Always great. Why would anyone say anything bad about Hot Topic or the mall?? They are always bringing in the up to date shirts I am looking for, always a reasonable price, and always great people to talk to when you have questions or are checking out. Sometimes I wish I never had to leave the place :P

This is a great store if you are a smaller person. As a plus size lady there wasnt much to choose from in clothing.

I am disabled with copd and ptsd from serving in Irac. And when I tried to shop in this store they repeatedly harassed me about not having my mask over my nose. I dont even have to wear a mask but I try to so people will not be so mean. I a sick of being harassed by people for something that I have no control over

It was good. They were out of some of the products I was looking for but other then that.

Good store with variety of things to look at and buy. They have a a lot of merch for different things such as anime, singers, bands, Disney, e.t.c. The customer service is good for the most part.

First time being there had a lot of fun looking around looking forward to going again

Fox river mall...hot topic closed on a saturday...and then the person who came to tell us was rude to another customer that said they were going to call the main about it...and yelled that she woud cance his order

It went soft, went there to pick up some stuff for a Halloween photo shoot and they dont even sell Tripp pants in the store any more. I have not been there in a while but it turned into a dark Disney! If your into dark Disney then Hot Topic is the place for you!

Ive been shopping at this store for a few years after I moved from NY and yesterday I went in to find something to spend my birthday reward and gift card on - the manager and sales girl were extremely helpful and patient - even tried to get an item I couldnt get online! Im a bit older than most that go in there and they never make me feel like I dont belong. Super friendly and just great staff everytime Im in. Love them!

Cool stuff, but its really packed with stuff, if more than 3 people are in he store its hard to navigate. I also feel some prices are a bit high.

The employees were fantastic and I really empathized with their struggle to deal with an archaic computer system. I was just trying to order a pair of shorts. They were really apologetic and helpful, I give them 5 stars. But the store itself gets 3 at most because the checkout computer needed to be updated years ago.

I am a big fan of Hot Topic. The staff is helpful and patient while you find what you want. It is in the mall, so the prices could be better, and it can get crowded at times, but otherwise I really recommend it if you like their kind of style.

You know it wouldnt have been so bad if i hadnt watched 3 people go into the back on a friday when the mall is normally busy. I would know because i work at the mall. There were at least 4 other people in line and 3 people decided instead of helping the people in line. Horrible customer service i only had 1 person say hi to me and i walked past those 3 people who happened to just hide in the back.

If you like bands, movies, tv shows, or video games, you really should check this place out. Its got a huge selection of merchandice to satisfy any fangirl or fanboys dream! I keep going back and buying myself t-shirts from my many different fandoms. The store may look dark and creepy from the outside, but really its quite friendly inside. My only complaint is that some things are nice and cheap while others are expensive. And the store is kinda small so when its busy its hard to get around. But Ill keep shopping there!

Everytime Im there I love the associates. Today not as much the lady made me feel like I was a burden and there sales werent good at all.
