I was greeted when I walked in the store and then quickly greeted by an associate at the return counter and easily made the return I needed to.

The front end worker today. Laura I believe her name is at self checkout provided such amazing service. She was kind to me and my partner and helped us as quickly as humanly possible. She made me and my partner smile with joy for how sweet she was to us even with how busy it was. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Extremely clean, I hope they keep washing carts and checkouts all the time. Really wish we had a super target like family members have in Florida. Overall great service and friendly staff. Only thing I don’t like about target in general is the lack of a great electronics department (TVs are all lower quality products).

Kaitlyn the cashier was super friendly and took extra time to find me sales and deals I wasnt aware of

The young lady who assisted me with my order in the Customer Service department was exceptionally kind and professional. She was knowledgeable in her job, and she went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and appreciated.

They always have new and innovative products.

I left a bag full of purchases at the store and called about it the next morning. They not only located the bag but offered to mail the items back to me because I live an hour away! The best part...the bag/items were from a different store! And they still did it!

Just been so impressed with the kind and helpful attitudes of employees. One went out of her way to help me find the last standing garden bed, as well as went to grab a cart so I didn’t have to struggle carrying all my items through the store. I didn’t even ask, she just kindly offered. The kindest action offered by that employee out of her own kindness has resonated with me for a while. Kudos again Target!

Always clean, stocked with every item, never bare shelves, touch of everything from food to bedroom, bathroom, den, livingroom....and beautiful staff that is always around every corner if needed. I live and use Appleton is location and its amazing.

At first when I arrived at the store I wasnt sure if I was in the right place. It was the first time and so I wasnt sure, but quickly knew that it was right. An associate greeted me while they were delivering another order. They reassured me and took my name. My order was delivered within a few minutes. The whole process was quick and easy.

The customer service at the self checkout was great. The lady there was very helpful and friendly. When I could not get my coupon to work she helped me out. I had 3 different orders and when I mixed up the payment she assisted me when rescanning my items. Excellent customer service!!

The drive up option is easy and safe to use.

I’ve had horrible customer service at this target. It’s an hour before closing and they have no cashiers available and they’re all chatting and hanging out at guest services. I hope they get trained on better services towards guests.

I was very pleased with the ease of pickup. It was fairly painless and went pretty quick. Understanding the busy time of the year it is I had no problem waiting a couple minutes. It was no problem and the person was nice at the service desk.

Worst experience ever. Crowded, no social distancing and plenty of people without masks. Im all for no masks but if you are making people who come in wear one then make everyone in store. No dressing rooms open due to virus but your restrooms are worse than a truck stops restrooms absolutely disgusting! Will not be back!!! If you cant keep your restrooms clean are you sure you can clean your store?

The quality of the products plus the prices and employees helpfulness make Target a great place to shop. I especially love the Beauty section and using the cartwheel app is an added bonus to get additional savings. If you stack the savings plus a coupon with offers that have a bonus gift card are great!!! Cant say enough great things.

Customers not wearing masks! Umm enforce the mask mandate we are in a covid hotspot. I will not support a store that doesnt enforce the mandate. Step up your game Target!

I used to love target. Now not so much. My last visit the gal refused to honor both coupons even though they were both posted(one from the previous week she claimed) and now they dont allow a simple straight exchange for the same item in a different size(the gal said she had to do a return and new purchase and the item had been on sale previously). It is the same product! Just a different size!

I love Target! The variety and decent prices. The store is always so clean. They have things there that nobody else has. I really wish there was a Target in West Bend, WI which is closer to my home.

Clean stores, good selection of merchandise, good prices, ease in navigating aisles. I like that there is a sign at the end of each numbered aisle identifying items in that aisle. The 5% rebate is also a big plus.

We did some shopping at target. As we were checking out we had a gentleman checking us out. It was evident that our checker had a handy Cape. I just want to say we thought that is AWESOME! That he is trying too work and make a honest living!! Thank you TARGET for hiring him!! There are too many people who wants a free ride ! Take that to thoughs who is too lazy to work ! Shame one you!!

I love Target! I love the way it is organized, I love the brands they have, and the sale prices! When I havent been there for a while, I forget how much I miss it!

I understand that stores have to protect themselves fro scammers, but lately, when I try to return items to Target, I am not having the best time. Especially today. I tried to return a toy that my mother in law had given my daughter for her birthday. We did not want to make her feel bad and tell her that my daughter had already gotten this toy, so we were going to return it, hoping for a gift card to use on another toy of the same brand. We didnt have the receipt because we didnt want her to feel bad. We ended up getting $1.62 for a toy that is on the shelves right now at Target for $35. I wasnt expecting full price, because of sales etc, but I was told that at one time this toy must have been on clearance for $1.54. That means this toy, that is full price on the shelves right now, was on clearance at one point for OVER 90% off? I never recall seeing any clearance at Target for 90% or over. It just doesnt make sense. I was trying to get my daughter to keep the toy at this point, because it was better than getting $1.62 back for it, but she didnt understand, and just wanted the money. I am now going to give her money from myself to make up for the difference. I came back to the service desk after I had found that this toy was still on the shelves, full price, but I was told that there was nothing they could do. I almost wish that I had asked to talk to a manager. I feel bad, because I usually dont make trouble with things like this, but it just seems like it is so wrong.

My daughter and I enjoyed our shopping trip and loved your store. We admittedly were not planning ahead...went kind of crazy in your candle isle..purchasing more than we should have. Our check out person was wonderful and boxed them up for us. We quickly realized our mistake that & couldn’t carry them across the mall to where we had parked. Possibly it was all of the candles we sniffed? Lol. Anyway, I went to the customer service counter and asked/pleaded with a very nice person (that I could tell felt extremely uneasy) with storing our box of candles behind the desk until we returned a short time later. My daughter ran inside after I drove around the mall, receipt in hand, only to get treated rudely and barked at by another associate about how you store does not do this & was questioned why she was allowed to do this. I’m very sorry we broke your policy/protocol & I hope the customer service associate who helped first at the customer service desk us does not get in trouble over this.

Target is my go-to for pretty much everything my family needs! Its always clean, well stocked and the service is great!

Target is a fun store to shop, well lit, bright attractive colors, big marketing signs..

I stopped in Target, Fox River Mall for a simple $10.00 electronics purchase and couldnt get the young, male, sales associate to stop wanding shelves long enough to answer a couple simple questions. You only lost $10.00 tonight, but this weekend you will lose the sales of a 55 smart TV, full sets of pots and pans and dishes with silverware. I would have been happier with bad customer service, but NON EXISTANT customer sevice.... there are too many other options, maybe more expensive, but with customer service Ill gladly pay another store. Bummer! I used to like coming to Target. Wand those shelves to your hearts content, I wont be back.

Why are you funneling everyone through one set of doors rather than allowing the entrance to the mall be open? It makes no logical sense to move all people through one set of doors if you are trying to social distance people during a pandemic. Spread people between the two entrances and Open the Mall Entrance Doors!!!

I love Target. Wonderful selection of items and a good, clean atmosphere. The only negative thing about this particular Target is that it is a little higher priced as it is in the mall. Besides that, Target is great for your shopping needs (and wants.)

Dear Target,I love your store. I love all the deals you give on baby care products and thats the sole reason I shop at your stores being a mother of two. I have highly recommended your stores to people who are having children or just want store where you can get everything at. I love that you now have a grocery section!However after my most recent visit this evening where I spent just over $100 which is a typical purchase at your store about 2-3 times a month I felt ashamed. The reason I felt that was because when I was greeted by the cashier the first thing she said was Hi, will this be on your target red card this evening? And I replied, no not tonight. she then said lets sign you up. And i said no thank you. And she replied with well why not? Since there were customers behind me I simply stated no thank you just not tonight.I understand its your policy that the cashiers offer the target red card on every transaction but I was simply offended. It is none of her business or any other customers of why I do not want your target red card. I will no longer be shopping at your store simply because how your cashiers present to me each and everytime I am at the check out to get a Target Red Card! Like I am obligated or pressured into it! I have been shopping regularly at your store for now well over 4 years and today was my last trip until you can train your cashiers to not be so pushy and make me feel ashamed for not signing up.Thank you.

Love target. They need to address the bathroom rooms. Recently I had my elderly father with me and he said the mens bathroom had no bars to hold onto. Also he was using a automatic Wheel chair that the store offers, which he got stuck in the hallway going to the bathrooms.

So quick efficient, if there was a target closer to my house I would use it weekly!

This is pretty much exactly what you would expect out of a Target. Its pretty tidy and the associates seem readily available to help you if needed.

Awesome service, was in Target this evening. The cafe was closed and I really wanted an icee, an employee allowed me to purchase an icee after the cafe already closed. Excellent customer service, went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I specifically asked them to pay a bill and they charged me 280 more than I asked them too and they couldnt give me my mom unless I called target card people. If they messed up that bad n I paid with a debit card they shouldve paid me back. I hate target more n more every day

Was at target roughly 330 on 12/26/2017 We were at register 12 and had Marie helping us. She was incredible super nice and patent. I entered my red card and for some reason the entire system froze and I waited for about 10 minutes to have it reboot. Marie got Rick the manager to assist her and he said he patient I then waited another 5 minutes. I went to rock and explained to him something needs to happen because I have been waiting far to long never once raised my voice. He then yelled loud and everyone turned around and looked at him and he said What do you think Im going to do i responded with Im not sure but something needs to be done he yelled at Marie and moved me to express lane. Marie started sprtomg carts doing slave work almost as a punishment for his lack of professionalism and leadership skills.

I like the prices, but often sale items are not available. Today Think Thin bars were on sale and the selection was limited because the stock was low. Several flavors were gone- a lot of empty spaces.

Good store, littler smaller than some of the others in the area. Nice that its in the mall though.

Very nice for being attached to the Fix River Mall, but parking does suck sometimes.

The clearance is god

I went to target to buy some clothes and I saw a basketball and dribbled it for like 30 seconds. The next thing I know the great target security comes out and kicks my girlfriend and I out of the store. While he was escorting us out he called us Window Lickers a slang word meaning Mentally Disabled multiple times. When I tried to reason with him he told me to shut up and he said over his walkee talkee that he got the window lickers. I am very unhappy with Target but I will go back and get kicked out again for something such as chewing my gum the wrong way or messing around with a basketball for less than a minute. Thank you unnamed security guard. I do wonder however how much you get paid to kick Window Lickers out on a daily basis. Have a great rest of your life doing so.
