore? I bought the phone and was shown the door! I had to transfer all the data from phone to phone twice and it took all afternoon?!

I had the best customer service with Erika! She has helped me with me the most obvious questions I should know. She is very thorough and the kindest person. Very personable! Every time I have to stop in, she is there to help from start to finish. Very knowledgeable.

Staff was very helpful getting a new replacement phone.

Make sure you use one of their phones, and not another companys and when you use it they by-pass the lock and you get terrible service.

So sad the malls are changing so much in our country due to on-line shopping. It is a nice place, better than many mall. Love the sporting goods store with the brew pub near by. Has many chain stores that you would expect. Always felt safe and comfortable while shopping.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Poor customer service. Poor knowledge of the staff. With how much the carriers have been talking about 5g you would think the reps should know what bands they use for 5g. Will go to the Wisconsin Ave store from now on.

Disappointed in the customer service here. Went in to get help with a phone and the woman couldnt even tell us what was wrong with the phone nor did she take the time to look at it. Come June we will be switching networks. Should have stayed with our last network. We also dont get signal in the area we live in and get many dropped calls.

I went to best buy to buy an unlocked phone but instead decided to go with AT&T. I let the guy know its very important to keep my number. After I left I realized they gave me a new number. At this point Im furious, I could not sign into my iCloud account which really frustrated me to the point where I was just about to cancel my phone service. I went to AT&T store on calumet and was so upset. Erika Scheibe greeted me when I walked in. I never met any one in my life that was as calm and patient as she was with me and my 5 yr old son. I explained what happened and told her I need my phone number ported ASAP. She reassured me that every thing will be OK. She got me to calm down. Long story short, she got my number ported over, showed me how to use my new phone and got me all signed into my iCloud account. I also decided to get cable & Internet as well. Because of Erika, I kept my wireless service and added cable and internet. I will never go any where else for any thing. Erika will be the person I go to when I decide to add more lines or services..I referred her to my business partner for business internet. I cant thank you enough Erika for every thing you did for me and kept my son busy as well. You deserve more than 5 stars!!

If you have any sort of problem with service, phone, or bill go into an AT&T store. Some AT&T stores are just resellers and cant do as much for you.I have had several great service experiences with the staff at this particular location. Many of them have taken time and not just rushed me through.

Went to local at.t store after calling first.for new iphone se .in store only not sold on web.price for iphone per at.t web site was 49.95 plus 30 to 45 dollars for prepaid plan and you must get a new number.when it was my turn after waiting.rep told me the phone was 100.00 and plan was 45.00.so went home called store.thay said thay dont have anymore.just like tmobil said .DUM and DUMMER.have a great day if you need a phone try t mobil.

I am not a customer, but a technician named Matt decided he could use my patio as a sidewalk while working on my neighbors place...WHICH IS ILLEGAL! I asked him to stay off and he pulled a snotty attitude and said he ddidnt even care if I complained about him...it wasnt his problem! He was actually walking so close to my patio door he might as well have been in my apartment! Then when I did call to complain, the company admitted they knew it was illegal, but gave me attitude and a run around! I will tell EVERYBODY I know to drop ATT and go elsewhere! IMMORAL COMPANY! I will never deal with this company in the future!

Great service fast

Ive watched them sit behind the desk when they arent helping anyone. The phone will ring, and theyll look over at it, but they wont pick it up. Ive also tried calling the store. Itll ring and ring and ring, and it never gets answered. Poor quality phone service, especially from a phone company.
