I’ve never had a bad experience at this place! Employees are always so kind and professional! Store is always clean and tidy. Employees are also quick and efficient. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for my order (even on busier days). Stopping here for a coffee on my way to work has made my mornings so much better! Thank you baristas for never letting me down!

Ive picked up several delivery orders from Starbucks. Theyre not currently requiring masks for vaccinated customers, but no one asks you (as of August 2021). They typically start making the order when I arrive (to help keep it as fresh as possible for the customer). But its usually ready within 2-5 minutes.

I stop almost every morning for a special-order latte. I always receive a pleasant and welcoming greeting. It is unfortunate that, due to COVID, some of their supplies are out, this is the case at all Starbucks and it’s not their fault. The staff helped me to figure out a delicious alternative. I’m sorry, I never leave reviews but I don’t like much milk in my coffee. I ordered a drink that showed up on the screen that looked as like the coffee was black. That’s how I like my coffee. When I got it it came back a little over half way filled with milk. I went back through the line and ordered it again but asked for the smallest amount of milk and more coffee in replacement. They added a shot and it came back half way filled with milk after I went into detail about how I wanted barley any in this coffee. I’m a bit cranky seeing how Starbucks is already expensive and then I had two coffees I didn’t want to drink. The only time I can go to Starbucks is to get black coffee because otherwise I’m drinking milk with a hint of coffee.

I just went during lunch and I asked for a Venti Drink and I got charged $7.33 and they gave me a Grande. Not really happy since I wasted my money on a smaller drink. Otherwise the drink was good

I just stopped in at this location to pick up a drink for my sister tonight. One of the newer employees, Samantha, genuinely asked me how my day was, and how I was doing tonight. I told her I was on my way to cheer up my sister with some Starbucks, because we’ve had a really bad week. Samantha took time To actually listen to me… And it really meant a lot!! Samantha went above and beyond her duties as a barista and really made me feel special tonight!

They are always super polite and quick. The WiFi works great for me so I can get my work done while enjoying coffee :)

I had my been to a Starbucks in quite some time, but that’s not because the have ever disappointed me with service or excellent coffee. Today, however, I was disappointed.I ordered a coffee drink that I am accustomed to add my own sugar, spice, etc when the drink was ready, it was announced ready, but not clearly announced. When the long wait was obvious, and the drink presented, I asked about my favorite “extras”. The answer was that “You should have” asked for that when you ordered. Really? “Should have?”The drink prep girl/guy then fixed it, gave it a swirl to mix it, then handed it to me. Really? A “swirly” mix job... no stir stick!STARBUCKS...next time, only if I’m feeling really desperate!

I have never seen a company turn away business when there are customers waiting in line ever, especially given the current times. We were the last car in line with the car in front of us taking forever to order we got to the window at 4:01 and in line at 3:45 just to be told srry we close at 4pm mangers rules. No exceptions... lol I run my own business and would never. Very annoyed with that sort of response from the service team.

Super kind team & funny!! Some places you go, it feels like you’re just a number because they’re trying to be efficient. (Not complaining—just a fact of life). This Starbucks was so great—added some humor to my day! My peppermint mocha was yummy, too!!

It says this location is open when you look it up and the menu sign was on but it turns out they were closed but only put a piece of paper that says they’re closed on the window where you pick up your drink so we sat waiting to order for at least 10 minutes and the line is incredibly long, the rest of these people don’t know they’re not getting their drinks either. horrible.

Still taking care of customers with above what you would expect when it comes to CDC guidelines for safety. Grab a holiday beverage and baked good to reward yourself for getting through this pandemic so far.

My favorite Starbucks in the area, and I dont just mean the Fox Valley, but specifically the eastside...as there are three Starbucks within blocks of each other. lol. I see why, due to the traffic and dense population on the eastside. Staff here is always pleasant and courteous. I particularly like the design and interior layout of this Starbucks (vs the cafeteria feel the newer Starbucks have).

How many managers are on at once? Everyone working was barking out orders to each other.. Chaotic mess! The polite young gentlemen that was cashiering was very nice and seemed a bit annoyed at all the demands going on behind him.. Probably will wait in line at drive thru or possibly go a mile out of my way and just try Dunkin Donuts!

Older lady in the drive through was very rude.

This location is a joke. Mobile orders take at least half an hour if its before 8am. The lady doing the mobile orders whispers in a store packed with talking people. I waited for my drink for longer than I should of because she either never called my name or whispered it. This almost made me late for work. Unbelievably bad service

Got there before they closed. I was the last in line and by the time I finally got up to order they turned me away because they just closed. Very disappointed they refused to service their last customer. Poor customer service.

Very efficient kind and professional

Just had training on how to treat minorities better. Disappointed that I went in and when they finished my order, they never bothered to call my name to pick it up or bring the drink over to me as I was sitting in the store. They need to add some more training on customer service and make it more than half an afternoon.

The coffee size are too small for the cost. I was sold an egg and ham sandwich which was not heated up. I am a gluten free customer and was amazed in the way the menu has been gone down in value and quality.I must admit that I hadnt been to Starbucks for about a year but that experience was enough for me to decide... not to return.

I love Starbucks don’t get me wrong. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever had a problem with when I got my drink it was half full. If I pay for a drink, I expect it to be full. It is your typical Starbucks. It always seems packed so expect to wait long unless you ordered ahead and even then, sometimes you might have to wait. The staff always seems like they are working hard to keep up and do a good job considering!

I love Starbucks, but my trip this morning was horrible. I ordered a cheese danish and trenta iced green tea lemonade ahead on the app before I left (I was going to pick it up on my way to school), and it should’ve only taken 5 minutes. I get there and run in, and my danish is ready but no drink. I assumed they must just be finishing up, but I was so wrong. I waited a little while before finally asking if it was being made yet, and the woman alerted another worker and said she would be getting it started for me. So I watched the girl for a while and she still didn’t start my drink. At this point it’s 10 minutes until I’m supposed to be in class for attendance, and my sister, who didn’t order anything, is waiting in the car. I ended up having to go up a second time to get them to finally make my drink! (Which wasn’t easy for me, I might add, because I have real anxiety about things like this). I ended up being like 15 minutes late for school, which counts as an absent, and my sister was really mad at me, so I ended up crying in my car before coming into the remaining part of class.I understand 100% that they didn’t mean to have such horrible service today, and things happen, but almost every other person who was waiting for their mobile orders had been there for about a half hour like I was. The lady who was walking out at the same time as me was 20 minutes late for work already. It was a horrible start to my day and I hope I’m not coming off as rude- I hate pointless negative feedback, I only wanted to share this so they can work to improve on whatever it was that caused this morning’s fiasco. Ordered an iced coffee but forgot I like cream in it because I drink it black when hot. Got up to the window and asked if they could add cream, I realize its busy and it was my fault and if you cant you cant. The gentleman rolled his eyes and went to put cream in it then came back and proceeded to tell me iced coffee comes any way you want it so if you want it unsweetened and with cream you need to say that when you order. Yea thank you for making me feel like the worst, I know how it goes and I forgot. 🙁

I like the atmosphere of Starbucks and the drinks and food are good, but the prices are so high that, the only time I ever get anything there is when I have gift cards. So much money can be wasted going there every day like I see some people do. Also, its not all that healthy...even if you get the skinny option. Like I said, I love the atmosphere and the items they serve, so if you dont have to worry about money or calories, this is your place to go.

I love this place! If you have any interest in tea or coffees, this place if for you. My favorite coffee there is a caramel macchiato and my favorite tea is an iced tea and it is a mango dragon fruit refresher.The atmosphere is amazing! It is such a positive place. It is a wonderful place to work on projects for school (as in on a laptop) or papers for work. The service there is also fantastic, if you ask politely you could probably get a pumpkin spice latte a few days before it comes out.If your a regular, it would be nice to get the Starbucks app on your phone. You scan it when you check out the coffee or tea or other item and could get a gift card or a free drink.If you become full quickly, you should get a grande because its filling if you havent had breakfast. If you get full quickly do NOT get a venti. I really think you should come to this Starbucks!

It would be nice to have my cup full if Im paying almost $6 for a latte. Almost always feels like someone took a huge sip of it even when I order no foam.

They prioritize drive through over going in the store. Waited 20 minutes for drinks while orders kept coming for those in their cars. Online orders also now make you wait while there are few people in the stores.

First and foremost I ordered a venti and received a grande I was in too much of a hurry to wait for another cocoa dream macchiato with two pumps of hazelnut syrup so I that grande along with 3 other coffees in the order got to work took my grande which was supposed to be a venti it literally was half full and Luke warm it was like I got somebodys left over macchiato also it was flavorless it was almost a plain coffee no hint of my hazelnut syrup. I was utterly disappointed and couldnt leave work till.my break to get coffee from kwik trip that was delicious i believe i wont even go back to Starbucks i understand mistakes but this was borderline ridiculous wrong size,not even half full, no flavor basically plain coffee and it was cold three strikes and your out I wont be returning

I waited for my drinks for 20 minutes as others behind me were already receiving their own orders. Usually, the service is decent, but today was disappointing.

Surprisingly bad experience today at Darboy Starbucks. Always been a great place. They lost my order, which is fine. It was very busy.After 30 minutes and several proddings from people before and after me in line, I went up to let them know. They were very busy and absolutely not interested in checking. The girl quickly commented that hot drinks take longer than cold--(over a dozen people behind me had received hot drinks by then) then a guy named JOSH jumped in and firmly told me he had a lineup of drinks and hot ones take longer. No interest at all in checking. I sat down for 10 more minutes and went back up through the regular line and gently asked if they could check. They did and the order was nowhere to be found.Two minutes later a pretty young girl came up and said she had been waiting 25 minutes, the same Josh who shut me down without looking vehemently apologized to her and put the wheels in motion to get her drinks. Same thing with another pretty young girl a couple minutes after that.

Staff is kind and courteous, however the location is awful. Entry and exit with a vehicle is poor. Typically long lines. Your best bet is placing a mobile order and running inside for pick-up. Smaller than most surrounding Starbucks.

I’ve been to this location a million times seeing as it is close to my workplace, I almost never get what I really ordered and I can look past that but today I was in the drive through lane and I ordered the same thing I order every time I stop at a Starbucks. My drink was hot when I asked for it iced so I asked if I could have it iced, I paid for a venti and he came back with a grande so then I pointed that out to him and instead of remaking it he just put it into a venti cup with more ice and milk At that point I was already late getting back to work from my break so I just left. I generally look past little stuff, but when I’m paying like 6.50 for a cup of coffee, have to give it back twice and still don’t actually get what I initially ordered? That is just extremely frustrating.

The patrons have open distain for Trump supporters. I would get plenty of dirty looks when running my wife thru the drive thru with my pro-Trump and Hillary for prison bumper stickers on my car. I could tell I didnt belong there even though the libs claim to be accepting of everyone.
