Great treats. The atmosphere is unique. Parking was challenging. Lots to take in once inside. Mixed reviews from our group due to those factors.... Younger gentlemen at the register was super friendly and helpful. A small sundae was more than enough. The churros were amazing! Will definitely go back.

Incredible! Ive driven by Frio a million times and always told myself I would stop in one day, well it finally happened! I had the takis elotes and it was amazing! Perfect ratio of toppings and corn. It was so fast and they were crazy busy in there! Everything on their menu sounds delicious! I cant wait to go back and try one of their ice cream treats next!

Tasty!I typically don’t like really sweet desserts, but this had me curious. This place is a nice twist on dessert that you don’t normally see. If you are in the mood for a sweet treat, this is the place. A great place for sweet-tooths!

My. Goodness. This place is incredible!! An amazing selection - I wish I couldve tried them all. Everybody can find something they like here. The ambiance was really unique, the staff were exceptionally friendly. I cant wait to go back and try something else.

By far the best Horchata Ive ever had. Traditional elote was delicious and the caramel churros hit the spot. This is my new favorite dessert spot in the fox valley area. I love that it reminds me of home. Slice of Chicago. Keep up the great work to the owners and staff you guys are amazing!

I had Hugo from Frios cater his ice cream for my daughters wedding and I can’t say enough of how awesome it was! I received so many wonderful compliments from our guests how they loved it and that it was better than cake especially on a hot summer night! Hugo was so professional and his set up was awesome!

Delicious elote, hard to find around the fox valley. Better than 99 percent of the places even around Milwaukee when I lived there. Owner is very friendly and the inside is beautiful. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to a few ice cream places around town and even around the state and haven’t been too impressed, until I stumbled upon this gem! This is hands down my favorite sweet spot in all of Wisconsin! The prices are more than fair, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming, the churro bar selection is awesome, there’s plenty of variety for all those different taste buds out there. Deffinetly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! You guys rock!

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time (time said will be ready for pick up ASAP - 10 minutes) but nobody had the order ready. Had to wait in line for 15 minutes. Ordered two of the same thing with same size and was given two different sizes. Second visit for us. First went great. This one ruined it for me. Not going back. Figure out your business, guys. You lost a customer and Im no longer going to recommend you.

What a fun place! Had never been here before, but had seen it online. So happy we finally made the time to try it out. We tried the Apple pie and the Mexican Mocca. We had to check this place out for ourselves and we were not disappointed! People at the registers were super nice! We got the smores churro bar and it was gone in a few minutes. Very cute decor and feel to the place. Also got 2 more churros to go because they were so good. I definitely had churros for breakfast this morning and I dont regret it one bit. Will be coming back!

Loved it. Cute place, love the cactuses cute tables and menus. Love that their churros are warm! The employees are nice and attentive. Only thing they can improve is the time the order takes. Sadly for a dessert shouldnt have to take 20 mins. And hopefully in the future they can improve on this. Because their product, flavors and idea is great. Frio is one of those places that just makes you feel good. I was excited when I looked up a little about their history and became more excited when I saw their pictures. Everything is presented in a fun way, the staff was friendly and the food was a sugar rush. I was recommended to try the churro bar, which was awesome. I ended up with the Captain Crunch dish and loved it. I recommend stopping in if youre in the area.

I have heard many good things about the treats here and I wasnt disappointed. I had an iced horchata chai coffee which was awesome and also the Dorito elote Street corn another yum!I definitely will be coming back to try their churro sundaes among other things.The store was very clean and the service very helpful and friendly.

Best place for ice cream 🍦 also the best customer service there is I bought so much for me and my family for pick up and since I only entered the owner offered to help me with my ice cream to my car 👍🏾 The churros were so good as well. Will be back for sure 👏🏽

This is a great little shop! Wonderful variety of ice cream, non dairy ice cream (which was surprisingly good), and a dizzying array of dessert treats. Nicely decorated, with plenty of space between tables. Everything looked very clean. The staff is friendly and offers tiny spoons of ice creams to sample. I had not heard of most of the flavors, so that was very appreciated. Big Thumbs Up for the Tamarindo.👍

Had the smore churro, they let me do the avocado ice cream instead of vanilla. So Delicious!! The avocado ice cream was surprisingly delicious! The horchata was authentic, not a mix out of a package which I very much appreciated. It was closing time, but the owner was very nice about letting us order and hang out to eat our ice cream and conversed with us as we ate. My husband had the captain crunch churro. I loved the crunchy cereal in it and the churros....so good! The filling was great, Ill definitely be back!

Honestly some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had if not the absolute best. It’s so creamy and flavorful and it tastes like the ingredients are super fresh and high-quality. They have very creative/unusual flavors but also more widely appealing ones. My personal favorite its seasonal flavor breakfast for mexicans a mixture of coconut ice cream & tequila flambe (no alcohol ) bananas just superb.The space is small but it’s nice and clean and the staff is super friendly.

Cool place with some unique offerings as well as some more traditional ones. The churro bar ice cream options are especially good. Had the cheat day and wasnt disappointed. The guy who runs, and I think owns, the place is also super friendly and hard working. The others working there didnt have quite the same hustle or customer service, but still highly recommend the place. They also have some non ice cream options I havent tried yet but sound interesting.

Great little place with a lot of heart and authentic Mexican food. My personal favorite menu item is the Oreo churros.

A really great, lively, and clean place. They have a massive menu with things ranging from churros and ice cream to mac and cheese with Takis. The churro bar is pretty popular and they offer 3 sizes for those options. The place was pretty busy when I went but there was excellent customer service and the wait wasnt long at all. I was even surprised that they had vegan options there as well. Definitely check this place out, youll probably fall in love with it .

I highly recommend this hidden gem! Service is fast and friendly and they are always adding new menu items. Ice cream is always delicious and fresh! Lots of fun flavors. The friendly staff will answer any questions you have and are more than willing to give you samples. Try the churro bar!
